3 weeks into an order - nothing. No shipment tracking, no updates. Called the company to see where my 3 showers are only to hear "they have been discontinued sorry" really!? And nobody bothered to tell me? While I already installed rough ins for the showers (bough separately) They tried to resolve the issue by transferring me back and forth to: "sorry this extension was not found. Goodbye" Want headache? Perfect company for you...

I cancelled the order and lets hope thay at least didnt lie about the refund.
We purchased about $6000 in products from Decor Planet. Each product arrive at least a week later than we were told and most up to 10 days. The double sink vanity arrived with only one sink and a mirror instead of the medicine cabinet we thought we ordered. The kitchen sink was have at least a week late. The tiles which we love were a week late and we had to order more which were promised by Monday and it is Saturday... no tiles. You cannot get your salesman on the phone. Costumer service is easier but they do not know anything since they did not sell you the products. The delivery is only curbside a fact that neither of the salesmen mentioned and when they products came the two men with the truck refused to even help us get things in the front door of our apartment building which was less than 10 feet away from the truck. Finally when one salesman actually returned an email the same day he insulted me in the email and claimed I had not said I wanted a medicine cabinet even though I remember his telling me that I had to pay more for it which I agreed to do and that if I did not like it I could exchange it easily. I am not sure all these reviews could be real people since every other review page I found had scathing reviews and experiences similar to mine. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR HOME PRODUCTS. They sell nice products but what you have to go through to get them is not worth any small savings you might make which are few. The delays all of this cause have left our contractor and tile guy in a bind, and we are living with an unfinished job that was estimated to take a week to ten days but we are now going on a month with no end in sight.
Very easy website to navigate and a very large selection. One stop shop for everything I needed for remolding.The prices are very good.
I only had problems with them. Stay away from * their manager. He is dishonest and very rude.

I purchased several vanities from Decor Planet. All items showed up in a timely manner and the experience from start to finish was an extremely positive one.
This journey began with Menny Baranov. I had several questions about the site, it's ongoing sale, and a delayed delivery since my project was stalled but I did not want to miss out on the sale and opportunity. Menny worked with me to get everything packaged up and ready for purchase, helped me set up an account, and walked me through all of the required steps to make the purchase process simple and seamless.
Next I had the opportunity to work with Mesha Edwards - Decor Planet's undercover superhero! She is a consumate professional and a model Decor Planet Team Member. Unfortunately I ran into a minor issue with delivery location and one of the vanities that showed up was damaged. I hope everyone recognizes all of the steps that occur in between an order to delivery, and many of these steps are in the hands of third parties that the merchant has little control over. The true test is how the merchant vendor responds to those issues. Mesha was the Superwoman of Customer Service. She worked tirelessly to make sure my experience was 100%, and that all issues were remedied as quickly as possible. Throughout the entire process she was positive, professional, and resourceful. Her warm and kind personality exuded through the phone and I could tell I was in good hands throughout the entire process. She navigated all of these unknowns through a pandemic and a high volume holiday period but the entire time made me feel as if the customer was her number one priority.
In the end, my experience resulted in what every customer wants: A great user experience, an excellent product as advertised, and fantastic support when things don't necessarily go as smooth as everyone hopes.
I highly recommend this company and their products (I will post photos when fully installed). It is great that they stand by those products with excellent customer service, which seems to be so rare these days. Thanks again Menny, Mesha, and the entire Decor Planet Team!
Be very careful about ordering from Decor Planet. If you do not live locally, I personally don't think it's worth the risk. I was fortunate in that my order wasn't damaged during shipping. Had it been, I can't even imagine the nightmare I would have had dealing with their deplorable customer service.
I ordered a new vanity. There was no email notification that my order had shipped, though it did. The vanity was to come with a faucet (priced at $135 if purchased seperately). When I placed my order the faucet did not ship. Was I notified of this? No. Did anyone email or call me to explain it was out of stock? No. Did the faucet show as being out of stock on the website? No. Each time I called to find out where my faucet was I was told it would ship via Fedex that day. Did it? No. After about the 5th straight day of calling them, I was told the faucet would be in stock at the end of the following week. I asked for a refund of $135 and was told that since the faucet was "free" they could only give me $30. I asked to be shipped a different faucet and refuded the difference in price (which was $35). I was offered a $5 refund. Seemingly by a miracle at the time, they found the faucet I ordered on display. So they threw it in a box and told me it would ship via Fedex 2 day. Instead, they shipped it via Ground and put a direct signature required restriction on it. I suppose they wanted me to take off work and wait around all day to sign for a faucet. Fedex refused to leave the package with my 24/7 concierge. I was then forced to place a hold on the package and schedule a pickup at a location the following week. 22 days after I ordered it, I had the faucet. Had I not called them repeatedly I'm sure I would still be waiting for it.
To summarize, Decor Planet can give you a headache. Is their merchandise nice? Sure, but it's also overpriced. Due to their customer service, ordering from them is a roll of the dice.
Placed a large order that rep said should ship in 1-2 weeks. 10 weeks later and no ETA. I canceled.

They absolutely lied in what they are stating. The item I received did have the finish of SANITIZED CHROME as the manufacturer, Gedy, described on their website. DécorPlanet's description on their website when I ordered it from them in 2015 was Brushed Nickel. So when DecorPlanet checked with the manufacturer the manufacturer would have told them I received the correct finish as they knew it. The problem was I ordered what DecorPlanet described on their website as BRUSHED NICKEL and did not want the Chrome they were trying to pass off as Brushed Nickel. The DecorPlanet Rep, also lied when she said I received a refund from them. I never received any refund from DecorPlanet but was reimbursed by my Credit Card Company.

I placed an order for Nameeks Gedy Soap Dispenser/Product # NA80-380 and a Nameeks Gedy Toothbrush Holder/ Product # NA98-38 with DecorPlanet.com. I wanted to match my brushed nickel faucets and DecorPlanet described the items on their website as being brushed nickel. When received they did not match the brushed nickel facets at all and the soap dispenser had a very slight damage.
I contacted DecorPlanet's customer service and they advised that they were brushed nickel. I explained to customer service rep that they match my stainless steel kitchen pots and they are not the color of brushed nickel.
The items are Gedy products and with further research I found the Gedy website. The items had the same product numbers on the Gedy website and were described as SATINIZED CHROME. Nickel finishes are slightly darker in color giving them a warmer appearance. Satinize chrome is too white.
They provided a FedEx prepaid shipping label and upon receipt of the return they would deduct a restocking fee and the fee for the return shipping label and I would receive a portion of my $52.00 credited back within five business days. I explained the information I found on the Gedy website and should receive all of my money back but they refused to refund the full amount.
I contacted my credit card company and after I told them what had happened they explained that I could enter a dispute, as the items that DecorPlanet provides were not received as they described. They explained that I first had to return the merchandise before I could enter the dispute for a full refund of my $52.00.
Well it is now nine business days since they received my return confirmed by FedEx Tracking and I haven't received any portion of my money credited back to my credit card. I contacted my credit card company again and they credited the full amount back to my account.
Do not buy from their website as they misrepresent the products.
