I bought an item and noted that inner packaged appeared damaged. The support team member, Anna advised if damaged take photos and email support team@ deal dash and it could be replaced. Relief!

So I spray $30 to have the ability to place a bid that was two weeks ago and I've yet to win anything and right when you think you have the winning bid the app crashes, this has happened 7 times in the last week alone please don't waste your money this app is a RIP OFF!

Love deal dash. You can get excellent deals, as long as there aren't people jumping bids or running up the amount fast because they think they can win it easier that way. Lol

I have a problem twice with hidden packages and both times they were completely replaced. Didn't understand the process of bidding and they gave me only Ridgeback

My Wife has had a few experiences that were taken care of rite away, on the other hand she just had a few that really SUCKED! She won 2 bids and it was posted as so. A week or so ago she wrote a letter to you because it said Deleted next to the item, well she didn't pick up the email rite away and was told that you didn't even have the product in inventory so you credited her account and in the future if she don't get back to you rite away she would lose everything... That is BS, Its our fault that you don't have the item you put up for bid and leave it there till the end and there is a winner. I think that is crap, Also She never saw the bids come back to her account even though we were told they did. Wanted the items anyway...

Since my last review Dealdash and I have worked out some of the bugs that we experienced. I am happy to say our issues have been resolved to our Satisfaction, Actually above our expectations. Thank you Dealdash for listening to your customers and taken quick action to resolve the problems.

Who are the supposed people on Deal Dash today, 05/05/2016? I have 2 issues. First and foremost because I reported 'team bidders' two weeks in a row on Monday, all their fake avatars came out in a vengeance. The night was a horrible nightmare that it took years to recover... I caught the Team bidders which i copied and emailed. So why can't an intelligent woman figure it out? And repoNow today all of a sudden itdawned on me. They may have madeit. But they are all goid, i surehope. Love you! U

My experience was not good. At first I won 4 things valued at around $80 for one cent each but spent over $30 on 200 bids and then $144 on 900 bids and just kept bidding without ever winning again and had to buy items to get bids back in my account. I wouldn't have bought those items otherwise. I now am down to around 200 bids left and don't have anything to show for the 900 bids but that. I just tried again after listening to advice on the internet with a $10 Burger King gift card but spent $8.16 which equalled 51 bids and had the automatic bidder bid buddy bidding and used up all my bids and others were still bidding... something is not right here with that. I thought it was on the news that this was legit. I asked for a refund but haven't heard anything. Last night was my first experience with this. I feel I should warn others as I am losing money with this and not seeing anymore bargains no matter how hard I have tried. Also I got an avatar of a man's head in a yellow construction hat which is not what I picked... I picked beautiful flower.

I erringly thought I was getting a free trial only to find out that I had actually bought a bid package! I do not have internet service at my home at this time and didn't think I could adequately use the service, so I requested a refund. Within LESS than 24 hours I received a response from a rep and refund was in process, and was even told I could use the bids I had left without interfering with the refund request! What a wonderful opportunity and with absolutely NO HASSLE whatsoever! I will definitely become a member once I have internet at my home, and will recommend this company to all I talk to, and that's a lot!

I won a great prize for an amazingly low price on DealDash then I somehow failed to pay for my prize correctly. When I did not recieve my prize, I discovered the problem and frantically contacted customer support and ask for help to get my item. Within a day, I was contacted and offered another chance to purchase my item! I cannot thank DealDash enough for allowing me to get my prize! Now that's a FAIR DEAL in my opinion! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

Once my bids run out, I will not buy more. I feel some of the items are ran up by staff. Funny how I won my first experiences, but then things get blown out. Don't know who is worse, you are Bidzid

I am new to the penny auction concept. DealDash provides you with tips and videos on how to bid and even strategies to win. I won a $10 gift certificate to Burger King for 1 cent! I love this! (-;

I do like deal dash but don't have the time to bid and save money on products. So I asked if I could get refund and they refunded everything that I wanted. I will do business in future very pleased!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY there only a few good items and they will cost you more then it cost to just buy that *******@amazon 30 bucks I spent and got a 10$ gift card that I had to pay 1$ for crazy scammer site do not waste your bucks

