4.5 stars, i received exactly what is shown at a reasonable price, only reason not 5 star is i paid the extra shipping but could not track progress of package until almost received. i would recommend this to a friend definitely a less hassle experience than going to a store!

I would like to thank Cheri for all the help she gave. We made a number of requests about materials, different stones, different views, including a 360 degree video, and she was very responsive. It's what made the sale. Oh, my wife is very pleased with her new ruby ring. It's gorgeous.

Order was delayed two weeks by Covid-19 related issues. Ring secondary stones slightly different in carat weight from original (due to customized cutting and fitting). Just the facts. Support was gracious and accommodating to communicating changes with the order. Overall pleased with the look and quality of ring, independent insurance appraisal was spot-on. Would have been 5-star if not for those circumstances.

This is a gorgeous earring that is small enough to fit well on the earlobe. I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 only because the stones were a little paler than the bubble gum pink promised in the description. But the stones are small so naturally would not have the depth of color of a larger stone. They sparkle beautifully.

This was a swift response from order to delivery and it was beautifully packaged with clear and professional certification details. I'm a little disappointed in the end result though - the ruby, though very lovely, is slightly smaller than advertised and the diamonds barely noticeable. However, it is still a lovely ring - just feel it isn't worth the price I paid for it.

It was very nice that they actively took care of me at all steps in the process, from order, through crafting, to shipment. In other words, they reached out to me first, and whenever I had a question, they responded within 1-24 hours. This is a VERY trustworthy and thoughtful company. Also, they provided a very complete analysis of the stone, which was important to me and my wife. Nice job! And thank you very much - I was very scared to spend this kind of money online, but you really made me feel comfortable, and you delivered!

I want to commend Diana, the customer service rep that worked with me on my custom order. I counted 29 e-mails with this rep from mid-May to early August!!! The master jewelers created the perfect engagement ring for my son's soon to be fiancee. We are so excited for him to show his girlfriend the ring in a few weeks to ask her to marry him. We had a slight hiccup during the process creating a slight delay due to Covid 19 but Cherie keep me totally informed and the delay was rectified very quickly! I always wanted an Aquamarine engagement ring. This is my third marriage, once widowed, once divorced. This is the only man that didn't try to overwhelm me with a huge diamond. He apparently listened when I said I wanted a vintage or vintage looking cushion cut Aqua. This ring is beyond perfect given to me by the love of my life.
