3 weeks into an order - nothing. No shipment tracking, no updates. Called the company to see where my 3 showers are only to hear "they have been discontinued sorry" really!? And nobody bothered to tell me? While I already installed rough ins for the showers (bough separately) They tried to resolve the issue by transferring me back and forth to: "sorry this extension was not found. Goodbye" Want headache? Perfect company for you...
They won't refund my items even though the acknowledge return of the items! Complete scam! Every time I call to complain they say I need to talk to "accounting" and they will call me back, which they never do! They keep giving me false info that they already sent a refund and when I ask for a transaction ID they again say I need to talk to "accounting" and of course, I never hear back. Stay away!
We purchased all the products for a recent bathroom renovation and were completely satisfied. The product selection is wide and the prices are the affordable. Michael was very helpful in finding the products we needed!
I had the decor planet vanity installed and a year later, the finishing has buckled. Initially when I wrote a negative review, customer service immediately responded and replaced the vanity at no cost! I was very surprised and so appreciative of their gesture as their products are expensive. Thank you very much Decor Planet and Yemina James, who was so wonderful at fixing the issue.
I recently renovated my bathroom in south Florida fell in love with Fresca found it the cheapest at decor planet. After installation I had a leaky faucet I called Fresca no help, but decor planet helped me trouble shoot & sent me a new screw& it's fixed! Thanks again Yamime
I ordered a shower head and it was supposed to ship in a week. Months later they told me it would be months more before it would arrive. Our bathroom remodel was delayed mid-project because they couldn't deliver after saying multiple times they would. I finally cancelled my order and bought elsewhere.
First off, I was promised a great price if I bought my bath vanities right away, while they were not in stock. But in stock, you get same price I got. They kept my money for 3 months. I still have no product. Once they have your money, they forget you. You get conflicting answers on when you get delivery. We are still waiting a 5/28 delivery on 6/10 with no answers. They suck.
I never write reviews. EVER, but this was just ridiculous. Received a product that did not fit on the wall. Was not able to return, as we didn't have the box. Stayed on the line for a customer service agent for 30 minutes only to be sent to voicemail. Stayed on the online chat for an HOUR AND A HALF for a representative. Funny thing was at exactly 12:01, someone finally decided to get on the chat. Right after lunch... STAY AWAY FROM DecorPlanet. What a joke!
Ordered a Grohe BLUE system. Was told 1 4 week ship date. Never received, and no communication about it from Decor Planet, until I called Customer Service, only to find out that it will be 4 months later! Given my project will be done. This shows that they are NOT supportive of their Clients and are ONLY "cashing checks'!

I order the wrong item. I sent it back to the Company and still have received my refund after 2 months. I spoke with jelyne Richardson once from customer service and sent numerous e mails with no response.
Bought a bathroom stand for $1000. Attempted to return it, they do not answer the phone or return emails or answer chats. They make it impossible to return anything, violating their return policy. This is a scam, do not buy from them.
Around Christmas I placed an order with them for a set of hard-to-get Danze seats and springs. After a while they emailed me a sorry message that their supplier ran out of stock and these will not be restocked. I was issued a refund. A month later an envelope arrived with my original order. When I contacted them, and specifically Michael Crespo, they told me to accept the Danze seats for free as their courtesy gesture!
I somehow ordered a ceiling mount shower head instead of a wall mount, so I called the day after I placed the order but it was too late to change it. I was told I would get the refund faster if I accepted the package and used their label to return it instead of refusing delivery. It cost me $16 to use their label, I didn't get a fast refund at all, it took around 6 weeks to get the refund, and I had to pay a 15% restocking fee, even though I ordered the wall mount to replace the ceiling mount. So all told it cost me $40 to return a $140 purchase. I will NEVER buy from this company again!

We ordered two vanities and received the BEST customer service from Latoya! Received a faucet that leaked - promptly they shipped us out a replacement. Latoya called me back to tell me our second vanity continued to be on back-order and provided me with a realistic ship date and alternatives so that we could continue with our renovations! So happy and WILL purchase our hardware and accessories here.
Terrible place to do business with. I ordered two items from them. Only one item arrived. I called their customer service and couldn't get a straight answer as to when I would receive the other item. I got the feeling from the rep that I was interrupting his day. He couldn't provide an intelligible answer as to what the next steps are to get the second item. The worst customer service ever. Pay more somewhere else. Their cheap prices aren't worth the extremely poor customer service. Unprofessional. Stay away.

