I received a damaged item. After speaking with a customer service rep and sending in photos of the damaged item, it was replaced and I did not have to return the damaged item. Very friendly customer service reps that did not give me a hassle and followed up with me to be sure this matter was resolved.
I hadn't been on in a while so I thought I would try it again. It's still exactly the same. No fair rulings back and forth. The same people win all the time.
It was my first time to visit the sight and found absolutely nothing I would bid on.
When i called to ask for a refund I wasn't prepared for the way I was treated... with exceptional service and respect! I will visit the site again and recommend it to others, thank you!
Excellent, very surprised to say the least, maybe flabbergasted.

My experience with DeaL Dash Fine! But I think thier shouLD be a limit for a person to win items per month. Now more than 5 big tickets items. 500.00 or less 10 per month! There are certian people wnning like 30 laptops or have the money to spend to blow! People come to get a deal. I would buy it now more often if I chave a better chance to save. Only one winner!
If you were to compare spending at a retail level against Deal Dash? There is no comparison. I could never have afforded to buy all the things I have won if I had to depend upon retail. You NEED to shop Deal Dash.
I am so angry with dealdash right now. Their customer service stinks! I have sent multiple emails only to get the same generic response on all, and to top it off, the response had nothing to do with what I was emailing them about. I have many gift cards that was to be delivered by 12/12/12 at the latest. Do I have them? NO! They are Christmas presents! They had a graphic at the top of the page, which has been removed since I (and I am sure others) complained about it, that said order today and have it by Christmas. I did order and item that I did not win and my expected delivery date is between December 28th - January 20th! Take my advice, and don't waste your time. You may win something but you won't get it!
I was able to receive the return shipping label very quickly, however, while I was waiting for the ticket, I just decided to keep the Candles. I have a birthday coming up and the candles will be perfect. So, I decided to just keep them. DD does have some nice things to bid on. Just wish they wouldn't go so high. The deals are a little harder to come by these days.
Deal Dash has a Great Selection of merchandise to bid on. The auctions I was able to win I was very pleased with. The other auctions I was out bidded on most of them I was able to buy it now and get my bids back. I feel that is a very fair way to shop
I was very pleased with the speed of the response when I wrote to customer support about the Tide that I had bought through "Buy It Now" but had never received. I got the tide yesterday and also was given 63 free bids as compensation for the delay (11/22/2013 to 1/3/2014).
Dealdash is having a problem with one-per-user on the 5000 bid packs and 2000 bid packs. I have been talking to support and they aren't even acknowledging the problem. It you look on the history of recent winners you will see that most of March is missing. The users that won on the dates that are missing are able to win again. This is an on going problem. I have seen many users that have won multiple time recently. Hint, if you have won before you can win again now.
I got a laptop which wasn't functioning correctly. Deal Dash.com first told me to take it to Walmart for an exchange and when Walmart told me they're nor doing it, they refused to exchange it and told me to have it repaired, when I refused to accept, they refunded all my bids and said I have a free computer! A computer that doesn't work. I told them if they cannot exchange it, they should reimburse me for the value of the laptop and not how many bid it took me to win, isn't that what any reputable company suppose to do?
Hi Michael,
Thank you for getting in touch. Our support team has sent you an email to follow up on your case.
If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact me.
It's too bad when some people use DD as it is intended to get a good deal FOR THEMSELVES! I was trying to get a couple of items for myself or my home. But then you look at EBAY and you have the people who have turned DD into their own business... all of the "stuff" for sale and marked "new" is from DD. They are expert bidders taking from all of us who work all day and don't have time to sit and do nothing but find a new way to cheat a system and make money so someone else can't have a good deal or some fun. That's my gripe with DD. You can tell exactly who these bidders. It's to bad DD doesn't have a policy against winning and turning around and selling your items for triple or even more than that on EBAY. Just sayin!.
Thanks for your comment K. S. We do not allow re-selling of our items, and this clause is included in our terms of use. Re-selling can result in account closure, and we have a dedicated team that monitors these listings. If you come across any items from DealDash you think are being re-sold, please let us know on support@dealdash.com and we will investigate.
Frist time on Deal Dash, The ad for Deal Dash was via my TV. Signed up a few days ago. Deal Dash is so easy to use. And the help tips are the best way to understand how it works. The price of items today are at there max. Deal Dash is the best way to overcome large price items.
Thank you
Notice said it would be delivered by 3\31 then said it wouldn't make it till June 31st I emailed them and told them it was for my wife's birthday and they said they would see what they could do. Now it's delivering by end of the day tomorrow! Great customer service! Dealdash rocks!
I bought a large bidpack and having been on other penny auction websites i expected having bought a bidpack large enough to win something, but this website is just a waste of money. I have won stuff on other penny auction sites, but this one seems to make it impossible. Your best bet is to stay away. After all, do you really think anybody would spend 80 bids bidding on a 15 bid bidpack? Only robots...
It doesnt take a genius to figure that out.
Fair and Honest bidding site!?!? About as fair and honest as today's political parties are!
If Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton teamed up to create a penny auction website together This (DealDash) would be the outcome!
