An account was open on deal dash without my permission and they refunded my money the very next day no questions asked. Very helpful

This is 100% ripoff, you find our for yourself VERY quick. Wanna throw away your money? Be my guest. But remember, you WILL lost.

I have been using Deal Dash on and off now for about 5 years. Ive won several impeccable prizes. They vary from bid packs to win more bids to a Bolvaint watch. PLAY AND YOU WILL BE HOOKED!

I have lost alot of money in this sites and didn t get nothing. Its is very tricky how they did it maybe am a old customers. I quit this yrs ago

This site would be easy to quit if the customer service wasn't first-rate. These people are truly a pleasure to do business with!

First let me start by saying that Customer Service is outstanding. Having said that, here is where it starts going down hill. My first review was 5 stars but after being with Deal Dash for 2 months my rating has dropped to 1 Star, and here's why.
Bid Stompers, Team Bidders, and those person who resell Items they have won. I KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THEY HAVE MEASURES IN PLACE TO HANDLE THIS, This may be true, but For the last 2 or 3 weeks I have been following the same 4 to 6 people in mainly Camera and Electronics Auctions where they have used HUNDREDS OF BIDS to win Auctions. Now these people must have LARGE Family's or MANY, MANY FRIENDS.
Why would someone buy Cameras from many Different Manufacturers.
Finally to Dave or another C/S Rep if you check my e-mails to Customer Service you'll see what my communication in the past are, as well as suggestions on how to possible suggestions to handle problems I have mentioned.
Once the Bids I have left are gone so am I. I just can't afford to bid against these type of Bidders

I was reporting a error when using Paypal for purchasing,. My costumer service contact was helpful and reported the issue to IT

Deal Dash guarantees a win with your first bid pack. Beware, this is how they get you. I managed to win three $10 gift cards for various places at a cost of 5 cents. So, $30.05 for $30 worth of gift cards, and no one bid on those but 1 person. Not bad... figuring that folks must go for the big items only l proceeded to purchase two more bid packs for around 76 dollars total. Interestingly enough, now even the 10 an 25 dollar gift cards were pulling in hundreds of bids. So I try for flashlights and umbrellas. More than 10 value, but still low cost. Now, I am not saying this place is shady and have their own auto bids, but you will see these few winners on every auction. After losing the next two bid packs I had enough.

Curiosity got to me though so I installed a chrome add on "Bid Ninja", which gives a 24 hour free trial. I think this is against house rules, but had already determined I was done with this place. What bid ninja does is show you how manifolds are in an auction, how many bids made by them, how many times they won in the past, what items and total $ spent on bids. I highly advise before registering and spending money on this site, to check out some of the auctions using bid ninja or something similar.

While it is to be expected that deal dash is going to make money, you will see the in a lot of the auctions folks are using 200 dollars or better worth of bids, for a 700 camera for example. I looked at one persons past bids and they used *******, that's right, 14k bids for a 700 dollar camera. The lowest price I saw for bid cost is 12 cents. Do the math, thats $1680 dollars!

Again, Im not saying they have bots boosting for them, but no way to know. My advise, check auctions with the bid ninja before registering. Notice who almost always wins. If you still decide to purchase, go for something small they make private for you and after winning, cut your loses and bail.

Bottom line, save your HARD EARNED money for black Friday or cyber Monday. If you win a 700 item for 50 dollars and 200 dollars worth of bids, you got a good deal... but, most likely you will spend 200 or more with of bids and walk away empty handed.

Have only won small bid packs due to too much bidding/overbidding. Then again I have used other bidding sites more often.

Human error but staff helped resolve issue in a very expediant manner. Unbelievable customer service. Kudos to their entire Support staff.

I LOVE DealDash! They have popular items at fair prices. The site isn't overcrowded so it is easy to win and buy great items at 1/20 of the cost.

I didn't win the auctions, but a great deal when buying the item I lost AND getting all my bids back on my account. Had fun trying though! :)

Well tried this out went through the points pretty fast did not win anything i do not think it is that easy, but the refund was quick and easy..

I ha e always been treated fairly and quickly and CS is great they go out of their way to help and rectify and issues you have. A ++

I called about an item I did not received, customer service handle it with no problem. He said I would receive a new Card within a week. Thank you

Well anna helping me understanding of what I did and what not to do thin told me how to understand the bidding on this site thanks for your help.

I rec'd extra bids and used them for a 5 piece cutting board which I really need. I am hoping it's as nice as it appears
