My husband and I were looking for an eternity band for our 25th anniversary, but we wanted something a little unique. My wedding band is a thick stainless steel band with the marquise diamond from my engagement ring set into it sideways. So the eternity band needed to complement it. And I didn't want it to be just diamonds. Green is my favorite color and I'm a Girl Scout Leader/Volunteer, so emeralds it was. Not a whole lot of choices out there! Until I found Diamondere. We are so beyond thrilled with the ring we created!

Build quality is very very bad. Ring is not polished enough and front of the ring around stone not smooth it's kind of wavy! And black diamond on the front top has some big spots. I decided to return this ring

I was nervous spending so much $ online but the ring came just as anticipated. The wrapping and box was even better than expected. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant to purchase an expensive ruby ring online, but the process was very smooth and easy. Communication was good, and the ring arrived ahead of the promised delivery date. The ring was even better looking that shown in the online photos. My wife was very pleased!

My was a bit larger, even though I used a string to measure and measured my old ring…however I will send it back for the free re-Sizing service after our Ceremony. I chose black gold for my ring which they warned me may come off, honestly if it does it will still look perfect. Only change I may do would be to send it back to get two gems switched out. Assuming it is possible. Either way I love it and can't wait to wear it.

Even though my order was delayed quite a bit, I appreciated how they took craftsmanship and quality of their products very seriously. The ring was beautiful and their customer service was decent!

I have to say my wife enjoyed selecting the stones and etc. Hopefully we'll be able to buy the wedding band at a later date.

I received my order but it wasn't what I thought it would be, so I returned it. I recieved full credit.

I suggest that you caution customers that if they don't like what they recieve and want to return their purchase that they can't cut the tag off. I came close to doing that because I bought rings and the tags were in the way. Luckily, I didn't cut the tags off. A minor thing like this would make a customer extremely unhappy. I know you don't want people wearing what they want to return but a warning would save a lot of trouble for both the buyer and seller.

The ring we ordered looks exactly as on the website. The customer service is great. They were prompt with questions that I had and honest about the details of the ring. Would recommend.

My ring arrived, Sterling Silver with a peridot. Lovely and well crafted, including the inscription. That said, I noticed an email that said the ring was going to be crafted in 10k White Gold. I was not sure why and thought, maybe it was a bonus upgrade. Again the ring arrived crafted in Sterling Silver as I ordered, so I am more than pleased with it. However, I was still/am still confused as to the indication that it was going to be crafted in 10K White Gold even though I ordered it (and it arrived) crafted in Sterling Silver. Anyhow, I am pleased and I am already looking at getting a another ring, this time for myself as the previous ring (the one that prompted this review) was for my partner. Oh, and the customer service was constant and timely.

Quality, shipping and handling were all top notch. The ring came in on time and as expected. Packaging is secure and beautiful to look at.

I was a little worried at first because the ring delivery date keep getting pushed back.
So make sure you order and allow plenty of time.

Overall a beautiful custom ring service & terrific experience! She said yes! So the ring was perfect. Really nice to be able to customize the ring material and jewels. Used he Claudine in platinum with 2 karat lab ruby and smaller precious rubies, with custom engraving.
It really nailed a classic gothic aesthetic.
The delivery was a day late, but the staitus updates helped keep me informed, it was received the next day with signature. I asked for discrete packaging, and it worked out great to look like any other anonymous medium size package delivery, thus not spoiling the surprise. The Diamondere gift box, and ring box inside was perfect to keep ring safe while having dinner at Club 33 waiting to prupose.
We'll have to send it in for resizing, as besty didn't get sizing correct, it was a little large, so will follow up with review after resizing.
Again, beautiful ring and terrific service so far.
Would definitely recommend to others!

Took about 2 weeks to get here which is very respectable because they are hand crafted to order. Can not wait to show her this necklace it's incredible in person
