Initially worried but pleased in the end!

So initially I was worried as I had paid the initial fee and then was asked to pay extra. To add to this the process actually took a few days. HOWEVER, you do receive a tracking which works very well and if you do have any queries I found the customer service team very helpful. Overall I would recommend as long as you are able to wait a few days.

Stole my money!

They tried but could not unlock my android phone with virgin lock on it,so? Instead of contacting me and offering me a refund they opted to block me from there site? Thats ok i have filed a dispute with the credit card company and will get my money back and after i leave here i will be on the BBB site filing a COMPLANT.

Quicker and reliable site to unlock the phone

I was initially nervous about the time and the price that was charged to unlock my iPhone 12 pro Max.

They charged the fees in a sequence (Not sure as why) meaning each step as we progress. After the payment was done,email confirmation for
Order was placed was received. After this with in 12 hours of time i received another email from then as a confirmation of Unlocking my device was sent. I was happy seeing this email and checked the device for the status and it was working on a new carrier and sim card.

There is absolutely no reason to be nervous as i was initially was about the authenticity of this website. They are real and they really unlock the phones and they are also very quick in doing it. Hence i would really recommend any new customers to trust them and proceed with your order and with no hesitation.

Good service but...

Really easy to do and really happy with the service but I personally am not a fan of paying money and then having to pay more money, I would prefer an up front sum as it feels quite scammy to have paid about 23 quid for an analysis and then told I'll have to pay 30 quid more for the unlock. If they had said 50 quid upfront I still would have paid it so its just not a great thing for me personally, however when they couldn't unlock my 1st phone they gave me a credit, which I then used on my second phone as it had an indefinite use by date so that was nice. And its much easier than going and trying to find somewhere that unlocks phones its all done remotely from the comfort of your sofa and doesn't take too long either.

Easy, reliable, fast

I used this service to unlock my iPhone SE from docomo, as no other services were offering unlocks for them. The process was very simple, all I had to do was input the IMEI of my iPhone. They did exactly what they promised without any issues, and my phone was unlocked faster than I expected (less than a week!). Docomo is known to be a difficult carrier to work with when unlocking, but they were able to unlock it remotely without me needing to do anything!

Locked to carrier with balance owed

The process was easy it wasn't costly at all I owed money to Tmobile almost one thousand dollars they negotiated and got the price down to under 300 dollars. When i chatted to get status they responded immediately. I highly recommend direct unlocks and to be honest i was very very skeptical at first I honestly thought it was a scam but after reading reviews i was like ok ima take that chance my family told me i was crazy but guess what i now have two phones and this iPhone 13 mini and one of them

The origin unlockcode was invalid!
No new unlock code is sent, but I now have to pay an additional €319!
The total price with prepaid fees of €80.99 exceeds the new price of an unlocked device!
The "service ticket system" does not address the problem that the unlock code is invalid, but rather I should take advantage of the additional service for devices for which you cannot enter an unlock code.
THE DEVICE REQUESTS YES FOR INPUT!
But the unlock code is invalid!
DirectUnlocks does not want to reverse fees for the invalid code, but only wants to issue a voucher for renewed services with DirectUnlock!
The credit card institution will be notified on January 2nd, 2025 to reverse the transaction.
One can only warn against this business conduct!

It gave an estimate of 3 days total, but completed in 2. I am very happy with this service and would highly recommend it to anyone trying to get a phone unlocked.

They WILL not unlock your phone with 28.99

You paying 28.99 for nothing but to check eligibility.

You have to pay 50 dollar additionally to get unlock code.

Instead of buying new phone to unlock existing phone because traveling outside USA.

But this guys Scammers, DO NOT place order.

Eligiblity check cost 1.99 from other vendors.

Your company charge 28.99, I thought it includes full unlocked code.

Refund my money, otherwise I will dispute transactions and block your account permanently.

It was quite the learning experience.

It took about a week to unlock my phone because I was not able to be awake during their operating hours, but it took less than an 1 hour to actually finish up the process. Imma be real it was a bit sketchy because i had to download some software because my phone needed to be unlocked with a USB cable instead of a code or pin. I'm actually saving more money than it cost to have my phone unlocked. Consider me a happy customer.

Because your phone didn't ask for an unlocking code, the Remote USB unlock was the only option available to unlock your phone for any network.

Great service!

Unfortunately I was in the position of having a phone that was locked due to a death. I'd looked up all the options on how to do it and came across Direct unlocks and took the plunge and it was easy ….and quick!
There was an initial part to check that the phone wasn't stolen etc which took about 20mins. I hadn't ready the small print to see that there was an additional cost after this step which was my fault. I then did the actual unlock which took approximately 24hours - there were updates throughout which was great.
All in all a great service and would definitely recommend- thank you!

Al principio te dan soluciones alternativas para poder hacer el desbloqueo
Y mi equipo requirió un servicio Premium
Que fue un precio justo en comparación a otros servidores
Y quedó en 6 días perfecto 👌
Hasta ahorita no he tenido ni un solo inconveniente con el trabajo que me entregaron.

Absolutely pathetic.

Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
