Very beautiful ring! I purchased the Wyanet ring in black gold with emeralds and London blue topaz. Throughout the process of the ring being made, the maker stayed in touch with me and communicated with me about details, to be sure I was always in the know. Even when they informed me that my order may arrive a couple days later than expected (which is totally fine!), it showed up within the time originally stated! Ring arrived just as lovely as the website photo. Wonderful first experience purchasing fine jewelry.

After reading the other comments I was prepared for the ring to be a little smaller than I was thinking when shopping around. The shipping took a while, but arrived right when they said it would (a day early!). The peridot is gorgeous. I could not be happier with it. Diamondere has been very prompt, clear and responsive.

First, let me say that the customer service experience was incredible. There was constant communications, very detailed updates and an effort to meet expectations that was exceptional. Cherie was absolutely phenomenal and the ring that I received was nothing short of breathtaking. You cannot beat the end result you receive from them and beats any cookie-cutter box store out there. Zales, Kay's, none of them come close.
