I particularly like how the site continually crashes and you and everyone else that has been bidding is just outta luck. Seems kind of like a scam to me.

Down from 5 Star... seems like auction prices are rising. I've had to BIN more than ever before and am using way too many bids. Also seems like there are fewer high priced items available

In general, the Support Team at Deal Dash has been exceptional. They ALWAYS respond to technical issues, and they have credited my account with bids each and every time something has come up. But, overall Service is JUST as exceptional. I recently won a grill on a Monday evening. UPS had it at my door at 5:30 PM 2 DAYS LATER, on Wednesday! THAT was a major accomplishment in Order Fulfillment for Deal Dash AND superb service by UPS (who had just been berated in the Media for failure to deliver all Christmas packages during one of the most vicious freezes to 1/3 of our country!). 'Free Shipping' in Deal Dash Land is more than just 'free' - it is EXCEPTIONAL Service as well! Keep up the GREAT work, Deal Dash!

They say it's fair but I don't believe that it is fair they make you by all these beds and no matter how many did you put down I feel like I still can can't win anything because everybody has more hits than me I've already put $60 into this website but I've got $30 in gift cards two of which I won't even be using so I feel like I've wasted my money and I don't think I'm going to go back to it.

I noticed a charge for something I didn't order appear on my account. I notified customer service and the matter was taken care of in just one e-mail.

I don't know whether it's a deal or a scam! This is my opinion on my 4 day experience with Deal Dash. If you don't like losing almost all of your first purchase ($36 for 300 bids), don't get involved, This isn't a lot of money but as one other reviewer said, after winning the first two $10 Walmart cards, I was unsuccessful in getting any other wins. I read all the helps, strategies, etc but still lost. The bid buddy is successful in placing your bids at the last minute but there are usually several other people that have bid buddies so it's a chance not a sure thing. I feel it's pretty near impossible to win unless you're willing to spend big bucks on buying bids and a LOT of time. You get a discount on the first 300 bids but that's it that I know of. It's my opinion that you are allowed to win the first couple $10 gift cards to get you hooked as another bidder said. This could be a blast if you had better chances to win. If you have the money to keep buying bids with a slight chance of winning, go for it, it's fun. I guess I'm not a gambler with the funds to continue.

My auctions for some reason was showing I won but would not let me pay there was a bug in the auctions I let deal dash know they checked it out and stood behind the problem. Thanks Dealdash I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE.

I would have to say its too long and not realistic theres so many rounds and plus theres levels and they are too long if you dont bid the time takes forever its stops everytime someone makes a bid the time stops until you make the bid again i would shorten it out on everything and lower the price for bidding money i think the bids should be free and what ever the price thats what the person pays for who won on that itemi would also say prices are way to high and the bidding is way to long it gets long each level it qll needs to be shortend out if you do that way you may end up with more customers

It was a little tricky at first, but once you learn how to use the bid buddy you can really start winning bids. I won my first 4 prizes in under 10 minutes and with less than 10 bids.

Hi Austin! You're absolutely right about the BidBuddy. It's a pretty valuable tool that most experienced bidders take advantage of, and learning more about the BidBuddy and the auctions in general really makes a difference.
The fake deals you see on TV have been set up in the middle of the night for wins by employee's. I've tried to make a purchase.
Tip for consumers:
There are winning bids however the cost was almost retail.

None, I was unable to purchase anything as had I tried the cost was more than retail.

I made an account just to look around (hence the username) and was immediately charged $36 for 300 bids with out me accepting anything. I sent for a refund and nothing has happened.

They let u win a couple prizes to reel you in then it's almost impossible to get anything after. Save your money or go to the casino where the odds are way better!

It has gotten very hard to win. Not much variety to bid on and even waiting to bid late, there is always someone that will wait longer. I have just about quit bidding.