Stop complaining at a meaningless forum. Please file reports with every authority you can think of including your State, BBB, IRS. Launch a full investigation. When Dealdash gets raided and they find that most things on that site are:
A) not even in stock
B) Timers are randomly reset to 10 seconds to tease you
C) at least 60% of all items listed and bid on with your money don't exist, are never sold, and are won by BOTS.
I've filed several DOZEN complaints against this site and will continue to file endlessly until this company is taken offline. You should stop wasting your time complaining and do the exact same thing.
Hi Inhahe,
Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry to hear about your concerns with our site. I'd like to work with you and answer any possible questions or doubts you may have. As a specific response to your concerns:
A) We do offer some pre-sale items that are not quite ready to ship.
These items are listed with estimated shipment dates shown on the auction screen, so the customer can see the shipping date of the item before bidding on the item.
B) The timers reset when someone places a bid, that is the way the site works. For new users, I normally recommend watching our How it Works video for a brief overview of what to expect from the auctions: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-work
C) I'd like to invite you to read our Audit Conducted by Ernst & Young:
https://dealdash.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/dealdash_ey_audit.pdf
The audit confirms that all bids are placed by real customers and all items are delivered.
Fair & Honest is a symbolic capture of DealDash's core values, and these certainly start and end with our commitment to being humanistic.
I would love to show this to you, from what I can perceive it seems as though you've had a negative experience. How can we help? Please let me know what's made you feel this way.
Sincerely,
Adrian

I have bought about 350.00 in bid pks. Seems all i win are cheap inexpensive items like 10.00 gift card or $20 or $30 item, well hell i've spent 20x what these items equal, i mean its fun but not really worth it. I feel as far as anyone really knows they could have hired bidders working for them to scam people into buying bids for items they want thats more epensive, as far as there ads them people i'm sure are being paid to say how wonderful they are. Thats all i have to say, take as you see worthy. Mike.
A great customer tip is to always Bid and shop for items you like! DD has a great variety of items available but always bid on items you really like and would like to buy for myself or give as a gift. This way if you don't win the auction, just buy it to get bids back and have those bids to win something else.
I asked for a refund for the free bids. I paid and didnt get yet. I was on an hour or more and didnt win so i bought the stuff plus more bids. When i get job and have time i will come back to deal dash. Thank you..
Somehow my email address at gmail was deleted. I had no way of recouping my email address nor the credits I have purchased from the dealndash website. The folks that helped me did so through email.
They updated my account AND replaced my old address with the new one.(whew). I had and have little idea what to, how to, when to. So I am so grateful for the people willing to try to help.
I love dealdash. I have been able to get so many things that I thought I could never afford. Bidding is so addictive and exciting. My views of having to pay alot of money for quality things have changed thanks to dealdash.
DealDash is a great site to win TV's computers, smart phones etc at a fraction of their value! Beware, however if you know you are a gambler and have an addiction to it! Then like any other form of gambling, one can loose EVERYTHING! So be wise and read the instructions before you start bidding. Start with less costly items until you learn how to play the game and GOOD LUCK! I won a smart TV worth over $600 for my church for about $10.50! PS The customer support is EXCELLENT!
Thanks for the feedback Carole, those are great tips for new bidders!
After canceling unauthorized bid purchase, they are still trying to charge this unauthorized purchase to my account. No one from Dealdash has contacted me, this is the third day of mayhem. If you think you going to get some customer service, the reviews I have read are total lies are the participant are "Special Need", HPB
Hi HPB. We offer all of our customers a full money back guarantee for the first bid pack purchase.
Can you send me an email with your username so I can pull up your account?
My personal email is adrian@dealdash.com
I rarely win anything due to people teaming up and mostly due to people over bidding. I have gotten a few good deals but really have lost money. I still will try since I have alot of money tied up in bids.
The site keeps freezing up and I lost 2 auction items when it froze and I couldn't bid and then all of the sudden there was a winner. Also, you are not suppose to be able to bid once it hits $5.00 unless you have already been a bidder. This is not true. I had several new bidders show up after the $5.00 cutoff that had never bid before. I also lost 200 bids after the same name kept showing up on the bid regardless of who was bidding and I was afraid to continue. I tried to contact customer server and was sent a form letter back. This website is a big ripoff.
Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
Established in 2009, DealDash is the longest operating site of its kind in the United States. Before DealDash was founded, millions of Americans tried out 1st generation bidding fee auctions. These first generation auctions left many people with a poor experience.
After one such letdown experience, spending $50 on a pay-to-participate auction site with nothing to show for it, our founder decided to create a fair and honest alternative to bidding fee auctions, where losing bidders don’t have to lose the money they spent bidding. That is how Deal Dash was born in 2009. Today, over 1,000 brand named products are discovered and won by customers every day!
Bid in our online auctions to catch a deal and if you don't win the auction, you can buy it now and keep on bidding!
Hi Keven, good to know this was properly resolved to your satisfaction. The customer experience is very important and we hope you enjoy shopping with us in 2014. Sincerely, Dave