THEY HAD AUCTIONED FLASHFORGE 3D PRINTERS WHICH THE CHINESE COMPANY FLASHFORGE REQUIRES THE SELLER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WARRANTY SERVICE. DEALDASH INSTEAD HAS THIS BIZARRE REQUIREMENT FOR WINNERS TO SEND THEM A VIDEO OF THE ISSUES AND THEN WILL NO LONGER RESPOND TO GET THE REPAIRS DONE! MY FLASHFORGE ARRIVED IN NON-WORKING ORDER AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO FIX OR REPLACE IT!

EVERY DEALING WITH DEAL DASH HAS BEEN GREAT! I I RECEIVED DAMAGED CANDLES AND RECEIVED EMAIL THAT THEY WHERE REPLACING THEM. I BROKE MY NECK IN A CAR ACCIDENT, DEAL DASH IS A BETTER ALTERNATIVE THEN WATCHING TV ALL DAY. I WISH I HAD MORE MONEY I CAN SPEND FROM MY I LIVE ON DISABILITY AND A PENSION I GET FROM DELTA AIRLINES

I mistakenly purchased bids during registration. Dealdash.com customer service was very quick to resolve the issue and make things right. Excellent customer service!

The house rules state that Team Play (2 accounts working together to run off other bidders) is strictly forbidden. As they do this they keep increasing levels and receive free bids. They exchange their wins for free bids. They can then use these free bids to pull the scam again and again and again. I watched this happen over and over again. I noticed one user who was obviously doing this had won an automobile after placing hundreds of thousands of (free?) bids on one auction.
I have to wonder how many people are scammed out of paid-for bids by a person who has a million free bids to use?
The site says they use sophisticated software, monitoring systems and safety protection measures to detect bidders who are not complying with this policy.
I don't know how sophisticated it can be. I spent an hour looking at recently won auctions and found dozens of probable Team Play. I can only see the last 80 seconds of bidding and see the same thing (and sometimes the same bidders) winning with the same pattern:
3 people using BidBuddy, one finally gives up and then another drops out seconds later producing a winner.

Was amazed with how customer service, handled everything fast and very helpful. I would LOVE to do a commercial for you!

I've never had a disappointment with my winnings at Deal Dash. The quality is top-notch and always very high end items.

I guess I didn't have anything better to spend $30.00 on. Usually I am very good with my money and don't fall for scams, I must have been tired from a long week at work. So you pay to bid, and you bid, and the timer starts over with each bid, so these bids can last for hours, okay let's say for example this is legit and you get something/win an auction - do people include the cost of their bid plus how much they invested in their purchase to bid, and the hours invested by the computer as they bid back and forth. Next time I will just go to an auction. I could have done so much more with my time and money. I am truly disappointment in dealdash, disappointed in my lack of judgement, and disappointed for the disregard on how much more I value my time. I noticed someone won the auction for a $10.00 walmart card for $6.57; however how much did that individual pay for bids. Perhaps the time to bid is in the wee hours of the morning, I will in - in my dreams. A fool and their money are soon parted. Today I was a fool.

These guys are very honest and more than generous in arbitration. I had 1st wanted to quit but then I was treated so well I think I'll stick with the program. I hadn't even given the chance.

To get the problem fixed. When a problem did arise, the support team always express concern and was always helpful in trying
To find out what happen to fixed the error. I always came away satisfied for the few times I did have a problem. When I read that someone is complaining that DealDash is not an honest bidding auction, I shake my head in disagreement. When someone new complains that they never win and this site must be fixed, I've seen the support team return their money on the bid packs they bought on the spot. I'm here to tell everyone that DealDash is the most honest and best bidding site, by far, that I have ever used. The line of communication between the bidder and the support team is outstanding and second to none. The company and customer support get 5 stars from me.

I won an auction; got confirmation withing minutes; received shipping information within 24 hours; and received my product within 5-7 business days. A very good experience.
