I love the site. I do find it a little harder to play then the original site I used to play on. This site does have get items that you can actually need or use. They seem to help you out if you come across any questions or concerns. It is FUN, and GREAT to play on this.

I bought the hundred bid pack and later decided I change my mind, so I go to request a refund for all my money back because I hadn't used any of the bids at all, but guess what. Nobody responded and I don't have my money. Even though they claim you can get a refund apparently they don't give a crap

I have find Dealdash to be fun, and fair, but most of all, the customer service and support has been excellent. I have experienced a couple of issues and Dealdash resolved them. I have won several items and received them as promised. I would recomend this site to others. My advice play smart and always be aware of your bidding practices.

Dash Dash is the only penny auction site that I bid on. DD always have great items up for bid. I have won items for myself as well as great gifts for family members and friends. You can't go wrong with Deal Dash!

Back then you could win good items in minutes. Now you have to decide whether you want the item or not because of the price of the item you would have to pay for if you don't win. This is not the honest auction because people are anxious to pound you like crazy and I have seen where they can run people off and win the items cheap and it's wrong. I know I have been there and done it. So you can join deal dash if you want to but be prepared to pay for the items that you want.

It has been harder to win now that more people are on and they also are bidding way beyond the value of it. I notice that some people are that win an item are bidding on it again to try to win twice if it doesn't have the win only once on it. Most of the stuff I have won has either been by luck or I had to pay almost what it cost to buy it because of the ending price and the bids I spent. Not that much fun anymore...

I have had wonderful experiences with DealDash Everything that I have won has been delivered well packaged and in a timely manner. I have been well pleased with quality of merchandise. I will continue to deal with DealDash and have told my friends and family about it

I contacted Deal Dash regarding the refund of my unsuccessful bids and the agent I chatted with instantly handled the refund, before I said anything else. I was amazed and extremely pleased at the instant response and customer service.

Customer service is great. Really happy with the site. But I rather use your site from my computer. When I use it on my phone is freezes my phone or just opens all by itself. But other than that great site.

I like to get a deal on anything I can. I ordered a necklace for my daughter and I never received it. I emailed deal dash and they emailed me back saying they would send me another one. I got it in the mail today and beautiful

I have enjoyed the many hours spent on DealDash. I love the items that I won. They all are of fine quality. I try to choose carefully the items I wish to win. All of the items won have been more than worth the bids it cost me to win them. I wish I could play more often. Thank you DealDash for the great time spent on your site...

I waited 2 months and didn't get what I "won" (you have to PAY to bid). Finally support told me that I am "suspected of fraud" and that I won't be receiving my items OR a refund until their "investigation is complete." - I wrote the Attorney General and BBB and will sue them for a refund if I have to. Avoid this scam company at ALL costs!

Well, every time the word Checking comes up, someone is allowed to bid over it. Whenever I try to do it, I lose. Therefore, I just do not understand what is going on. But, I do enjoy bidding on your website.

I have the same opinion as Will. I have tried several auctions after I first joined Dealdash and in every case, I've ended up having to use the buy it now feature because there is no way to win. I don't want to use the Bidbuddy because I have noticed, sometimes the items go for more then their listed value. Don't understand that at all. I don't want to pay $30 for a $25 gift card! That brings me to the value they list on the items. I'm not so sure the values they list are anywhere near what the items are actually worth. No "buy it now" makes sense on over priced items. Also, when I bought bids, they ran it through twice. I only bought one pack and ended up with two. Not what I wanted. Why would I buy bids in two different transactions at the same time?

This site will take money from your bank account/ credit card unauthorized! Do NOT give any financial information to them whatever you do! They will drain all your financial means from your account. FRAUD!

Too much delay between submission of a bid and when it registers. Also, BidBuddy would be more interesting if the bids were randomly submitted. If they are going to be at the "last second", they should in fact be at the last instant so as to NOT allow a "jumper" to come in immediately after the bid causing the bidbuddy bidder to lose the lapsed time.

Dealdash has the best associates to work that I have every dealt with woth any company. Very detailed ordinate. Always has an answer or solution to any matter you might have. Kudos to dealdash's associates/employees.

Fastest win I've ever had & I have tried to win this set for so long. I already won this set a very long time ago & my sister accidentally threw one of the knives away in this set, the smaller one. I missed this knife so much as I love to use these everyday. I think I will pass on the other 2 to my son as he loves to cook as well. I have almost all the knive sets in this series. Thank you Deal Dash for a terrific win.

I bought a camcorder which was shipped by Sears. I received a portable charger instead. Sears made the mistake. At first I was told I would have to wait to get a return label from Sears, but today I was made very happy when Luisa sent an email telling me they will replace the camcorder and let me know when it goes out and I can do what I wish with the charger I received. I was unhappy with having to wait, but now I am thrilled to hear I will be getting a camera without having to go through Sears, For clarification, the camcorder was bought through Deal Dash and I used the buy it now option. Somewhere in the US somebody got a nice camcorder and someone is trying to find out where their battery is. This is all the fault of Sears since they put my address on the label for the wrong merchandise.

First time i tried got in a biding war with several other determined bidders after spending over $100 dollars dropped out received nothing when they posted the winner wasn't even one of the people i was bidding against sure I can get my Bids back by buying the item at full price$700 no thank Ill stay away

My experience has been very exciting and productive. Watch how much you bid for each item and be aware of the price you will have to pay. AND bid on the things that you want and are willing to pay for if you do not win the bid.

I have been on DD since June. I am confused by some of the negative comments I have found here about DD. I have never had a problem with a shipment and I have won several things from them. I think their customer service is overall very good. My only gripe is that a bid COSTS between 15 and 60 cents each but is only worth ONE CENT when you go to bid. That is some steep depreciation! However knowing that, I still go back and bid. If you keep your wits about you and don't overbid, you can still make out ok.

I bid on a blanket for my granddaughter and thought the blanket was pink. After looking at the final bid it turned out to be a blue blanket. Contact Customer Service and James made arranged for me to receive a pink blanket for my granddaughter.
