3 weeks into an order - nothing. No shipment tracking, no updates. Called the company to see where my 3 showers are only to hear "they have been discontinued sorry" really!? And nobody bothered to tell me? While I already installed rough ins for the showers (bough separately) They tried to resolve the issue by transferring me back and forth to: "sorry this extension was not found. Goodbye" Want headache? Perfect company for you...

I bought everything for 2 bathrooms from Decor Planet in Staten Island. Vanities, mirrors, cabinets, etc. I can't tell you how happy I am with everything. All items are from the Fresco line & are beautiful & well made. I had to deal with customer service for something minor & they were nothing but helpful, they went above & beyond to make me happy. I couldn't have asked for a better transaction. I will absolutely buy from them in the future & will recommend them to anyone!
A couple of weeks ago, we received shipment of two medicine cabinets that we needed for our contractor to install. We received the shipment in a timely manner but one of the boxes sounded like things were rolling around and when we opened the box a piece of glass rolled out, not good. I called Customer Service and Michael was great! He listened patiently to our concerns and we felt "heard" and not rushed. We needed a replacement and I asked for a completely new unit instead of replacement parts for the damaged parts and Michael made that happen! He gave us clear instructions on what to do and timelines. We were very stressed out since the contractor was expected shortly to do the work but now we can rest easy. Our new replacement is due to arrive any day now thanks to Michael who put the order through the right channels. We thank Michael for his knowledgeable and thoughtful assistance.
Venice from the Customer Service was super helpful, professional and responsive. She helped me apply the discount that I forgot to include when I placed my order. She also helped me coordinate with the sales team when one of the toilets I ordered was out of stock and found me a great alternative option. When the orders were shipped, she helped provide me with shipping information and answered any questions I had on delivery and logistics.
My experience working with one of their customer service representatives (Venice) was outstanding. She helped me locate a broken part to a light fixture. She kept me in the loop, as she was in contact with the vendor. The end result, was a found piece for my light. Her help went well above what I expected.
Latoya Kelly, Customer Service Supervisor displayed exemplary service in assisting me with a return. Ms. Kelly went above and beyond, which is unusual in this day of technology. Her persona was professional and her constant and diligent correspondence kept me abreast of the process. It is a rarity these days to find someone like Ms. Kelly displaying the qualities, as one would hope all Customer Service employees would replicate. I commend her, applaud her and hope Decor Planet would do the same!
I am a developer/general contractor. We got a call from one of our clients who reported a "major disaster": very fancy KWC kitchen faucet's hose burst, causing major water spill. I called KWC and they recommended to call Decor Planet as their major online distributor. Although we were provided 4 weeks lead time by KWC for a replacement house, Venice went out of her way and got us the needed part in just a few days. Venice saved our reputation before a very distraught client.
Decor planet is awesome! They helped me find tiles and vanities for my bathroom makeover. It was so hard for me but Gail took charged found my style and price range and it came out perfect! They really are the best!
I had placed an order and only part of it was in stock due to the manufacturer being out. I had to find another solution but had ready received part of the order. Instead if having to return the item and pay the fees, Nadia helped me bu crediting my account and not requiring a return. It was much appreciated! Thank you!

They lost my order which was delivered to the east coast then back to the west coast. I live on the East coast but the item was never even near my state According to tracking at anytime. When I cancelled the $1,057 order I got the rude run around for two weeks. I still haven't received the refund. The "customer service" morons are rude and think the matter is funny. PLEASE read ALL of the negative reviews below and but somewhere else.
We ordered a hard wired bathroom towel warmer and after it was delivered (much quicker than we expected) we discovered we had ordered the wrong size. That started an online conversation with a service rep, Latoya Kelley, who was most helpful in steering us through the process of ordering the correct model and returning the one we originally bought. She was able to minimize the cost of our error and made the process as easy as possible. Thanks to Latoya the appliance is installed and we are now aware of DecorPlanet as a place to consider when are searching for items we need.
This is the first time I used Decor Planet and I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the products offered and customer service was very helpful when I called. The products received were in good condition and what was ordered. Prices good as well. Would use them again.
I bought eight doors, handles, vanities for two bathrooms, mirrors etc. James Boylan responded to every call of mine, answered all the questions, got the order right and got me the materials on schedule. The measure of a good business is response to calls after the payment is made. James, always picked up the phone, addressed any questions and send replacements for materials damaged.
My order arrived incomplete and not as pictured on the website. I contacted Mesha Edwards and the problem was quickly solved. The correct order was received in a few days and at no additional cost to me. DecorPlanet tries their best to please their customers and I, for one, am pleasantly satisfied. Thank You.
Our remodeled bathroom looks simply beautiful. The quality of our tiles, shower doors, vanity and medicine cabinet was outstanding. Nina was so helpful with our orders and James guided us through the whole shopping process which made our experience at DecorPlanet a one stop shopping experience. I would definitely recommend doing business with Decorplanet.
Be careful if you order through their web site. I ordered a replacement faucet head for the Grohe kitchen faucet in the house that we just bought. The part looked perfect - just screwed it on and the water pressure through the faucet, which had been low, looked good. Unfortunately, water was leaking back from the faucet. The fitting was just slightly bigger than the old one and allowed water to leak back.
DecorPlanet claims to have a return policy. In fact, I couldn't return the part because I had used it. The site said this part would work. It's not worth the risk to order from them. I highly discourage you from doing business with Decor Planet.
As I am remodeling a few of our bathrooms, I am searching for quality items and good prices. I found several bathroom fixtures that I would have liked to have bought from DecorPlanet, but I found them listed cheaper on other sites. DecorPlanet boasts a 110% price match guarantee, simply email them the URL of the competitor item and price and they will match and take another 10% off! Sounds great, yes?

