I ordered a refurbished Ipad Pro from Decluttr, and even got a 10% discount. That being said, I received it today. Now, they said it was in "good, refurbished" condition. They were wrong. It arrived in "like-new" condition. I am quite impressed. Included was a little lightening cable. Seriously, I was skeptical at first given all the negative reviews, but, now I'm very pleased. The only con was trying to check order status. It kept on coming up as in processing and yet I received it today. Not knowing when it was being shipped was a let down because I waited to make sure the accessories I needed (longer cable and a screen protector) would be appropriate for this model. But, as I said it appears to be brand new except for a few very light scratched on the rear of the device. Good job!
Contacted them 7 days after the "expected delivery date" when a book did not arrive. (BTW: I received no notice that shipment had actually occurred.) Their reply was that I was contacting them beyond their "within 30 days of expected delivery date" and that "Due to the length of time that has passed, we do not have access to our records". Sounds like this "company" in not on the up-and-up. You may also note that in trying to contact this GA vendor, email goes to an address in the UK. Be aware before you deal with this group (or individual.)
Do not use this site! I have been fighting with them for a month about an iPad I sent. They claim it was not in the box. I consider them to be dishonest thieves.
Purchased product. Worked for 3 months, became deficient. Emailed x 3. Wont answer phone. Pooooor company and warranty doesn't exist. Dont buy from them. Unable to give no stars, or I would...
I sent my pristine iPhone 13 Pro in to sell to Decluttr. They promised me $741 which was the best offer I got from any site. They received the phone, then told me that the "flip switch" is broken and they are revising their offer to $189 which is a joke. I contacted support and asked them to re-test since I know that the flip switch was working fine when I sent it in. A week later, they responded to say there is no possible way that their team made a mistake and they are refusing to re-test the device. I opted to decline their offer, get my phone back, and test it myself. When I got my phone back, I checked and the flip switch works totally fine. They just made a mistake and refused to acknowledge it. Now, since it's so long after the iPhone 14 release, I'm missing out on hundreds of dollars if I try to sell it to another company. Don't waste your time trying to sell your device to these guys, they'll just lie about the condition of your phone, ignore your support requests for days on end, and then try to force you to accept a lowball offer so they can line their pockets.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Decluttr to sell your device. Search around and find another business with integrity.

I was using their product to sell them my device.
I attempted to sell them my used iPhone 11 Pro Max (unlocked, 64GB)
They offered me $323 for a "good" condition. There were literally no scratches, dents, etc. Minimal sign of wear existed in some slight scuffing maybe? Like those tiny scratches that can hardly be seen. Either way, phone was in very good condition. I used bubble wrap and a cardboard box to ship the phone to prevent damage. I also kept the phone in the $100 MOUS leather case since I no longer has use for it and figured it can't hurt to include, especially as it would only prevent further damage during shipping. They received my shipment and proceeded to tell me that the phone was extremely damaged and due to this they can only offer me $60! I could literally walk into a pawn shop and get twice that so why would
I waste my time? Even if the phone had a damaged screen I could get more. So something didn't make sense here but they would not provide proof that it was damaged (picture of the phone). Obviously trying to scam me. I'll never use Decluttr again and I will advise anyone who mentions selling phones etc to use anyone except Decluttr!
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT use this site to sell your phone!! They will bait you in with a good $ and then change their offer and if you don’t catch their email stating they changed the offer on you then they will say you didn’t tell them no and are entitled to keeping your phone! Deceitful practice!

None because they tried to scam me
DO NOT SELL YOUR THINGS HERE! I sold over $30 worth of MOVIES to them and they offered me $10! At first I accepted it because I needed a quick buck! Then this morning they decided to only send $1 because some of them had "missing disks" and "weren't original " but no disks were missing and they were purchased from Disney's movie club! This company is a scam! If you read their social media comments and bad reviews on here you'll see that! They'll take your CDS and wont return them! DO NOT SELL TO THEM! They're making fake reviews DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered from Decluttr a Google Pixel XL - Decluttr sent a Google Pixel.
Decluttr wrote that the phone is in "Very Good" condition - the phone has huge bump.
I contacted Decluttr with Amazon's "Different from what I ordered > Ask for a replacement" - no response from Decluttr.
I contacted Amazon customer service who contacted Decluttr - no response from Decluttr.
(Amazon order **************651 from 18 October 2017)
I wish I would have found this site before I sent Decluttr my iPhone.
I sent my fully functional phone in good faith. In its original box with charger, cable, headphones and owners manual. Packed accordingly in a rigid cardboard box. After they got it, Decluttr contacted me stating my phone has a faulty proximity sensor and lowered their offer from $150 to $1.
I declined their offer and requested all of my items be returned.
Only the phone was returned to me and it was loose in a padded envelope. Upon receiving the phone, I noticed the screen was scratched in several places (I kept it in a hard shell Otter case from day one). I connected the charger and within a few minutes the phone heated up, bowed in the middle to the point the screen separated from the backing.
After contacting customer service, Decluttr refused to accept any responsibility.
After reading other reviews on here. There is definitely a pattern of questionable business practices. I intend to contact the Kennesaw district attorney and the Georgia Attorney General's office.

