While I already installed rough ins for the showers (bough separately) They tried to resolve the issue by transferring me back and forth to: "sorry this extension was not found. I did have a fabulous sales person in there McDonald Avenue location, but he told me to buy a fresco medicine cabinet and unfortunately the LED has dripped inside the mirror. I've contacted their customer service and they never get back to me. Do not buy their.

Nice place but impossible to get anyone on the phone. It doesn't make any sense either because it is not a very big store and every time I've been there, there are always 4 or 5 sales people working with not that many customers in the store. They have a crazy automated voice-mail system that seems more appropriate for a 1000 person corporation.
I ordered a linen tower from Decorplanet.com on 11/13/2019 and was given an estimated shipping date of 11/19/2019. I ordered it because was strapped for time and it stated on their website "Usually Ships in 3 to 7 Business Days" We didn't get delivery till 12/6/2019! I made several calls to decorplanet.com to see where the heck it was, with one woman named Jordan guaranteeing me that it was going to be delivered 3 weeks prior to when it actually arrived. They did credit me $50.00, but I had to pay my guy a lot more than that to come back and install the cabinet and finish tiling around it. The cabinet itself is very nice, but I will never order from this company again. Lies, lies, lies.
This company doesn't stand behind the quality of it's product's. A faucet bought from Decor Planet 3 years ago had a part that completely rusted through, causing the faucet filters to fall out.
Instead of offering us to replace this product, like any respectable company would do, the best that they could offer is 15% off if I were to purchase the same product from them again. They told me that the warranty on this product is 1 year, even though majority of other faucet manufacturers have a warranty of at least 5 and in some cases 10 years. Think twice before buying anything from Decor Planet, because if the product breaks or is defective, you're on your own.
I selected decorplanet.com for a plumbing part because their website stated the item was in stock and would be shipped within two days. Turns out decor planet sent the order to the manufacturer and it will take TWO MONTHS before my part (which has already been charged to my credit card) is shipped, making our new shower out of commission for two months (until the part arrives). I wish they had been honest about the delivery date up front. Very disappointing. Based on this experience, I won't be a repeat customer.

Bought an Bathroom vanity from DecorPlanet.com. When installing metal part to the drain the glass sink cracks because it didn't fit correctly I immediately contacted the business and they refuse to exchange or refund. They don't guarantee there products once its deliver. I ask if unit can be sent back to manufactures, they said "no" and to top that off. They offer me to spend more money to repurchase the glass sink. It's more a headache dealing with these people then pleasure. They can care less if there product its fragile. Just want to let everyone know not to do business with DecorPlanet.com
Great customer service in stores. Be aware of the shipping company, they are very rude and lazy to deliver! I was without a vanity for the bathroom for over a month. The driver decided not to deliver it because no one is home, (that was his excuse meanwhile there is a doorman who was able to receive the package). Called to verify what was the issue and the driver and manager gives me attitude being rude and unprofessional. They need to put themselves in our shoes and see how it feel to treat us customer like this. Deliver company needs to have more structure and better customer service, we as customers spend thousands of dollars with your company, we should have a little bit or more respect or communication.
This way of working is unacceptable.
Horrible customer service that is putting in a lot of effort in proving you are wrong than to solve a problem! Their system has placed a duplicate order, only one confirmation was ever sent out, but they charged me $750 shipping fee to send it back to sender and called me several times to yell at me that it's my fault. They'll go beyond and above their duties to convince the customer they are wrong. Previous reviews just prove that they constantly mess up orders and then blame the customer for it.

Ordered about 3500. 00 worth of bathroom items from this company. Order was placed on 7 November 2019. On 11 November 2019 I received a email stating my item would not ship until April of 2020 and I had 48 hours to cancel the order. Thank goodness I check my email regularly. My card had already been charged so now I have to wait a week or possibly more to receive a refund. On a good note, the person I spoke with in customer service was very nice.
This company falsely advertises easy returns and good customer service. I purchased shower doors from them at nearly $700. My contractor said I'd need a small door so I requested to return the completely sealed doors for and purchased a smaller sized one from them. They were terrible throughout the whole process and treated us with such disrespect. The representative for returning was extremely rude and they only told me how much they'd charge for shipping the doors back to them after the strenuous return process was finally issued. They charged me a crazy shipping fee and a restocking fee despite the doors being sealed and unused AND me purchasing a replacement door from them. I will never deal with them again. I advise all customers to stay away and go with a reputable company that's honest and care about customer service. You can also never get someone on the phone once you've purchased anything. Once they have your money, good luck trying to get help with anything!
Their Items are made cheap material. I ordered a very expensive tub- it was damaged twice in the shipping process. The tub came to my house the second time around and it was damaged when i called my sales rep, he had no interest in dealing with the problem and did not want to refund me. Furthermore, their customer service do not help- they do not return any calls ever. When you walk into the store they are all nice to you once you give them your credit card they become total ah!
Will not buy from decorplanet.com again. After waiting 4+ months for the shower enclosure to match the base which arrived earlier, I was never called to arrange delivery. No voicemail. When I tracked down the item it had been 'returned' because they were 'unable to contact the customer by phone' which is a lie. Item had been returned without my consent. To 'fix' this issue I had to re-order expecting the credit for the return to match the new charge but instead discovered they charged me $300 more! Poor customer service failed to fully resolve the issue.

