3 weeks into an order - nothing. No shipment tracking, no updates. Called the company to see where my 3 showers are only to hear "they have been discontinued sorry" really!? And nobody bothered to tell me? While I already installed rough ins for the showers (bough separately) They tried to resolve the issue by transferring me back and forth to: "sorry this extension was not found. Goodbye" Want headache? Perfect company for you...
I was delivered not only the wrong product but a damaged piece. Venice Golding not only assisted me in getting the correct vanity but went above and beyond any customer service I have experienced in recent years. How refreshing and comforting to have Venice as a representative of Decor Planet. She gave me step by step directions and followed up with me daily. I needed a part for a kitchen faucet that was installed over 20 years ago. I called the manufacturer and they quoted me a price. I went online and discovered Décor Planet. Their price was about 50% of what the manufacturer quoted. Ordering was simple and they kept me posted with status. The part was delivered even more quickly than promised. I subsequently had an opportunity to visit their Manhattan showroom which is impressive. I highly recommend Décor Planet for plumbing parts.
I had truly horrible experience with this company. After receiving a defective product, I reported the issue immediately and was asked to sent a picture of the product. Despite the fact that I sent many pictures of the defective merchandise as well as its original packing box, all DecorPlanet offered me is 50% off of a replacement. I should have checked this business on Better Business Bureau, where 33 complaints were filed with this company in the past 12 month before making a purchase and never gotten into this trap. Ordered drain for pedestal tub on the first of December and received notice that the order had been filled. Waited three weeks for the drain to arrive and then got an email asking if I still wanted the drail?!? Forwarded the notice and then called. All kinds of talking before they took the blame. Promised they would call the vendor to expedite delivery and call me back with an expected delivery date. Still waiting for the call back days later. Not impressed.

I ordered a vanity and mirror set. Minor problem with vanity top, send picture to customer service and new vanity was delivered a few days later (I am within 2 hrs drive of the distribution center.) Responsive custormer service and high end appearance product.
We purchased 2vanities few years ago. I needed to get some replacement parts. The customer service department was very friendly and helpful. My experience was great. Love the products. We always get compliments.
I ordered the mirrored medicine cabinet and was hung by a handyman according to their manual with screws etc supplied by them and a few months later the whole cabinet fell off the wall. They asked me for photos and gave me a case nr and after... i never heard back but in meantime my medicine cabinet is broken! So buysomewhere else as they dont help with any issues! You will be onyour own
I have dealt with Alie and Latoya at the Brooklyn location. They took all the stress out of the bathroom renovation and made it very enjoyable. They are a true asset to the decor planet company and I would highly recommend using them for your next project. I will definitely be going back for my next project. Even if you just go into this store to browse around you will not be disappointed with the high-end product and the attentive level of service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my projects needs.

I ordered a vanity and after about a week it still said processing, so I decided to cancel the order. When I messaged to cancel the order a rep told me they would get back to me.
A day later it shipped without me being contacted (which I then have to pay a restocking and shipping fee). I still asked to cancel it
3 weeks later after asking to speak to a manager numerous times and calling and emailing I get an email from a rep saying my restock and return fee is $300!
That is crazy and we all know that would not be the case with Amazon or Wayfair-good companies I would recommend for your homebuying process-not Decorplanet.

The products that i purchased on decorplanet have been outstanding. I was hesitant to buy a vanity online, but got a good recco from these guys from a co-worker so i made the purchase. The quality of the product was excellent and far exceeded anything that i was able to find locally at home depot or lowe's. However, the best part of decor planet was the customer service that i received. They replaced a faucet free of charge, even two years after the warranty had gone up and even worked with me to replace a medicine cabinet door after i had damaged it. Even waiving shipping fees. I cant express enough how good i feel about buying from decor planet and wouldnt hesitate to make a purchase from them in the future. Its nice to know that there are companies still out there who that stand behind their product.

Initially when my husband and I went into the store we were skeptical about the customer service we were going to experience. To our surprise the representative James was excellent and treated us very well. I had a problem with an order. After speaking with Michael at Décor Planet, not only was the problem resolved, he did everything he could to help me. Don't always come across a company with this kind of service and willingness to help!
I purchased shower enclosure through decorplanet. There was issue with the product not fitting per spec. I called in customer service and they were prompt to acknowledge and responded timely to help resolve the issue. Customer service provided good and quick service.

I recently purchased some to-notch bathroom items from Décor Planet, including a new toilet. The items have look great in my house, are made of superior quality, and I definitely recommend their services. My rep, a Mr. James Boylan (I think that is how he spells it), was very helpful throughout the process, and gave me some great tips on using my new items that I would have never known myself.
I ordered bathroom faucets / shower components on May 31 - it is July 17 and I have received nothing. Other components ordered elsewhere arrived weeks ago. Everytime I contact them I am told they will ship shortly / withing 48 hours... still waiting

I live in Canada, but ordered from Decorplanet which is in New York. The service I received from James was friendly, facilitating and helpful from the beginning. But it was after receiving the order, which was not what I thought it was, that James Boylan's true colors showed. My purchase was already made and I am in another country, but he nevertheless was as helpful as one could ever hope in getting everything back. A rare professional ethic which would make me want to work with him again anytime. Besides that, the site is great andthey have lots of cool stock, and deliver fast.

The worst! Do not buy anything from these people. Everybody is so nice when you are buying something, but once it leaves their posession, you are on your own! I have never had anyone try to explain their policies that make no sence than Olina. All she did was talk about how they were going out of their way to help me. Help me? All she did was lie to me. When something feels like it is too good to be true, trust your instincts. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! The best is that they tried to bribe my friend! Will pay him $50.00 to change his negative review on another site to a good one! Anybody want to make a quick $50.00? Write a negative review for Decor Planet. They are so low, that they will bribe you into lying and saying their service is good- Once they contact me, i will do it too! $50.00 is $50.00
Buyer beware - customer service is non-existent. If you buy, be prepared not to return an item. They charge $10 for shipping to you and another $12 to return. For a $22 item, that is steep when the reason for the return was that they took 3 weeks to deliver the product.

We reached out to the manufacturer right away and they informed us that your order had been picked up by the shipping carrier on Friday, May 31st, which meant we could no longer cancel it. We would have been happy to assist you with your order cancellation if the request had been submitted before the item had been picked up by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, once any shipment is in transit, there is no way for us to cancel it. We understand that you changed your mind regarding purchasing the vanity and will gladly issue a refund in accordance with our policy.
