In spite of Telus taking their time and stalling the unlock… they persevered and went to Apple directly and sim was unlocked the next day! Very happy with the service.

Doch am vierten Tag war es soweit und ich habe gleich eine eSim in Betrieb genommen. Läuft! Also ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen für alle die ein aktuelles iPhone besitzen.

At the begining of the process I was not sure if this site was goung to be able to unlock my old Samsung S8 from my previous carrier (Eastlink Canada), and after being asked for the 2nd payment (the fee for actually unlocking the device), I started thinking this could be a scam, and the progress bar/percentage not moving up was not helping.

However, after less than 36 hrs later I got the email with the NCK/MCK unlock codes.

I followed the very simple instructions on the email and my phone is carrier free, and currently using a Public Mobile carrier chip.

First they charge $25 which that turned out to just be for checking phone eligibility. They came back and asked for $54 more which I mistakenly paid. And THEN they wanted, wait for it…over $500! And they will not refund. The next morning I called my carrier direct and my phone was unlocked for free in 5 mins! I can't believe I fell for it. I hope you won't.

I had gotten this phone from my brother as a replacement for my phone that he had lost. However, he did not tell me it was locked to T-Mobile. I had tried another service provider to unlock my device, but they came back to me a month later saying it was not possible.
