In two weeks I've won 15 items including a $500 Nikon D3100 DLSR for very little cost and few bids. S&H is always free, how could you beat that? This is the worst site I've ever been on, I bought a bid package last night, tried to bid on a gift card, it kicked me off 4 times, out of the bid, then it acted as if someone had won the bid. It kept telling me I needed to buy more bids (when I still had 100 left out of my 150). Right now I'm trying to get my money back. HORRIBLE.

I get a good experience here and I did have fun and exciting but the people here are very good of players and smart my respect to all of them and you as well thanks for everything I'll try it next time that it's for sure I just need to study little bit how to beat this guys alright till next time

I like DealDash because I can win prizes for friends and family. "I won that for you." The prizes are practical and attractive. Dealdash gives me a nice lift when I win something. I look forward to it.

I've enjoyed Deal Dash and have won many times. And what I don't win, I purchase. Bids never have to be wasted. I only bid on items that I want so if I don't win the auction I can purchase the item and get all my bids back. That way I can continue using bids to bid on something else.

I made a comment about bidders running up the cost and not letting the clock run down. They informed me they are working on a solution to this problem. They seem to be on top of issues concerning stompers and bid jumpers

The item I had won had not been delivered in the time frame promised. I contacted customer service, they got back with 24 hours, and explained that the item had been back ordered, and they gave me a new time frame. They were very nice in dealing with the problem.

I bid on an item then was charged $70. Not sure what I was paying for, I messaged DealDash. They set me to ease knowing that it was my bid package and they refunded my $70 and still gave me my $70 bids for 100 percent off.

I just notice that in some Big Auctions, same people always win. It seems that their the only one entitled to get it most of the time. In my case, I need to spend a lot, just to win Big Items. Sometimes, ended up in Buying the Items.

Impossible to win anything good.
When i started i won some fast food coupons.
Never anything after that.
This is good if you dont care if you lose your money and have lots of time to waste.
It takes a lot of time and money to win anything good.
Better to just go to store or order online.

Since starting Deals Dash on October 6,2014, I have won $845.00 worth of merchandise and gift cards; however, I only spent $521.72. I enjoy playing and I do win often. I love Deals Dash and I tell all my friends.

Well, I must be checking in at the busiest time of the day as I have not won anything in a long time! Any suggestions as to the best time to attempt a win would be greatly appreciated!. Otherwise, I love it!

My debit card was stole thru an online transaction that I made then someone used it on deal dash. I cancelled the card and sent deal dash an email and they responded within an hour and reimbursed my money. I think that is awesome.

I was notified by my bank that some one was using my cards in a few sites on the Web without my permission. I contacted DealDash to remove my cards. I had a response very quickly and was assured my cards would be removed.

I had some issues with a 3D printer. I contacted Customer service and explained the problem. They Immediately sent me a shipping label and told me they would replace the printer as soon as they received the old one. Thanks to James.

I used to LOVE Deal Dash, but when there is "tag teaming" and spouses bidding on same item to keep others out, it got unjust and unfair, so I have not been back for awhile! I don't believe 2 people in the same household should be able to have separate accts to do this! There has to be a "fair" way to bid on items, otherwise I could just get alot of my friends to bid on item to help me win it! Isn't really anything you have I can't live w/o!

I contacted Deal Dash customer service because I got a electric fireplace with heat that said it came with heat or you can run the lights with no heat. When I received the fireplace, I read the instructions and it said to turn the lights on by turning the heat on low. When I did that we could feel the heat and with living in Florida we didn't need heat. So I contacted customer service Kaylee and she arranged for me to send the fireplace back and she is giving me my full refund. Deal Dash is #1 in customer service in my opinion...

Do not use the Buy It Now feature, as they are severely overinflated. There is always a dirty dozen of players lurking in the background that bid on everything in every category and overbid 500+ on even the smallest value items. The playing field is not level or fair. The only way this site would be fair is to reserve the $100 or less items for the beginners. Couldn't win even 100 bids or a gift card without the high stakes bidders taking over. The Same People on DealDash Keep Winning. Study the past winners. There should be more no exchange items and limits on how many items you can exchange. The top 1% of winners win 60% of all auctions, just to convert the item into more bids. If you're bidding against one of these professional auction bidders, you're going to lose.

I have been on DealDash now since April 1,2015. I love bidding and I love winning and I have had great fun and joy doing it. I won many prizes for me and my family and it so nice not to pay so much out the pocket for it. Yes I don't win all the time, but I always have fun and that is what keep me coming back. I have told all my friends and family and now they too want to try. I pray that the new comers let us oldies teach them the game, and I hope some of us that been around share the wealth. We all in it to win sometimes and we all can. Yea DealDash. Bring on the auction.

I am having fun and saving money on quality items w/ DealDash auctions. There is no junk or closeout items on this site. I have won great deals on crystal stemware, art, jewelry & watches. Also... great customer service whenever there is an issue w/ damaged shipped items. Kudos DealDash.

I've been using DD for over a year and my experience has been so wonderful from the people who work at DD to the products and yes even the shipping. On a scale from 1 to 10 for customer service, products, and shipping I'd rate DD a 10+++++, with 10 being the best and 1 being the worst. I've never had a bad experience with DD. It is a classy business, with classy people working there. I love DD and will continue to be an avid customer for the rest of my life. Keep up the great work DD!

DealDash is a lot of fun. Customer Service is always there when you need them until you get the hang of it. They read the questions submitted to them carefully and answer the questions completely and effectively.
