Overall I was very pleased with my experience. I worked one on one with a person through email. This is always a plus for me when making an expensive purchase. The ring arrived on time and love it. The only reason I'm not providing a 5 is because there was supposed to be an engraving that didn't happen. Not a biggie but was promised. Not worth shipping back for. That and I didn't like not having any proof authenticity other than the brand backing the transaction.

I was looking for a ruby ring for my daughter's birthday. Diamondere came up in the browser. After reading all the reviews I thought I would take a chance and order. The ring that arrived is exactly like the one pictured on the website. Customer Service did contact me. They wanted to know what the occasion was, could they engrave it for me. Very kind. The birthday isn't here yet. I do not know how my daughter will react to her surprise. It is lovely and I do believe she will love it.

I wanted a particular stone that wasnt available through Diamondere. Instead of saying no and moving on, they suggested me buying the setting without the Carter stone and were accommodating to all my questions over the period of a couple months. They gave me a very no-pressure approach and quick service when I finally did pull the trigger. I will be doing business with them again very soon.

We wanted something a bit different for my fiance's wedding band. It was really difficult to find anywhere that had mens rings with gems that were the right style. Super happy we came across Diamondere so he could get the ring he really wanted!

Ordering was easy and quick. I loved the lifetime warranty available for less than $200. Such a great deal. We ended up using the warranty a lot sooner than we liked but I'm glad we had it. The stone fell out due to probably poor placement, we sent it in and hopefully will get a replacement or a proper setting next time.

Earrings to wear everyday was a must. I found beautiful black diamond earrings in rose gold and customized them with screw backs. Upon ordering, Cherie reached out to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for and why. The earrings were shipped and then I received a delay notice from UPS. I reached out to Cherie. She kindly researched and assured me that a boutique carrier had them for delivery. I received the earrings the next day and love them. We are an active sports family so they will only come out for cleanings.

I had a very specific vision in mind for the ring I wanted to give my fiancee-to-be. Cherie (absolute rockstar!) was very patient and accommodating through the entire process as we went through something like 7 revisions over 6 months to get the perfect ring out together.

If I could give my experience a 15 out of 10, I would.

Had a wonderful experience. Placing my order was easy. 2 week window before the ring shipped but was contacted to let me know the order was received and when I should expect delivery. Any questions I emailed about were answered promptly. Delivery was sent Next Day and arrived on time. The ring is beautiful and just what we expected!

My son wanted a custom made ring for his graduation gift, and Diamondere was able to give him exactly what he wanted. They were so kind and really went the extra mile. My son adores his ring; it's just beautiful. Very well made, with lovely, clear stones.

It's nerve-wrecking to buy nice jewelry online—both because you can't see/try on the piece before purchasing and because it's hard to confirm that a company is legit. I cannot emphasize enough what an amazing experience I had with Diamondere. The ordering was simple, customer service was prompt and kind, and I LOVED the jewelry when it arrived (fully certified and all). Highly, highly recommend.

The customer service is outstanding and my ring is even more impressive. Diamondere gave me no problems when I requested an exchange. They communicated regularly, providing updates on the status of my order. Cherie is the best, she search and found a stone that was the perfect color for me.

I felt that I was a rather difficult customer due to the amount of special requests I inquired to Diamondere about but every request they were happy to fulfill. Although I wasnt able to receive the ring on time, at the fault of my own procrastination, they did everything in their power to get it as soon as possible which I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend Diamondere to anyone in search of jewelry.

I had a great experience with this company and it's customer service. After placing my order they reached out by email about specifics to my order and was very transparent about the black gold finish and how it may wear off etc.

I had paid to expedite the order and it arrived as expected on time, even earlier then estimated time by quite a few hours. The product I bought is astounding and made my significant other very happy!

So far the employees have been very responsive. I am returning the product today and I hope to continue receiving great service.

The ring I received was absolutely beautiful. The coating of the ring (black gold) looked really good. It looked a bit lighter than the pictures online and the gems looked smaller, but I realise it can't be exact and the shown image is in fact hugely larger than the real deal. The customer service, I talked to Cherie, was really considerate and warned me about wear and tear with black gold rings and made sure I was okay knowing that information. Cherie and their team also took into consideration the occasion of why the ring was purchased as to personalise it more which was highly appreciated. I overall had a great experience with this company and receiving the product. Note to anyone that is purchasing is to consider the tax fee upon delivery of the package as custom bills can arrive and vary on where you are located and order the ring to! :)

I placed an order for a custom ring. The staff at Diamondere were very helpful and accommodating. My order was completed in a timely manner. I told them that I was scheduled to out of town soon. They said that they would happily send my order to me "overnight express," with no extra cost to me. Wow, who does that? I sure appreciated that they cared enough to do that! I was looking for a garnet ring for a mother's day gift. It looked amazing. I like being able to select the quality of diamonds I wanted. Customer service was nice, they always responded in 24 hour period with any questions I had.

After ordering an infinity ring, they emailed me right away to ensure that I had the right ring size since this style of ring can't be altered. As a result, we went to a store just encase found out I indeed had it wrong. I am glad they reached out to me.

The web site is well-designed. Email communications were clear and concise. The transaction from start to finish was very quick - just a few weeks. The entire selection and ordering process went as smooth as silk.

Just popped the question and she was so excited. She loved how the ring looked, her friends and family were all very impressed. One concern I had was the display box. The company was on crooked and with lightly rubbing your hand across the letters fell off. Hopefully this isn't indicative of there product. Based on the reviews I don't think so, however it was a bit of a disappointment.

Overall experience and transparency with going with black gold was solid and appreciated. Ordered the ring on 7/29 and proposed on 10/17. It looked perfect upon arrival and I understood that the coating may not last. However, within 24 hours of her wearing the ring the majority of the coating on the band is gone. Still, the ring does look great, just expected the black to last a bit longer than it did. She loves the ring and I wanted to wait for her take on it before posting the review. Thank you for the overall solid ring, but maybe take another look into the coating process.

I am not an easy customer. I'm a craftsman/artist/designer by trade and I have extremely particular taste. If I had the capability I would have made the ring myself. I don't work very well due to this. This is one of many reasons I was shocked at how easy it was to deal with Cherie. She was patient enough to work with me for months on countless designs and details. The level of attention and care I received was superb. It took us a long time (mainly due to me), but the final product was just... Flawless. I was simply stunned when I opened the box for the first time. The end result is something that I could never reproduce and would have never been possible without the professionals at Diamondere. I simply cannot praise them enough and neither can my future wife.

Cherie was absolutely wonderful and so very patient. She helped me with countless designs for over a whole year (I'm indecisive). I simply would have never been able to achieve the end result without her.
