on 2/21/19Scam do not use, automated replies no refund since March 6th. Been emailing everyday since. Emailed trading standard and reported as fraud. Sent email to my local MP.
I agree with all the above and they are now trying to use the Covid 19 (Corona Virus) as an excuse to rip off the consumers that have been unfortunate enough to have their flights cancelled.
Not only are they telling me that because my flight today was cancelled by the airline company so not only did we lose the full cost of that flight we had to pay £500 to use another company to get home.
They are telling me that I will lose £35 per person (£70 in total) in fees to cover for the Corona Virus. Why?
What will taking money from me do to help the Corona Virus? It is just a way of ripping the consumer off even more.
I have been told I will get a credit note for the cancelled flight less £70 but the European Law states I can have a full cash refund of my fees. Simon Calder even said this on this mornings BBC TV you do not have to accept a credit note or another flight at a later date. My bank are going to do a Charge Back for me and they can then fight a bank that knows the law if they want it back.
Impossible. They are a big joke. Contact Ealing Trading Standards instead.
At the moment I am finding it impossible tried messaging, emails, telephone different numbers and online chat. No replies as yet.
Only when you do a charge back with the credit card company and they have lost the money. Suddenly they are very keen to "rebook" the flights but of course they are more expensive.
This company address is a bus stop in London, the real company owner is a well-know scammer in Pakistan. Sorry, with Brexit there will be more and more of these.
Good luck with that, they will use any available excuse not to speak to you and their online in absolutely waste of time, as they ask you to call them at the end
Extremely hard to get hold off, very little response to email and messages, no chance via phone
Impossible... hours waiting in the phone and 100s of emails sent... with standard replies
