I haven't been bidding on anything lately because I spent a lot of money bidding on some things and didn't win anything. I'm disappointed with the results I didn't get. I have been using a different bidding site and I have won a lot of things.

I was kinda of confused on how Dealdash worked. I just wanted to try it. Had to purchase bids in order to try. I requested a refund and they gave it to me. They also let me keep the bids that I had purchased..

Me and my husband were bidding without realizing our card was getting charged for the bids i contacted customer service and adrian was great and provided great customer service and refunded our money back thank you adrian!

Dealdash is a wonderful site that offer products that we use on a daily bases. It gives us the opportunity to buy these products at a price we can"t buy them in a store.
Dealdash offers brand name products and i love the fact that shipping is FREE. When it comes to finding a product to buy on line i look for it on Dealdash first. THANK YOU.

DealDash is a scam. You pay a ridiculous amount for bids that are only worth a penny. I used 827 bids just to try to win 950 bids. I felt like I had to keep going because I had already wasted $50 so quickly. Even the people that win end up paying way more then the product is worth when you add up how much they paid for bids and the product. I saw someone paid $40,000 for a truck that was worth $27,000. I will never use this site again, and I will tell everyone I know to never use it too. I forgot to mention, I was charged $78 just for signing up for the site to start off with bids. I just wanted to check the site out first. I made the mistake of buying a second package for $38 because it said the bids would be worth 13 cents, and they weren't.

Receiving the free bids was very easy. All I had to do was watch a video, and then write a reply... Though receiving the free bids was not instant, I do feel that it was very prompt. I'm very pleased with this opportunity!

This company helped me out right know questions asked and i am very grateful for all the help and i mean right away. You could not ask for anything more. Most companys take there time in giving you help and then you usualy don, t get any help in the end.

When they say they are the honest and fair auction it is for real no shipping charge is a good example of this all others are ripping you off with a shipping charge. DealDash is the best penny auction I have found and the service is the best.

I didn't know how to change my email address and sent them the information and they did it for me. I expected them to send me instructions telling me how but they did it for me. I appreciated it so much.

There is a strategic way to win auctions on Deal Dssh. I recommend studying and watching a few auctions before you start.

I love doing most of my gift shopping on Deal Dash. Of course I get stuff for myself too, I just can't help myself.

I loved playing DealDash and won a lot. Then I noticed every time I came back in and bought bids, I never won. I tried time and time again and finally gave up and went back to Quibids. I would love to play your sight again but can't seem to win anymore!

Easy to use Bid Buddy to set amount of what I wanted to bid for items. Easy to pay for items through the use of Pay Pal. Delivery of items has been on time and in good shape. I regularly recommend DealDash.

Its the only penny auctions site that its fair and honest.
The timers work great, bidbuddy and also you have the option of buy it now.
I visit many other sites and non has the overall selection and customer service that DealDash has. Im very pleased!

Everything that I read about Deal Dash sounded legit. So I though, I'll give it a try. Didn`t know how 400 bids would work out. But I think that I have everything under coontrol. LOL! I've won 3 bids, not big ones, but I won. Yea!

Everything I have won has been shipped beautifully. The only bad experience I had was with a candle I won. The first time it arrived it was broken. I emailed customer service and the response came in from a customer service associate named James. He was great to work with. He apologized for the inconvenience and immediately got another one in the mail to me. Unfortunately, the second one arrived the same way. So I replied back to James about the circumstance and again he apologized and got yet another one out to me immediately. Needless to say, the 3rd one arrived in good condition. I have not reviewed the first 2 candles. Since the problem was promptly handled, I don't intend to review them badly but will review for the 3rd candle for the product itself. I am very satisfied with your customer service people. Thank you!

Once i won a badge and an auction, it is nearly impossible to win more auctions when people are placing 800 bids on bid buddy for a $20 item. What is going on here? Is that inside hired help placing those bids? I want ANSWERS PLEASE.

Great experience using and bidding on DealDash. I have won a lot of items and I have lost on a bunch but it has always been fun. Of course I like winning but I believe that it has been a fair site. Like the television commercial, "Try it, you'll Like it".;-)

When I received my FitBit Flex from Deal Dash, I was disappointed to find that it didn't work, but when I contacted Deal Dash support I heard back from them within hours and they arranged for my refund right away. I find their customer service friendly and helpful. They agreed to a refund without any problems. I am very happy with my experience.

Not knowing what i was doing at the time i started to try to get something for less.
I found my self being charged on my credit card more that what the product could be bought for.

Sorry i'm old and shouldn't be doing something i know nothing about.

I have given this auction site a full week. I've been up at all hours watching, and have figured out how to us the auto bid. This is great. If I find something I like. I just put up what I want to wayger. And get up the next morning and see the results. I love it.

I have been participating on dealdash a few days now, and have to admit that I had to "learn" the ropes first. Those questions that were not answered in their FAQ were answered by email through their support team. Anyhow, after catching on and having a plan of what I wanted to come away with in the respect of money and items, I was good to go. I do not like the limit on the small items, as it is pretty easy to get the smaller items, but I guess they are trying to be fair to everyone. I do like the specials they offer with bids, and I'm sure there will be more to look forward to as I remain a dealdasher - thanks dealdash.com!

I just joined and hadnt bidded yet realised my cards had been charged so I decided to opt out. I called customer service about it they promptly returned my funds. Very, very fast five mins. My funds were replaced. Thanks Deal Dash!