Do not do business with Decluttr

Edit for update: I did receive my money today, July 24,2023. Thank you Decluttr and Trustpilot review page. Though delayed, I am happy to have received the stated amount! Thank you once again, and hope your system works better, and other customers doesn't feel what I went through during this process. Best wishes!
First message: There is no way that you can contact a human via phone. They take lot of time to reply through email. They say their app or online account doesn't work, so the updates aren't what it should be. They say that they paid me for my device 5 business days back, but I have not received it yet. They haven't given me any confirmation of their payment. It's been over 3 weeks since I started the deal with them, they received my device on 10th July, 2023. I had to send emails everyday to get any response. I was not updated as soon as they received my device, nor when they paid me. Today, the 19th July 2013, still no actual payment in hand, though they say they paid me last week. Meanwhile, I sold 3 other devices online with other companies, and got paid for all of them within a week. Seems like a bogus company to me.
Device: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
Condition: Good condition - Factory reset
Declined by Decluttr: Block/Barred
They said that they're unable to give the payment nor able to send back to me. In my opinion, this is a scam because
1. The value of the phone was $71 according to them.
2. Factory reset and was working fine - I checked the phone upon starting up and it DID. It went into setup wizard just like a brand new Samsung Galaxy phone supposed to.
3. I got that phone from AT&T in 2016 - AT&T sent to me after I dropped my older Samsung Galaxy S7 edge (Through AT&T phone protection plan).
There is no reason for the phone being blocked/barred unless this was a mistake made by the staff that reviewed my phone. They refused to pay the $71 or sent back the phone. I could go to Samsung and get it for a direct trade-in! At least, they should have sent me detailed information on why the phone was blocked or how to resolve the problem. I would GLADLY pay for the return fee if they are too poor to send it back to me. I DO NOT recommend using their service because they are not transparent with their vetting protocol.
To be fair, I will take down/revise this review if they are able to follow-up with my issue.
DO NOT BY ANY MEANS SEND YOUR ITEMS TO THIS COMPANY! They are scammers. I was given a price of $100 for an iPhone 7 32GB. So after about a week I get a message saying it's still on iCloud and find my phone hasn't been turned off. Well that's a lie because before I sent it in I did both of those things. Well when they told me that I called Apple directly and gave them the serial number of the device and they informed me that the device was in fact removed from the cloud and the find my phone feature was turned off. So I replied and told them this. Today I get a message saying an item I sent to them was not an item they do not buy and that they would not return nor would they pay for the item and that it would be recycled! I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and of necessary will file a police report for theft because in their terms and conditions that iPhone still belongs to me until they pay. So please do not send your items to this company!
Went through their online sell process and got a decent price quote for my older iPhone so I sent to them. Up to this point no problem. Once they got it, I received an email saying they don't accept items like what I sent. How can this be since they gave me a quote for it and now say they don't except it. My order on their website said my item description was incorrect. Neither of these reasons were right! On top of that their email said they would not send back per their T&Cs and recycle. I called the phone number in the email and got a recorded message saying they've shutdown their phone number and prefer to address issues via email and their online chat. I'm not surprised they shutdown their phone lines, probably swamped with irrate customers. Finally found their online chat link buried in their help but the person could not provide any further explanation. She did say they would send back my phone and I'd receive an email with a tracking number. After several days I contacted them again asking for a mail tracking number and was given one. Never received an email though. They evidently sent my phone back by pony express because it's taking forever. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. This was the first time I tried to use them and will NEVER use them again. I hope this review is helpful to others considering to use this company for the first time. May you have better luck if you do.
I feel so stupid; Decluttr offered the highest price for my Playstation 4. I sent them the unit expecting to receive full price. They 'revised' the offer claiming the disc tray was damaged I asked for them to return the unit and they did a BAIT AND SWITCH and sent me a non-functioning Playstation. Unit that was sent back was scratched and damaged, non-functioning and ironically still had a game disc in the drive. Wasn't mine, nor would their customer service do anything to fix the issue without me PAYING shipping to send it back.
I will do everything in my power to spread the word and burn this company to the ground. It's a total SCAM and FRAUD - I don't know why this company isn't being investigated criminally for STEALING electronics and goods. They purposely took a fully functioning Playstation and sent back a non-working unit. They will in term sell that Playstation and make a profit.
We returned a dead phone, they accepted the return and it been over a year and after many requests Decluttr has still not refunded the over $400 they owe us.
Beware!

