I ordered two rings. One of them had jewels all around and was open inside with no surface on which to engrave. I asked them to solder a small piece of metal on the inside to accommodate an engraving and they did an excellent job. Greatly appreciated.

Received my order within the 30 days allotted. Quick and convenient, the only area I say needs improvement is the replies. I had a concern and emailed them. I never heard back, however my concern it appears was moot. I will use them again for future orders.

I was shopping around for an engagement ring to propose to my long time girlfriend and after doing my research on custom jewelry companies I finally settled on Diamondere. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Despite having numerous requests during the customization phase, Cherie was patient, professional and accommodating to my requests and guided me through the process to the very end. The final product was better than what I would ever have imagined and my now fiancee wears it proudly each day. My fiancee and I are definitely going to get our wedding rings from Diamondere and I would recommend it to anyone out there looking for quality service and jewelry.

My fiancee and I spent many weeks looking at all of the beautiful designs. The quality of the stones and the craftsmanship were beyond my expectations particularly considering the great price. The customization of my order was a smooth process communicated by email. I was provided with sample images clearly illustrating several designs which made it easy to visualize the final result. The website is as beautiful as the jewelry. I've never had a better experience buying jewelry.

Diamondere not only delivered on time but the ring was absolutely beautiful. The gold band was understated elegance and the stone was a lovely ruby alive with character. My partner adores it. Hooray for Diamondere!!

My ring is a present from my husband for our 55th wedding anniversary. It's so pretty, and fits so nicely. I'm so proud of it, he really did do good in picking this for me!!! And he said Diana was very helpful in keeping track of his order!!! He gets confused sometimes so I really appreciate her taking care of him.

I am giving this 3 stars. It was very nice dealing with Diamondere. The ordering process worked well. The delivery was a little late, but I was informed in advance. The main problem is that the Amethyst stone that we actually received was much darker than the one depicted in the photo on the website. The stone was so dark that it was hard to recognize the color as it seems almost black. I am to understand that the darker color indicates a higher quality stone, which is fine. However, I didn't purchase this ring for investment purposes, I purchased it significantly for the color that my wife liked. I have contacted Diamondere about it and we are now deciding what we want to do at this point.
I would suggest that you take special care to have the website photos match the actual products as much as possible.

I ordered 3 rings. Cher was awesome to work with and kept me informed along the way. I am only keeping one of the rings, however, a beautiful garnet and diamond ring. The other two rings were about $1200 or so each plus the protection plan I purchased for each of them and unfortunately, the other 2 rings look like cheap rings you'd get at Walmart, even with upgrading all of the rings to the best quality stones they offered on their site. I'll be returning those 2 rings but proudly wear the garnet and ruby!

While the service was great and they arrived within the time frame I hoped, I will stick to going to a jeweler so I can see what the jewelry looks like.

Loved that I was able to customize the ring and when it was delivered it was better than expected. Also, I paid for standard shipping and the ring was ready, shipped and received days earlier than what's was originally told to me. My partner has been receiving quite a few compliments on their new ring too! Would love to buy from diamondere again!

After being disappointed in the first ring I received they did all they could to give me what I wanted. The ring I have now is beautiful and I love it! The fact that I wasnt satisfied with the first one is the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5. If I were only rating customer service I would have given a 5. They truly went above and beyond to make me happy.

This ring is everything I expected and more. It is truly stunning. My only concern is how often it may need the rhodium coating redone. But, that does not take away from how pleased I am with the ring. After all, I chose the white gold over the platinum.

Customer service was awesome. There was an unexpected delay but they kept me informed of everything along the way. I am very pleased with my purchase from Diamondere. The product is exactly what I requested. I have not independently tested the diamond or the ring material for quality control but I don't think there is anything about my purchasing experience that would make me worry about being ripped off. I was pleased to know that the diamond industry uses grading reports so I could view every aspect of the diamond I cared about before purchasing.

The only hiccup in the whole process was that the ring came in a box that was slightly damaged from shipping. Not a big deal though and it isn't exactly in Diamondere's control to prevent that from happening. The smaller box that holds the ring was undamaged and looks beautiful.

The product was made and delivered very fast. The tanzanite gem didn't come out as purple as I expected; it turned out more of a blue color. But according to my research; blue tanzanite is better quality than anything else, and it does look purple or blue depending on the light. Beautiful ring, happy customer.

I really love the service and ring provided by Diamondere. I had a couple of ideas I wanted to incorporate into the ring. My questions were answered quickly by the staff and the ring was delivered on time as promised! I will definitely be back for jewelry purchases in the future.