Be very careful to track shipments. Watch your email they may not call to deliver freight, and if that happens you could get screwed with fees to fix their shipping failure.

After an item was delayed 3 times and 6 weeks, I started looking at this company's reviews and realized I wasn't the only person with this issue. I was lucky enough to be able to cancel the order (hopefully with a full refund). I reordered the same product from another company and the product was shipped the SAME day with tracking. I'm not sure why they can't be honest with whether a product is in stock and ready for shipment. Yes, they offer lower prices, but unless you have oodles of time, don't count on actually receiving it. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I also agree with bad reviews about this company. The Level of rudeness that we have experienced is just unbelievable ( their Brooklyn store location). We had an encounter with one of their staff members there, the older guy with a beard, didn't ask him his name unfortunately. Rude, rude, rude. SHOCKINGLY RUDE.
Also the mirrored medicine cabinet was chipped on each side. It could be that we were just unlucky but according to other reviews it's probably more of a norm.

$ 400 faucet from them and they put a signature is required for delivery. Fed ex was suppose to deliver it three days in a row and they never came. I waited at my house everyday for them to come and they never showed up. Decor planet said everyday fed ex would be delivering but they never did. I finally had to pick up the faucet at the fed ex location. Pete who is a sales manager at Decor Planet said he would credit me $ 70.00 for the inconvenience but never did. I have left numerous messages with him and have gotten no return phone calls. Buy somewhere else. It has been a horrible experience!
I bought a Vanity, marble vanity top, and a high end Toto toilet. I spent over $6000. Dollars with them. All the items arrived on a palate. When my contractor was able to open all the items to install them, the marble top was broken in several pieces. Since this was more than 48 hrs after delivery, they refused to replace or refund me and I had to buy a new marble counter top. I won't be a repeat customer!

Disreputable company. They advertised an in stock item, then they told me it would take more than a month to ship while they "searched for a supplier." I cancelled my order and awaited a refund that never came. I finally got in touch with them through their chat--after they never responded to emails--and they said they refunded my purchase to Amazon Pay. Amazon Pay disagrees with them, as they never received a refund. So, Decor Planet are both liars and thieves. I had to file a claim with Amazon Pay to get my money, which they say will take as long as a month.

They shipped item via FedEx. Item was not delivered to my home. Because FedEx marked it as "delivered," there was hesitation in refunding my money. However, I am glad to report that they appear to be living up their responsibility as sellers and contacting FedEx and claim that they will refund my money while they figure out what happened with the shipping. If they come through on their promise, it is what I would expect from a professional company.
... they tell me the touch-up paint they sent (unannounced) is all they will do for our damaged cabinet. By far the worst customer "service" experience I have ever had. As you can see from other reviews, if you have a problem there is a strong probability you will get the run-around. I strongly suggest purchasing from Home Depot, Lowes, etc where you can be assured they will stand by their product.

I have been told they are going to make it right and I will update my review if/when they do. Hopefully they will because I was anticipating the parts I ordered weeks ago and needed them last week. Ordering them in advance didn't help me in this instance.
What a hassle dealing with this place! I bought a vanity there (~$800). When I finally got it, the basin was broken. So, to their credit, they issued a return on that. Meanwhile, the vanity did NOT match my plumbing layout. SO, after going back and forth with customer service for about 2 weeks, I finally got a PARTIAL refund. (the tagged me with a restocking fee--even though my return was going to be resold as a "showroom model" -- AND return shipping). I will NOT be doing business with these guys again and do not recommend them! Two stars is GENEROUS.
Placed order via website on 11/1/19. On 11/11/19 decided to call because they only thing I had was an email confirmation that stated your order will be shipped in 2 days. Needless to say, it hadn't been shipped nor any type of notification.
First call went to voice mail after 5:30 minutes. 2nd call I got customer service after 5 minutes. CS rep informed me that they do not have the part for my order and it will be coming in middle of DECEMBER!
First problem, is that they knew that they didn't have the product but they NEVER contacted me via any form a communications.
Second problem the CS rep needed to contact someone else in their warehouse to find out, so their systems are not talking to each other.
They need to make major improvements to information sharing and inventory positions.

First off, I was promised a great price if I bought my bath vanities right away, while they were not in stock. But in stock, you get same price I got. They kept my money for 3 months. I still have no product. Once they have your money, they forget you. You get conflicting answers on when you get delivery. We are still waiting a 5/28 delivery on 6/10 with no answers. They suck.