I was going to cancel my order at the 30 days benchmark. Two days prior to that and knowing I had written an unfavorable review of the customer service I had received, Pete M, a customer service manager called me. He listened to why I was frustrated and immediately realized there was a problem with the delivery address (when no one else had said a word about it) quickly moved my order out of the warehouse and I received my item with expedited shipping at his initiation. Further, the item was fragile and more often than not, the item is received broken and has to be exchanged. My expedited item arrived without a scratch, ready to be installed. And that is not all! He then authorized a credit to my account! I checked... it is there! Pete assured me that what happened to me is not typical of DecorPlanet business and based on his amazing resolution, I believe him. He restored my faith in DecorPlanet!
I talked with customer service before I ordered a Franke double sink. One told me their champagne color was brownish and one said it was pinkish. The local supply store told me it was grayish. I ordered it in May giving me plenty of time in our remodel schedule to receive it and exchange it if it did not match my countertops since I couldn't get a straight answer. At no time did anyone at DecorPlanet give any indication that there was a back log at the warehouse or that there would be any delay whatsoever in sending out the sink. A month later and they have still not passed " in fulfillment" indicating it has not come out of the warehouse for shipping. When you contact them, you get answers like "we are working to fulfill orders to your area", "the warehouse is about to close so I will have to wait until tomorrow to get a status" but no answers with commitment. My customer service representative has been polite but that it not resolving the issue. I have made them clearly aware they are hold up work and that this level of service is no where close to industry standard. I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. I'm looking for alternatives at this time and will not purchase anything further from these folks. They just lost several thousands of dollars from me for a complete kitchen and 3 bathroom total remodel.
Ordered some sinks. They told me they have it in stock. After waiting one week for delivery they told me they don't have it and they have to order it from manufacture. After almost a month. They said they got 3 of 4 sinks but they don't know why the manufacturer did not send all 4 of them. Any ways after almost a month still They have not delivered.Not a reliable company at all.
Wrong toilet color(blamed me), didn't send correct rough in as well; sent new toilet (or so I am told) and couldn't deliver due to snow (I understand) but scheduled delivery two days later, not next day - meanwhile - we are without toilet - they didn't care - so now I hear that the correct rough in isn't coming for several more day!
I ordered a faucet in April, and they charged my card. 30 days later they told me it was on back order and I did not receive it until mid-August. When it didn't work for my kitchen, they charged me a 15% restocking fee and I had to pay to ship it back. Seems like they had no problem inconveniencing the customer.

I have a 15 year old KWC kitchen faucet and wanted to freshen it up with a new spray head and metal hose. DecorPlanet was the only online merchant I found that was able to get exactly what I needed. At least 3 other suppliers sent me their regrets in not being able to fulfill my order. So, way to go DecorPlanet on being able to get what I needed, at a great price, and great Customer Service. You are my new go-to for my pluming needs!
I remodeled my office and DecorPlanet was great to work with! They were very helpful in ordering, I received my order on time and undamaged and they even checked to make sure I was happy with my order afterward. Since then I broke a faucet and their customer support was quick to help, sending me a new one promptly even though it was already passed warranty. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Two years ago I purchased an apartment close to the showroom in flatiron and recently decided to partner with your team in procuring a steam tub, toilet and vanity. After having looked at and settled on a tub with the store salesman, I spoke with an extremely competent ans attentive consultant,

Most museum catalogs come in softcover and are little more than selected pictures with minimal text. The only similarity this one has is its low price. A tremendous value, this hardcover book is beautifully printed with many great photos and a well written comprehensive text covering the life of Wharton Esherick and his art, including his painting, woodcuts, architecture, sculpture and furniture (for which he's best known). I suppose the book was written to serve as a souvenir after visiting the museum. It is excellent for that, but for anyone unfamiliar with Esherick's work it is also informative and delightful, and will no doubt inspire them to visit the museum. I had to make another visit after reading it to see the pieces I didn't remember from previous trips.
Worst company to deal with. Ordered a vanity April 17th. I emailed and called to confirm the order. They said they'll ship May 5th. On May 10th, I called to ask why it hasn't shipped. Turns out they did not even PROCESS my order despite my email and call to confirm the order. Then they said they'll ship May 18th. Nope, still didn't ship. Then they said they'll ship May 23rd. Of course as I am writing this, it still hasn't shipped. These are the most incompetent people I've ever had the curse to purchase anything from. Spare yourself some misery, and don't order anything from Decor Planet.
We purchased a toilet from DecorPlanet and a Shower Panel from another vendor.
After a year from the installation date, the thermostatic cartridge from the shower panel broke and we needed to replace this part. We completely forgot that we purchased a shower panel from another vendor and called Décor Planet.
Their site listed the same model of the Shower Panel. After checking our order, they clarified that only toilet was purchased from them and typically they replace items purchased only from Décor planet.
However, they offered to order a replacement part for us at the wholesale price! They have excellent customer service, speedy turnaround time answering your emails and follow ups. We are super satisfied with their service.
