Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
They found a solution for my problem, quick and easy. My Provider could not do.
At first I was hoping that I can I really trust their word but I prayed about it and took a chance and I must be truthful they are very trust worthy and they delivered on exactly on what they stand on which is trust and dignity.

Did everything as instructed and no unlock. I'm the original owner of an AT&T phone and upon leaving them with phone paid off and zero owed they network locked my phone. This service claimed to fix such a problem and has yet to deliver. I have paid nearly 200 dollars thus far and no satisfaction at all. Very disappointed.

To proceed, could you please confirm if your phone prompts for an unlock code when you insert a non-AT&T SIM card? If it does, you should be able to use the codes provided:
- NCK: 7153807268293616
- MCK: 6903072506481741
If your Galaxy S21 5G does not prompt for an unlocking code, a Remote USB Unlock is required to complete the process. This additional step is necessary for some devices as outlined in our terms:
> "As stated on the order summary page prior to purchase, if your handset doesn't ask for an unlock code prior to payment, then we will not be able to unlock the device but still incur submission costs and you will instead have to use a Remote USB unlock at additional cost."

So go in I thought that it was gonna be a hassle headache having to deal with these third-party companies, and on the contrary, it was quite a simple process was not time consuming on my part. It was quick and easy. I would definitely keep using direct locks and I would highly recommend them to anyone out there Who is in need of some assistance with their device.
I so I did contact the customer service department and to be quite honest it was just as I expected. They did a fantastic job answering questions and it was a breeze.
I chose direct unlocks because based on reviews and description on their site of how they do their job and make things happen, they no-brainer.
I chose the product because I needed to unlock a device. I wanted to finish paying it off and have access to my device But not just regular axis this type of axis in which I can use pretty much with any Carrier.
