I ordered a refurbished Ipad Pro from Decluttr, and even got a 10% discount. That being said, I received it today. Now, they said it was in "good, refurbished" condition. They were wrong. It arrived in "like-new" condition. I am quite impressed. Included was a little lightening cable. Seriously, I was skeptical at first given all the negative reviews, but, now I'm very pleased. The only con was trying to check order status. It kept on coming up as in processing and yet I received it today. Not knowing when it was being shipped was a let down because I waited to make sure the accessories I needed (longer cable and a screen protector) would be appropriate for this model. But, as I said it appears to be brand new except for a few very light scratched on the rear of the device. Good job!
Contacted them 7 days after the "expected delivery date" when a book did not arrive. (BTW: I received no notice that shipment had actually occurred.) Their reply was that I was contacting them beyond their "within 30 days of expected delivery date" and that "Due to the length of time that has passed, we do not have access to our records". Sounds like this "company" in not on the up-and-up. You may also note that in trying to contact this GA vendor, email goes to an address in the UK. Be aware before you deal with this group (or individual.)
I paid for voice recognition software for pc and got a karate movie.
Then they want me to ship it back at my expensive.
Never again would I do business with this company.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do business with them.

I sent them an apple watch. They said it was locked, it was so I unlocked. Two weeks later I contacted customer service. They told me the watch was locked and they couldn't access. I checked my cloud.com account, they lied. It's been 3 weeks and my watch hasn't been returned.
They are a scan and I wouldn't trust them. Run dont walk away from these creeps
I tried to sell my old cell phone to Decluttr. They gave an initial estimate and I shipped the phone to them. I soon received an email stating that the phone was not in same condition as I described stating it had a broken screen and they revised the offer to $1.25. I refused the offer and then returned the phone. I was shocked when I received the phone and it was still in perfect condition just as it was when I shipped it. Clearly, they tried to low ball me expecting that I would assume it had been broken in shipping. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I am owed $12.80 regarding order# *******, which is for 16 blu-rays that were received by Kelsey on 5/11. Per my conversation with customer service rep Meg on 5/17 which I have saved, I was promised payment of $12.80 in two business days which is by today. This morning I receive an email from Karla stating "something" is missing from my order without specifying what that something is. NOTHING is missing from my order and why I am being promised payment and then two days later receive a conflicting response that I need to provide a shipping manifest from the carrier? UPS does not provide a manifest when you hand them a sealed box. DeCluttr has a litany of complaints on every online review site you can write a review where customers are having the same experience of baseless accusations of missing items, damages, etc. to force customers to accept less than the price they were originally offered. I was promised payment of $12.80 (I have the proof from Meg) and that is the only acceptable resolution. At this point it's not about the $12.80 or the pennies they are trying to short me, it's about the principle and the comfort with which this business lies to its customers. Absolutely shameful and a disgrace.
Device was sent in company says Device is blacklisted. Had phone provider verify that it wasn't. Provided proff to Decluttr. Decluttr is not returning phone calls or returning my phone. Complete scam.
This app is a HUGE ripoff! They lie and scam you! I sold some video games and they came back saying the disc was missing from the one worth the most. I told them it was there and to double check it. It was there like i said so they issued a check. I tried to sell my LG G4 to them and they came back and said it was locked to a google account, i told them to check it again because it wasn't. They again said it was locked. I called and told them theres no way its locked and i have pictures of the set up to show that its unlocked and to check again. They came back and said it was locked again and shipped it back. When i received the phone it was on the home screen! Please tell me how you got all the way through the setup to the home screen if it was still locked? They lie and try to scam you and will do anything to get out of paying. Beware of this app!
I submitted a request to sell a wii u game system. I was quoted $35.00. After they received the system, I received a different offer for $3.50. They claimed it was because the system wouldnt read games. I find this hard to believe as my kids were able to play games on it right before I shipped it. I declined their new offer and they sent it back to me in the most damaged box I have ever seen. I feel like this was deliberate because they were mad I declined the offer. I am sure they made sure it doesnt work now. They made sure I cant sell it to anyone else.
I sent them a 2018 Macbook and was told the battery is defective and revised the price to $35. WTF? The battery is degraded but it still hold it charges. It also doesn't cost $200 to replace the battery. There's no option to choose the battery life when I did the quote so as long as it's working then it's in working condition.
How they inspect things make no sense to me. They conditioned my iPad Air 4th generation as poor because of a minor dent. I don't think that should a big flaw considering EVERYTHING WORKS perfectly fine.

EVIL IN ITS PUREST FORM! I wish I can give Decluttr 0 stars. Why would you damage the perfect pre-owned iPhone when the customer rejected your lowball offer? At least return the item to me in the original condition! It was truly my biggest regret! Evil people don't just hurt others, they take pride in the pain they cause and then try to blame their victims. PLEASE DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH DECLUTTR! Their sole purpose is to cheat and steal from the customers. Get to Best Buy or Wal-Mart for legitimate deals. Don't be fooled by this wicked company!
Sent in pro 4. Took pictures first. Bubblewrapped like crazy. Get email after they had it for DAYS saying "Lifted screen
When we tested your device, we found that the screen has come away from the rest of the item" THEN OFFERED 10 BUCKS. It was fine they either broke it or are lying. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. I declined their $10 offer, we'll see what gets returned since I have photos & video of what was sent.

