My experience with DealDash is fantastic. I have won plenty of items that I truly needed for the fraction of the cost. Once you do your homework the site and invest on bids it is worth your time. At the same time the site is enjoyable to bid. I would highly recommend DealDash.

I received my clock. Unfortunately, it was broken beyond repair in shipping. I contacted Customer Support via chat. I was connected immediately with Philippe. He resolved my issue in a timely fashion. Dealdash has issued a replacement clock. I can't wait to receive that beautiful clock. Thank you Philippe and thank you Dealdash!

Deal Dash is a great site and has many different items you can bid from. If you don't win the item they give you the courtesy to buy the item and get all your bids back. I have had nothing but great customer service from this site. One thing to watch out for is to not overbid as you can get on a roll. So bid wisely and watch your doorstep for your prizes! Just love this site!

I tried this and have made bids, seems to be no time limits or end in sight so the bids keep going on and on and on. Just don't see how one can get anything. Possibly I don't understand it, but seems to me the auctions could go on for hours and hours.

Seen on TV advertisiments, first hesitate to try but my friends told me to give it a shot and and will never regret it and I did. Won instantly and no need to worry about shipping coz its free, its fast and on time. The customer service are great which help you all the way of the best they can.
It feels more exciting if you won but a little frustrated if not, yeah sucks if they stump on your bid.So be it!. Well, its the part of the game. Bid wisely, relax and don't get piss off coz if you lose your temper you lost the game. So what are you waiting for start bidding!.

The site is cool just the bids are to pricey and winning an auction is very hard. I started out with 220 bids and so far won a $10 dunkin donuts gift card and a $15 amazon gift card and now Im down to 10 bids. Other than that its a good site.

The whole system is smooth and easy to use. It's fun and the support is professional and efficient. If you for any reason need to contact them, they respond immediately. DealDash is an overall great experience.

I have done many auction sites before. This is by far the best one. It keeps it fair and makes it easier to actually win. I can't tell you how many great items I have win on deal dash. Keep the great wins coming.

Deal dash is all about deal dash nobody else they have very cheep product's and definitely not worth retail prices, not even close. Spend your money at a retail store and get what you want. Get quality products. These are not super cheep stuff.

I've been extremely pleased with the outstanding deals and prompt delivery of the items! I also have felt secure in making financial purchases on DealDash. I would not hesitate, and have done so already, to recommend DealDash. My friends want to know more about it now that they have seen the products I've gotten great deals that are now in my home! I was skeptical at first to join. I joined for what I thought was $36.00 for 60 bids. After using all of my bids, I checked my credit card and saw they had debited $60.00 instead. I contacted their customer service and received an immediate reply. My credit card was credited and I received a very nice and sincere apology for the unintentional mishap. Very honest mistake.

I love this site! As far as Penny auctions go this one is trust worthy and fair. The lock the bidding at 5 dollars so no new bidders can jump in and run up the bidding. My favorite part of the game is that if you lose you can buy the product at regular price and get all your bids back. I use this option all the time seeing as I don't bid on anything that I wouldn't buy. They have great items for auction too from Ipads to 10 dollar gift cards.

Walmart shipped 2 items to me instead of 1. DealDash assisted me in a couple of ways to return the 1 extra item. I was very pleased with Mark Lee's assistance
But Walmart should be schooled of such returns. I will not be using the gift card Walmart gave me in order to accept my return for I feel I would be stealing if I did.

But, the reason I am writing this is a recent customer care experience.

I placed a bid buddy which went above the actual price of the item.
When I communicated this to them, they refunded my bids without making me run through the hoopla (though with a warning, which I think is fair, that next time I should be careful when setting up the bidbuddy.

Very difficult to follow my bid/s; have to stay on my PC to keep track of other bidders, also bids do not end at an exact time and date. Unlike ebay, you can place a bid, maximum bid if you want then come back to check your bid closer to the end of the time and date of bidding.

I just signed up with DealDash and was browsing through the website unknowingly I bid on something. The charge went through my account I called Customer Service and was helped by Matthew D. Who was very understanding and gave me a refund. He also gave me a quick review on how things work on DealDash and let me keep the bidpoints that I bought by mistake.He also sent me some useful information with my refund notice. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

First time attempted to use and another auction website popped up (AtAuction) which I did not even notice until after I purchased a tablet from them and they sent me am 'email". Your customer service rep. Mimi was excellent with her help and response to the email I sent to you. Tlhankyou

When first joined it was fun but now its turned into a greed circus with some bidders just running up prices was off site for a long time and once bids are gone gonna stay off until its made a little fair and threating bios are gone

For the most part, my experience has been good. The most irritable situation is when people insist on sitting on the bid button, eliminating our chances for free bids. They may not win but they cost us more for our bids, the cost of winning and make the experience tedious and wasteful. Sure, we can buy our bids back but that is not the reason for the auction. As you can see from my record, I don't bid online much because of this situation, it takes the fun out of it.

It's very hard too win a auction I have tried really hard and I just don't understand what I am doing so wrong. I wrote in for understanding and got a reply right away, The people that work there are awesome and I was thankful for such a nice concern person too help me.
