Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

I'm always skeptical. I'm not much for taking someone's word. I went into business with a guy I worked with for years. He started the phone plan and within a few short years the company went under. He had faulted on the contract and I tried multiple stores to pay the phone off in cash or card it didn't matter. All failed attempts because it wasn't my account and I wasn't taking over the whole account.
I searched several sites and direct unlocks highest rating and more believed to be “real reviews” led me to finalize my decision and pull the trigger.

IPhone 13 mini war von A1 gesperrt. Die Entsperrung hat circa drei Tage gedauert und es wurde sich auch für die Verspätung entschuldigt danach wurde direkt mit Apple Kontakt aufgenommen und die Entsperrung veranlasst was super funktioniert hat. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Arbeit von Direct unlocks!

Misleading and unethical business…
Misleading and unethical business practices. Milk your money by misleading victims. You think you're getting your phone unlocked for a small fee (28.99$) upfront. Then you get ask to be charge again for another stage ($50) and then another stage ($689.93 and they say they can reduce to 315$) with ridiculous amount of money to unlock. Hell, I can buy a new unlocked phone (iphone 11) for less than what they charging me to get it unlocked.
Nothing but scams. Stay far away. And if you don't want to pay to continue the unlock, they don't refund your money, but hold your money hostage as a credit for future use. No thanks. Karma is coming.
