I cannot think of our Diamondere rings and the role that they have played in our happiness for my partner and I without strong emotions. The quality, the look, the feel and the design of our rings are amazing. The entire evolution with Diamondere was like buying a treasure from a dear friend who clearly loved the both of us so much that he or she created masterpieces specifically for our very special occasion. I just retired, celebrated 30 years of marriage and my children have successfully flown the coop. I was looking to benchmark these milestones with a Celtic themed platinum & black diamond pendant, For both my wife and I but, nowhere to be found. The experience was leaps and bounds better than I anticipated. The stress and uneasiness of choosing a ring let alone making a significant purchase online is mind boggling. But your website was very easy to navigate with a great selection jewelry options and plenty of prompts and drop down menus to narrow down my exact choice. I called once for a delivery question and sizing question and the staff person was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. And the final product was as beautiful as I Imagined. Is the shipping process. Understandably, the delivery requires a signature, but I got notice a little before midnight (after asleep) that it would be delivered the next day. I had to scramble to take unscheduled leave, move a few meetings and switch to limited tele-work mode. Then the driver just left on my doorstep in the rain anyway without signature.
More and better noticed would have earned the 5th star.
I had my doubts about ordering an engagement ring on line, but the customer care was amazing and they definitely went above and beyond with making this a great experience. I would do it again in a heart beat. The ring is amazing and I know my future wife is going to love it.

As a man who is bored by plain bands, I was excited to find an array of rings that could be customized with different stones to match my partner's. The UI of the website was intuitive and easy to customize a beautiful ring that works as a very close match to what I was looking for. The reason why I've only given 4 stars rather than 5 is that the CGI rendering of the ring lead me to believe it might be bigger. I'm happy with its size, but would've been happier had I known what the ring might look like on a hand my size. I think ditching the CGI for actual photos of the rings will suit future customers better. The CGI also made the ring look a bit cheaper than it looks in person as well! I am glad how it turned out though

Diamondere was founded by two cousins who are offering public access to their family's 122-year legacy of exquisite jewelry design. Their family started out as exclusive designers for celebrities, dignitaries and Royals, specializing in customized jewelry only. Later generations were then groomed in mass-producing fine jewelry for the global audience. Even today, their fathers travel the world to source the best gemstones, anticipate jewelry trends and create world-class designs.
CONTINUING A LEGACY
They were always intrigued with the intersection of technology and the art of jewelry manufacturing. At the time, little did they know that one day this would lay the foundation for Diamondere. After graduation, the cousins took other business jobs and later discussed the possibility of developing an affordable jewelry website. They wanted their e-commerce fine jewelry platform to eliminate the middlemen by offering direct purchase from the family's manufacturing units and enable end-to-end customization for any customer. This venture would synergize the made-to-order and mass production expertise, which has been carefully nurtured and handed down by generations.

The cousins embraced and developed technological innovations like 3D printing, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and 3D videos for the buyer to seamlessly customize any design using colored diamonds, gemstones and precious metals, to match their budget and style.