Sold 2 phones and never got paid.
I had 2 iPads to send them, they required two separate shipments so the shipment did not cause any confusion, I printed the shipping labels off their web site, one iPad arrived and was processed without any issues. The second one, according to their web site did not arrive. I checked the the status of the shipment from their website, and the tracking number was not found in the UPS system. I went to UPS and they found the real tracking number and I confirmed it was delivered on the same date as s the first one. It the took me two chat sessions to get confirmation that the second shipment had arrived, and it would be processed. Within two hours I received a diagnosis report that the device was faulty, I. E. the home button was defective. Funny, we never had a problem with the home button the entire time we owned it. They offered a minimal amount because of the issue. Not wanting to deal with these people anymore, I accepted the deal just to end it. I sent an email to object, and got no real response in reply.
This place is fraudulent at best. Do not expect to get what they promise on their web site, and has been pointed out in previous reviews, there is no address or phone number.
Tip for consumers:
Have low expectations

I sent Decluttr my merchandise but never received my deposit to PayPal. They gave me the run around and never made the deposit. I do not recommend using.
I bought a Samsung Gear S3 frontier from their Ebay account and it has been the worst transaction experience of my life. The watch came and was in good condition however the wireless charger did not come with the power cord. I messaged them notifying them of the issue asking for a cord as the watch was in great condition I just had to make sure it charged. I was told they would send me one and I'd get a notification in 24 hours saying it had been "dispatched". Almost a week later, no cord, no notification. To save you all from reading a book, multiple messages later and them agreeing to a partial refund, I've had to buy ANOTHER charger just to make sure it charges so if it didn't I could send it back in the 30 day return period. The first message I sent them asking for help was on the 20th of November. It is now the 9th of December, still no cord, still no partial refund. I even went to their customer support on their site asking for help and they are officially ignoring me. They are borderline con artists and I would recommend people to stay away from them.
Gave them a used PS5, mint condition and barely used, was offered $320. Offered me $200 when it was delivered due to "damage" which is absurd. Bait and switch. Scam company.
I upgraded my daughter to a new iPhone XE and had her iPhone 6S which was in mint condition to sell. I chose to go with Decluttr since they seemed to offer a reasonable price of $125 for the phone. I sent in the phone, a new screen protector, a case and a wall charger and cord in the original Apple iPhone box. Several days later they emailed saying the phone would not turn on and they offered me $25 for the phone. I refused and they sent back the phone, box and all accessories. When I received the phone back I tried to power it on and it immediately turned on and powered up. About two weeks later I tried sending it to Decluttr again, under the same user account and for the same offered price of $125. About a week later I got an email stating that the screen had noticeable finger tip indentations from usage and they again offered me $25 for the phone. I refused the offer and this time they sent back just the phone... which upon inspection is in mint condition... no noticeable indentations in the screen. However, this time they did not return the original iPhone box, users manual, screen protector, case or wall charger. I tried calling to complain but could never get through to a live person so I emailed the company support folks giving my contact info and all the details of what I sent and asked for them to please return the rest of my property and they never called or communicated in any way.
Not only are they pulling a bait and switch operation but they are thieves as well. I would highly recommend that you steer clear of this company.
SCAMMERS SCAMMERS
DO NOT SELL TO THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS I SOLD MY PHONE TO THEM AND THEY DID NOT PAY ME AND THEY ACTED LIKE THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE EVERYONE I TALK TO WAS EXTREMELY IGNORANT AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL PLEASE SELL SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT GO THROUGH THE HEADACHE
An order was never delivered. I contacted Decluttr three times through their "customer service" system over a period of 2-3 weeks and they ignored them all.
This company is absolutely horrible, I sent my brand new Apple Watch to them in perfect condition, they quoted me $145 for the watch. I accepted the offer mailed it to them in the correct time frame. Item was delivered April 7th. They stated they had not received the item until 2 weeks later even though I had proof it had arrived at there facility.
Fast forward to today I still have not received payment for my watch. Even though it "passed" inspection and they even have it stated on there site that they have sent me payment. I received an email there was a problem with my banking details which are indeed correct. I then stated to have them send me it through PayPal which is an instant thing. She stated she would do that and it's been a week and I still have no payment! You can't call this company as they don't list any phone numbers only emails and automated chats which sometimes don't even appear! They have false advertising stating they "pay the next day" which is illegal for them to be advertising this and they need to be shut down as they have scammed so many people. Not sure how they are still open.
I will never give these people any of my products ever again and I wish I would have seen some of these reviews before I trusted them.
