I cannot think of our Diamondere rings and the role that they have played in our happiness for my partner and I without strong emotions. The quality, the look, the feel and the design of our rings are amazing. The entire evolution with Diamondere was like buying a treasure from a dear friend who clearly loved the both of us so much that he or she created masterpieces specifically for our very special occasion. I just retired, celebrated 30 years of marriage and my children have successfully flown the coop. I was looking to benchmark these milestones with a Celtic themed platinum & black diamond pendant, For both my wife and I but, nowhere to be found. So, reached out to Diamondere to see if they could Fabricate two pendants out of their Celtic themed rings. Lo & behold, the Diamondere "magicians" Produced exactly what I had in mind and within 24 hours we were on our way to creating these Beautiful heirloom pendants that my family will be able to enjoy for many generations to come.
After a lot of research and visiting local jewelry stores, we decided to try Diamondère a go. They have been very attentive to our needs and responsive. The rings arrived by the promise date and they look stunning. Highly recommended experience.

I ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend on June 22nd from Diamondere. Was told in the follow up email it would arrive between July 4th- July 8th. OK so far. So July 6th I followed up to see what the status of my order was. "Meghan" told me there was a slight delay but my package was scheduled for delivery on July 9th via FedEx and gave me the tracking number. July 8th I go on to check where the package is and FedEx hadn't even received the package yet. How is a package going to make it from Houston to PA in one day? It's not. So again, I email "Meghan" and ask her what is going on because there is no way my package will make it in one day. Told Meghan I was leaving for vacation on July 12th where I was planning on proposing. Had already booked a photographer and everything. Meghan checked on the status of my delivery and was "pushing" to get it delivered by the 11th. So this morning, instead of checking the FedEx website I call FedEx and you know what? They still have not even received the package and today is the 11th. So obviously, it's not getting delivered before I leave for vacation and Diamondère lied to me every step of the way about delivery. I don't believe "Meghan" was honest with me once, if that's even her real name. They have ruined my vacation, my engagement plans, and now I have an hour long photography session scheduled and paid for, non refundable by the way, and I have no ring. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Please, do not trust Diamondère with your jewelry orders. They will gladly take your money and lie to you every step of the way. I doubt if the ever even planned on mailing my order. I called to cancel my order and get a refund of my money. They told me that would take 5 business days. Here's to hoping I receive my money back when they say I will.

I received my necklace as a Mother's Day gift from my son. I am normally not at a loss for words, but I was then. The birthday stones are gorgeous and the diamond sparkles. I love the flowerlike setting. I remain in awe of my son's thoughtful beautiful gift.
In short, my wife and I were Steelhead fishing on the PM river in Michigan when she accidentally hit my thumb out on the boat. I shook my hand in pain so hard that my ring slipped right off my finger into the river...gone forever! In 14 years, that is the only time that ring left my hand.
Little did we know that the replacement ring from Diamondere would prove that you can move up in quality from an online source. We both love the new ring, and learned that 15 degree weather is too cold to fish.
The ring ended up being better then I could have expected. My fiancee ended up loving it and it shines like crazy on her finger!

From the time we ordered our wedding rings up until we received them, we had an amazing experience. Right after our order we got an email asking for confirmation on the size of one of the rings as it can't be refitted like other rings and we would get update emails as our rings were being made. It was a lovely experience and the rings are absolutely beautiful.
The staff at Diamondere took time to craft the engagement ring I wanted, making sure that it was to my specifications, and the ring I received was of high quality from the setting to the stones. Most importantly, my fiancee loves it!
The UPS guy took three extra days to deliver, but that's not on Diamondere. The tennis bracelet is beautiful and my wife loves it.
The ring is absolutely perfect. We're trying it out for a couple days to see if we need to resize, but appart from that we are very happy with it!

Diamondere was founded by two cousins who are offering public access to their family's 122-year legacy of exquisite jewelry design. Their family started out as exclusive designers for celebrities, dignitaries and Royals, specializing in customized jewelry only. Later generations were then groomed in mass-producing fine jewelry for the global audience. Even today, their fathers travel the world to source the best gemstones, anticipate jewelry trends and create world-class designs.
CONTINUING A LEGACY
They were always intrigued with the intersection of technology and the art of jewelry manufacturing. At the time, little did they know that one day this would lay the foundation for Diamondere. After graduation, the cousins took other business jobs and later discussed the possibility of developing an affordable jewelry website. They wanted their e-commerce fine jewelry platform to eliminate the middlemen by offering direct purchase from the family's manufacturing units and enable end-to-end customization for any customer. This venture would synergize the made-to-order and mass production expertise, which has been carefully nurtured and handed down by generations.