I emailed them several times with price match requests and have never received a reply. I truly dislike wasting my time.
It finally clicked in my head that a couple of years ago, I had actually called them to price match an item I wanted to purchase and they refused.
I will not be shopping with this company, nor will I recommend them.

This is an update to my recent order and review. I originally gave decor planet and one star due to it's poor customer service and long lead time for a simple sink grid. Since my first review, customer service worked hard to correct my damaged grid issue once I finally received it. She was very professional and didn't hesitate to resend new grids due to damaged merchandise. I finally have a sink grid but the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five was because I originally wanted a white grid to match my sink but had to eventually go for stainless since the white grid came damaged twice. Didn't want to purchase an item that didn't indicate it would last any length of time. Overall, decor planet did work to make my order right and I appreciate that.
I purchased a vanity from http://DecorPlanet.com which arrived with the countertop broken and the p-traps and drains missing. I followed the return / exchange procedures on thier website within the specified timelines, but to no avail. They blamed it on FedEx and stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. All I wanted was replacement parts that I could install myself. I have given up trying to get a resolution because it is obvious that they are very practiced at stalling. When I get them on the phone they put me on hold and then just never pick back up. And it's not like I can visit them in-store since I am across the country. I saved a few hundred dollars buying online instead of local, but now that I am having to have a custom marble countertop made and purchase all the missing plumbing parts myself, I'm really spending more. Do not buy anything from these charlatans!
Excellent customer service. We were missing a part, it was shipped immediately, no questions asked. They followed up by phone and email, and were always pleasant and helpful. Vanity (fresca opulenta) is gorgeous, sturdy, and modern. Would use Decor Planet again for sure.
Everyone's seeking the exclusive designer look, but few can afford it. The products at Décor Planet almost look too good to be true. I can assure you, only after purchasing a lot from them to decorate our apartment and others, that everything looks at least as good in person as it does on the site. Finishes and construction are high quality, and products are built to last.
I've rarely called for support, but when I've had, they were very responsive, going beyond to fully remediate the issue.
In summary, great products that make no compromises to the expense alternatives at four times the cost.
I don't have my item yet, as it's back-ordered, but both of the guys I've worked with at DecorPlanet have been really great and helpful. Joseph (Joe) DeBonis went out of his way to answer a bunch of questions for me, and also offered to help further with design stuff if needed. Will review again if any problem with product, but i'm sure it will be great. (i ordered a Robern mirrored medicine cabinet.)
EDIT: I was told to post this review in exchange for getting a refund. After posting I received an email that "Our systems have changed and you'll receive a check ". Yeah, red flag.
Check has not been received and they aren't answering emails.

I had an issue with a part that wasn't Decor Planet's fault, and they handled my return with the utmost in professionalism. I'm extremely happy with their service and wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future.

Unfortunately, since we do not go out to job sites, there is no way for our website to determine if the part you are ordering is going to be compatible with a faucet that had been in your house for years. We do stand behind the products we sell, and the information listed on our website is provided to us by the manufacturers. In the event you are purchasing parts for products that have been previously installed, we always recommend to double check with the manufacturer in regards to compatibility.
In regards to our return policy, we accept returns within 30 days as long as the product is new and in its original condition, which is industry standard.