Rejected their ridiculous offer after they lied about condition. Made them send back (if they ever do)
Do not sell anything to then, they are refusing to pay or ship me back my IPhone 12, which is worth 427 dollars, they will rob you of your hard earned money.
I deactivated my T-Mobile line that I had an extra line basically for no reason and sent in my iPhone 8 Plus. I received an offer of $226 and then they said once received that it was for a different servicer and dropped my offer to $204. I actually forgot to remove my T-Mobile Sim card for my T-Mobile phone. The phone was brand new because Apple had to replace it when they lost mine so other than that they reduced it once received and claimed it was for a different provider so please be careful even if you send brand new items into them they will make up some excuse to lower your offer.
Sent in a working iPad with a slightly diminished battery. Other than that, everything worked exactly as it should. They received it and said the item was "not as described" even though there were no questions upon submission regarding the battery state. All they asked is if the device is in working condition and has no major damage. They said the battery health was below average. This was the only issue they claim to have found. No kidding. Did they think they were getting a brand new iPad? If they had been reasonable and offered a respectable revised price, I would have accepted it, but their "new" offer basically said the device was worthless. So I declined it, and according to their terms, they would send it back to me for no charge. Received it back in the mail today, and the device has been ruined beyond repair. Something inside the casing now has a huge bulge, the front of the device is separated from the backing, and it will not charge or turn on. Seems this is not unique, as I have read numerous reviews describing the same issues. It appears they quote high prices on tech so you will send it to them instead of someone else, they invent some excuse to give you a revised price (something barely more than zero), and if you decline it, they ruin your device. When pressed, they will likely claim it was damaged during shipping, which is flat out lie. This company may be fine for cheap things like old DVD's, but they will never pay you for anything of value. Shocked they are allowed to continue to stay in business.
If you want to waste your time, this is the company for you. I sent an iPad, Apple Smart Keyboard, and a 1st gen Apple pencil because they offered me the best price for these items. All three of these items were like new because I barely used them. If I knew the trouble I would have to go through just to get payed, I would've just kept these items.
After I sent them my package, I was told by UPS that it was delivered to Decluttr. 2 days later, my account said that they were still waiting for my package. I emailed customer service (there's no phone number) asking about what going on. Conveniently, after they responded, my package magically arrived and was ready for a quality check. Then 4 days go by (business days) and I haven't received any updates about my order. I emailed them again and they had the audacity to say that 2 items were missing from my order (keyboard and pencil) which is why it was taking them so long to check my order. This was completely false as I sent all three items in the same package (placed in a white bubble wrap bag that I put inside a box that I got at UPS). I emailed them again saying that this was false and magically they found my items and starting to FINALLY process my order. Then about 2 hours later they sent me an email saying that the apple pencil had damage, so they had to knock down the price that they originally quoted me. I was frustrated with this whole process and I didn't want to fight them anymore, so I just accepted the offer that they gave me just so I could get paid. Never do business with this company, unless you want to waste your time and sanity.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this scam of a website, they waste your time and sanity. If I didn’t offer them a tracking number, they would’ve stole two of my items that I sent to them because they said they couldn’t find them in the package. Don’t get scammed by staying far away from Decluttr.

I had seen all the positive reviews for Decluttr and I thought I should try them out. Bad move on my part, there were so many problems with one order.
-My order arrived later than your site, and rep, said I should expect it;
-I received a phone that was not able to work on the Sprint network, even though I ordered a phone from your site that was said to work on the Sprint network;
-My return had not been processed still today, 8/17/20, even though it had been confirmed that it was received by their rep and tracking on 8/10/20;
-On 8/14/20 I received email confirmation from the rep saying that the returns department ‘have now processed the refund in full‘. It's 8/18/29 and My refund actually had not been issued to my credit card as was promised by the rep;
-Reps email replies not at all acknowledging this problem created an urgent situation. The reason I was buying a phone is because my last one was dying. Their lack of concern and urgency was very disappointing.
At this point I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Absolute scam! Please don't send your things to them. They keep beating around the bush and lying through emails and not giving me my money for an expensive iphone! I will continue writing everywhere, every day, and contacting third parties until i get my money now that i know for a matter of fact this is all a scam! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, DONT SEND HERE! And decluttr, give me my money!
Yes they actually LIE and cherry pick the best CDs/DVDs from your package, then tell you these were "missing from your order." This while giving you nine cents for the others. TAKE PICTURES of your package, they are nothing but liars and thieves!
On Feb 24,2023, I ordered a used Xbox 360 500 G system including one controller, cables plus 6 ea. Xbox 360 games. Received the System on 3/2 3 days prior to the 6 games being finally received. However, after attempting to set up and play I determined that the controller is defective plus the fact they didn't include the gaming receiver or charger that's required. After purchasing a new controller from Amazon plus new batteries and a charger I determined the battery included with their controller is defective also and won't accept a charge, Last but NOT least I'm amazed that the Xbox 360 system functions properly at all because whoever packaged it only placed two strips of heavy-duty wadded up kraft paper in the shipping carton. All of the items should have been wrapped individually in bubble wrap for cushioning protection.
Also, I recommended replying to their customers within 24 hrs at the latest NOT up to 5 working days. They indicate in their email directions to customer service, this is absurd.
Tip for consumers:
Purchase elsewhere I recommend Ebay for used systems and games.

