So bids cost $. 60 to sign up I bought the 60 bid starter pack for $36. Bids hen went on sale for $. 15 so I bought 2000 for $300 thinking that would be plenty of bids. I bid on a $600 iPad and used about 2400 bids with the idea of just buying it at the end and getting my bids back if necessary. This particular iPad sold for $186.24. That is 18,624 bids, let's say each bid was sold for $. 15 that would equal $2,793.60 for an iPad, plus the $186.24 that the winner had to pay. I wish I had invented this ridiculous scam. The people at this site must be raking in money hand over fist due to all the sad dumb people (like me) who just flush their money away. I have tried using my bids on other items since and firmly believe that you cannot win any of these if you have a job or a life. Then I found out that there are software programs out there that people can download to give them extra information and help them win. My advice would be to save your money. I started with the idea that if I only bid on something that I am willing to pay full price for anyway that I can't lose right? Except that after using all of my $350 worth of bids and then having to pay $50 for winning a $350 dollar item, I actually lost $50 and wasted a lot of my time. I'm sure there are people out there that get lucky once in a while or have a system, but it's just like playing in a casino, eventually the house always wins.

I have been a Deal Dash user & FAN since 2013 and have gotten great products. Now 20% of their products they are auctioning are from a company called The Barrel Shack which dispalys great on the page until you get one of their products... Made in CHINA - nothing special, my $290 clock is maybe worth $35 in an American store. Such a disappointment in Deal Dash for hooking up with them soooo deeply.

THIS IS INDEED A WONDERFUL PLACE TO VISIT. Not only is it a true and honest penny auction, their free shipping is very fast, the products are top of the line, and the customer service is outstanding. Not to mention it's a lot of fun bidding on something you really want. The "buy it now" option makes winning anything almost a sure thing. If you like penny auctions, don't waste your time on any other. DealDash is the ONE!

In order to get started with deal dash I had to buy bids. A half price sale got me 500 bids for $30. Looking at recent auction winners it soon became obvious that most auction winners were spending far more than 500 bids to win anything actually worth more than $30. The values indicated for products being auctioned were much higher than comparable products sell for. For example; the buy it now price for a stocking cap was $50, a two-pack of underweat was $95, a pair of flip flops was $88! The only items I saw that were priced correctly were gift cards. I tried several auctions and after spending 350 bids managed to win a $50 gift card for $1.38! My remaining 250 bids didn't get any more wins, so that gift card actually cost me $31.38. I felt ok about that until I discovered the Wilson & Miller store gift card I won is worthless. That store only lists about 35 products and every product is grossly overpriced. The least expensive product currently available is a set of 3 stainless magnetic parts trays listed for $95. I already own an identical set of those that cost $8. After more research it appears most of the products being auctioned on deal dash are from companies basically owned by the same people who own deal dash. This learning experience cost $31.38, plus about 8 hours spent bidding.
Now, for the good news. After filling out a complaint with customer service, they immediately refunded my original bid pack and then basically converted the gift card to 300 more bids. So I am back where I started a few days ago with a pool of bids to use on the site. No doubt I will end up attempting to win something. The site is very addictive and time-consuming, but people do spend hours playing solitaire or on gambling sites with fake money. Deal Dash costs real money up front to play. It is basically very low percentage gambling to win stuff you could buy and save a bunch of time.
UPDATE: So I had a pool of 300 bids and a little experience with how the auctions work. My 300 or so bids won 200 bids and those won nothing. Since I got most of my money back, the experience only cost me $6.39. I spent quite a few hours on the DealDash site basically losing to people who could spend more bids than I had available.

I love deal dash! Where else can you buy expensive items without breaking your budget? The bidding is fun in itself but when you see those fireworks it's amazing. If you try it you will see

Great way to save a lot of money on top brand items! Just keep track of how many bids you are using and how much you paid for them so you don't end up over paying.

I'm looking for a full refund to my MasterCard as per your terms if I am not satisfied with deal dash. I came to realize that it was not for me at this time. Thank you.

The various sheet sets auctioned on Deal Dash are all top quality sheets. The most recent won auction was a gift for our son and daughter in law. They loved it and the shipping was quick.

I enjoy DealDash and have gotten some great bargains but due to my father's health issues have not been on for a while. Although both of my sisters are on regularly.

The bidding can be frustrating but the customer service is absolutely awesome, hands down! They are the main reason why I'm sticking it out and trying the site a little longer.:-)

I did not realize that money came out of my account before you purchased. I asked for a refund and it was returned with in a few hours. True to your 100%. Thank you I will return to do business.

Very nice and informative. The email helped educate me on how the auctions work and gave me another shot at playing again that I gladly will take. Definitely better than quibids

So far four items I have won are "out of stock"! How can that be? Why are the item's up for bid? A waste of my time and money! I have emailed them regarding this issue twice with NO response!

This site is O. K... you can win plenty for 95% or more off but you can also lose a lot of money too. This website should be categorized as Gambling/deals.

I love deal dash but I just cant afford the cost of the bid packages. Perhaps you could implement some different types of ways that us poorer people can earn bids

I think DealDash is a rip off and will not ever purchase any more. I'm stuck with over 400 bids. I've learned my lesson if it seems too good it is. I will and have told everyone about this website.

Everything I've won has been excellent quality. It has come promptly in the mail and has been as described. Only problem is I can't stop bidding. I'm trying to find balance!

I have to give credit to the CS team. Very professional and addresses issues promply. One of the reasons I continue with DD. I have been a member since 2012, and enjoy the excitment of playing. I missed my appt to talk to someone on how to improve DD. Anyway of looking at putting page numbers at the top of the pages. Its a pain having to scroll to bottom to switch page numbers. Just a thought. Thank you.
