Absolutely great experience. Diana was there during every step to ensure all questions were answered. Ring shipped very quickly. My only complaint was that UPS looks like they vented their anger all over my parcel. It was beat up pretty bad and it resulted in a damaged Diamondere gift box but all the contents were safe and sound. I'm sure she'll love the ring. The quality and craftsmanship appear to be good but won't know until it's on her finger.

Searched all online online Diamond stores for my new men's wedding ring. I am so happy I found Diamondere. There rings are more unique, beautiful and custom made for you. I bought the Cindy Princess cut VS Diamond ring for men in platinum. The diamonds sparkle with such nice colors when the light hits it. The quality is so good. Web site is easy to look through nd the descriptions of the rings and diamonds are right on the page you look at. After I placed my order I was able to send emails asking about ring sizes and I did receive responses back right away. They gave me a 4 day window of delivery and it came on time. Size is prefect, quality is exceptional. Total recommend Diamondere supper happy with my rind

We had to return another ring from a competitor, the quality was just not as we expected. Then we came across the Diamondere site. Very specific design to what we were looking for. The stones and diamonds look professional and done with attention. Customer service was top notch through the whole experience, timely responses. Customer service kept me up to date on progress of creating rings, confirmed sizing, and let me know status. I only wish I had known that the delivery required a signature. I live in a rural area and drivers do not attempt the driveway to my home so there were two failed deliveries because of no signature. Overall, I would shop here for jewelry again.

It finally arrived but I'm not at the address so it's 4 hrs away from where I live at my brothers house. It was supposed to get there before Christmas. I understand this is Fed X's fault so no worries.

It's absolutely perfect and gorgeous. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is that since it requires a signature on delivery, not getting any info till "out for delivery" right before it arrived could have been a problem. Fortunately I was home at the time. Having notice to be able to make sure I was there would have been better. Absolutely no regrets and will be highly recommended.

Small improvement suggestion: require a signature for delivery. UPS brought the package a day earlier than they had announced, so I was not at home, and their agent just left it outside the building.

The gold band is bigger than expected. Ruby is a bit smaller than i thought, but beautiful, red and fiery . No real complaints! Cherie is a top notch customer service person. She will always respond to every e-mail

This is a great looking and substantial men's ring. The blue sapphires contrast really well with the platinum colour. I would advise you not to use the courier Yodel in future as they left my delivery on the door step in view of anyone walking by when I was out and have not responded to my criticism of their service

Cherie helped us find the wedding band that matched the engagement ring that my fiance bought a year and a half ago and made the purchase easy with quick links in the email. We both like the necklace a lot. The only problem is on my end. I didn't pay attention to the measurements of everything. The pictures made me think the necklace charm would be quite bigger. But she loves it. That's what matters.