One time and last time user. They 'found' issues with my device and cut the offer from $41 to $8. I just rolled over and accepted it, but will no longer do business with them.
Two different things. Will sometime send coupon codes for an extra 10% or an extra $5 on items sent but then when you try to use the code they won't work. Second, and more seriously, I sent a ton of CDs over the years and it turns out even after you save an order they will delete items out of it with no notice. So you might scan a hundred CDs and get an offer amount of $100. But if you just save the order instead of completing it they will actually remove items with no notification whatsoever. And then you sent all 100 items and only get paid for the 50 that are still on the order. I have no idea how many items I've sent and never got paid for. I just realized they were doing this. I had a safe to order of 23 items with a value of $42 and then when I went back a few days later to complete the order I realized there were only three items still listed and the value was only about $8. If I had not noticed then I would have sent all 23 CDs expecting $42 and I would have only gotten $8. When I complained they said something like I have to check the order before actually sending. How would someone know to do that? I guess you're just supposed to know. And it's your fault if you don't. And of course they won't send back the items or tell you there's any problem. And if you complain about their dishonesty all you get is something like "I'm sorry you feel that way". I sent them probably 10 or 15 or maybe even twenty orders over the years and I've received quite a bit of money but it makes me wonder how many CDs Ive sent but they've never paid for. Probably a total of hundreds of dollars.
I was quoted $42 for my iPad that was in excellent condition, it had been cleaned with a high rated screen cleaner it was spotless! Battery was at 80%. IPad Air 1 So I accepted and sent the iPad to Decluttr. About a week later I received email stating iPad screen was detached and not as described. Revised offer was $2.10. I new this was CRAP AND ASKED FOR RETURN. Approx 2 weeks + I got iPad back, Funny thing, the iPad received back was filthy, it was not mine, the dirt on the back was built up from years of use!, so they scored on mine and screwed me! BAIT AND SWITCH…TWICE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN NOW, do not send anything to Decluttr, you will be lied too! Absolute AS*H***S
I sent them a 3 year old iPad in PERFECT condition. They are going for $200-225 locally, but I did not feel like dealing with all the texts and calls, so I decided to try Decluttr and sell the device to them for $125. Before sending it in I restored it to factory settings. Once they received the iPad there were problems with their website tracking the shipment. It took a while for them to acknowledge receiving it. I honestly thought they were going to just tell me they never received it and screw me over that way. Instead, they screwed me over by telling me they could not restore the device to factory settings, so they only paid $25 for it. I accepted it to be done with them. TERRIBLE SERVICE! SLOW TO RESPOND IF AT ALL! TOTAL RIPOFF. BEWARE! Decluttr is a TOTAL SCAM!
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT send them a device. They WILL rip you off, like so many reviews say.

I sold them a used device, did not purchase anything.
I sold them a very new Iphone 12 great condition and told me there was a red flag and wouldn't pay me what I was offered, which was $392. I asked for them to return my phone, said it would be returned to me in 2-4 business days. I was on vacation and when I got back still no phone. I followed up with them and they informed me that the sales tech sold my phone online, without my consent and offered to pay me less $302, I wanted the full amount since I didn't authorize the first request to sell my phone. I was livid at this point, as a single mom trying to get some extra cash. I followed up with them asking how they could do this because I never once gave approval to sell my phone. I got a reply stating that they are shipping my phone out and I should get it in 2-4 business days. I again followed up twice and still haven't received a payment or my phone. I will get an attorney involved because this is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service and for them to just sell my phone without my approval. Stay away and don't even try doing business with them!
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company, they will take advantage of you and sell things without your approval
I've sent in a MacBook Air, for which they've offered me a fair price. However, I caNNOT reach them to either accept or decline the offer. I've lost the password I used to set up my account and despite ENDLESS attempts to communicate with them, I can't reach a human being who comprehends the issue. They just keep sending me emails reminding me that I'm running out of time to accept or decline the offer — but I can't respond to those emails without my password. I'm very, very frustrated.
If you're looking to make quick cash or just need to declutter, sell your stuff with Decluttr today - we accept phones, CDs, DVDs, games, books, tablets and much more!
