Me habían regalado un IPhone 13 Mexicano que estaba bloqueado y no podía usarlo con Movistar en España. Lo llevé a varios sitios y nadie me daba solución, hasta que un amigo me habló de DirectInlocks, al principio no le creí, pero después me metí en su web y el proceso fue súper sencillo y en menos de 12 horas ya tenía mi Iphone desbloqueado, estoy encantado con el servicio.

Tentei o desbloqueio do meu S24 com outras operadoras e não consegui, com a
Direct Unlocks foi fiel do inicio ao fim comigo, nos horários e datas, valeu muita a pena cada centavo gasto mesmo sabendo q o valor foi muito justo para o desbloqueio. Obrigado.

Bought a second hand Samsung S20 as a Xmas present for my father in law but released it was locked to Tesco. To be able to put his Sky sim in it, I contacted you to get the device unlocked. Within 24 hours it was all done with ease.

I needed to unlock my phone and had a fantastic and efficient services the unlock was refused by ee but they applied to samsung and it was unlocked withing 12 hours so all in all im very happy with the service

Took 10 days but it worked! Paid the first fee, then a second, then they negotiated the payoff and I paid the reduced price and viola!

Initially worried but pleased in the end!

So initially I was worried as I had paid the initial fee and then was asked to pay extra. To add to this the process actually took a few days. HOWEVER, you do receive a tracking which works very well and if you do have any queries I found the customer service team very helpful. Overall I would recommend as long as you are able to wait a few days.

Stole my money!

They tried but could not unlock my android phone with virgin lock on it,so? Instead of contacting me and offering me a refund they opted to block me from there site? Thats ok i have filed a dispute with the credit card company and will get my money back and after i leave here i will be on the BBB site filing a COMPLANT.

Just to clarify, you’ve made two payments: $24.99 for the Eligibility Check and $95 for the Standard Unlock. Since your order status is "Device doesn't prompt for unlock code," and you've mentioned that the unlock didn’t work, it sounds like your device may require a different unlocking method, like a Remote USB unlock.

While I recognize you mentioned filing a dispute, I encourage you to continue with the process and explore the Remote USB service. If you decide to move forward with it, any credit notes from your current order can be applied to assist with the cost.
