Really easy to navigate website and the cheapest prices. Booking was simple and confirmation was immediate, followed next day by e-ticket. I managed to lose my email, but Jim from Customer Services was really quick at having it reissued for me. All round excellent experience.

Why I should choose one star from them, they do not deserve. Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal! Stay safe, don't try this 'Company'.

01/10/2019 - Ticket booked ref- 3L3JDO (for 16/07/2020 Travel) - £678

26/11/2019 - Flight cancelled & rescheduled. Not my fault.

02/06/2020 - Raised Refund request.

07/06/2020 - Got email saying cancellation request sent to airline.

16/09/2020 - Got email for 'Travel voucher'

04/01/2021 - Got email from Zeeshan to redeem the travel voucher. I asked for my money back to account.
I have been told it's not possible. So, i agreed for rebooking. But, that's cheating i know. Why you can't give the money back to
Customer when you can use that money to book with another flight company.
So, booked a flight ref - ***** - 15/09/2021 - £678

01/06/2021 - Got email for flight schedule change & so raised refund request. Again not my fault.

15/06/2021 - Got email saying cancellation request sent to airline.

10/09/2021 - Again saying I should rebook the ticket. I have called customer service number and said i want my money back.
And sent emails million time so far. THIS IS CHEATING.

06/0/2022 - Still chasing for my refund

DONT USE THEM AT ANY COST. I am booking directly in airline website these days & Have no problems with getting money back.

They take your money but don't book the flights. When chased and asked question's, generic responses sent saying 'thank you for cancelling your flights you will be charged loads of money' when I hadn't cancelled and was actually complaining about why I wasn't even booked on them! Ended up putting a review on trip advisor after many emails and trying to contact someone. Within an hour got phoned up and i thought brilliant they are going to sort my complaint out now. Sumera agreed to give me a full refund and apologised for the service received and our booking being removed from Singapore airlines due to them not booking us on the flights even though for months dream world travel had our money to book them! However, I had to chase refund which I finally got but they deducted £175 in fees. I was promised no fees would be taken... they are now lying on emails to me and replying to my reviews with lies saying i was told about the fees and i was sent e-tickets on 22nd January! Thats funny because I have evidence on email which confirms I was told I wouldnt have my tickets until nearer the time and proof I was promised a full refund with no deductions. (See photos) They are claiming the deductions are due to chasing singapore for the refund admin costs but singapore have emailed me confirming they hadn't paid them... Avoid at all costs! Loads of reviews will tell you the same about not booking on flights, deducting fees and also service issues.

I wish I made some research and read these reviews before I paid my money to this company. I searched for cheap flights and was sent to this company and I found reasonable prices for my flights. I paid for my flights and then I got email confirmation and I was quite happy with that. When I checked my PNR to see my flights then I got shocked to see this PNR is only for reservation and DWT hasn't paid to Airlines. When I checked my booking and I came to know that tickets has been cancelled. I have been trying to ring them but can't get through to them as I am always on never ending queue and every time after one hour drops it self. I have emailed them plenty of time but no reply. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND REPORT TO EALING TRADING STANDARDS

WARNING SCAM FRAUD **PLEASE DO NOT USE**

I have booked with this company to travel to Saudi Arabia via MEA and have requested refund back in March due to flight being cancelled because of covid 19. The company is holding my moneys and refusing to refund for no reason. They send useless automated emails. They cannot give an approximate date. Initially they said 6 weeks in March but I'm in July out of pocket and still haven't received a refund. Fake do not use please. They also block you off the twitter if you confront them on social media. I have about 15 customers who are also awaiting and in same position. We have a group on Twitter. Booking name is Isham Mohamed. I have reported this to Ealing trading standard and the bank as fraud.

My first communication with Ahmed on 6th March and last reply from lubna 9th July and still no refund. Constant email chains daily sent. No customer service at all.

Sent over 12 emails back an firth about refunding a trip booked in April 2020, nearly a year later I've taken them to tribunal.

OMG, they're very, VERY, VERY bad. They owe us refund for our pia flight that got cancelled sooooo many times since May 2020. They never reply back to the emails and hung up on me, after I was on hold for nearly 1 and a half hours. Please, do yourself a favour and do not use them or you will absolutely regret.

Their customer service is VERY, very, VERY bad. Do not trust them at all!

They're the worst agents we've ever come across. Be careful pls, in Shaa Allah... We realllllllllllly regret using them, never again!... They also absolutely force you to write good reviews for them on Google and trustpoilt.

We had Zeeshan calling and pressurising, blackmailing us to write a good review, about 5 times a day for weeks. They lie and deceive! :( DO NOT use them at all pls or you'll regret!

Once, they get your money, they do not answer your calls and hang up, simply not caring that customers are kept on hold for nearly 2 hours, a very longgggggggggggg hold. Also, they completely ignore the emails u send them!

They DO NOT value their customers at all! I would give them -trillion if there was an option for that, as words can't describe how bad they really are!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. PLUS, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS!
I booked flights in February 20 to NYC, due to fly 28th Dec 20, but obviously didnt fly due to Covid. Aer Lingus cancelled my flights, and put me onto a later time. However they told me directly (I also have it in writing from them in several emails) that I was entitled to a FULL REFUND because of the difference in flight times. I completed a DWT Refund request on 2nd October. It is now January and after endless emails to DWT, they have still to acknowledge that I am entitled to my money back. This company should not be allowed to trade, their customer service is shambolic, nothing short of a disgrace. I shall be reporting them to trading standards and will be taking them to the small claims court. I want my money back!

Ps join Dream World Travel Action Group on FB for info, advice and support from consumers in the same position.

Beware. If DWT has not given you a refund (like to hundrerds of others), you might do these:
Immediately inform your bank if you used their services and they should help you issue a chargeback. If they cannot help because of the 6-8 weeks 'waiting time' then immediately email DWT to refund within 15 days.
If you still dont get it within this, and you used bank transfer/services, credit/debit card, call bank and ask for a chargeback. For credit card one could issue a section 75. If you used other payment methods, ask the company to issue chargeback. One option is to use small claims court or lawyer.
Do not waste time, take action right now. Only the bank or court can get any refund due.
Once you have done the work for refund, inform action fraud to help save others too. Copy and share this genuine review that i made from my experience to help others too.
I only rated this 4 star so it shows at the top for others to read, and for those people who do not click 1or2 star ratings to see the truth.
Only people who personally know the DWT staff have had good experiences. Otherwise the rest had a nightmare with DWT.

Worst travel agents. Bought tickets more than 2 weeks back, still tickets not issued. Worst phone lines. Dont waste your money and energy with them.

FOLLOWING REVIEW I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SUMERA CHOUDHARY WHO HAS LISTENED AND UNDERSTOOD MY COMPLAINT AND REFUNDED ACCORDING. MARYAM ON THE OTHER HAND HAS NOT EVEN OFFERED AN APOLOGY DEMANDING PROOF OF TRANSACTION.

I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY AND THEREFORE EMAILED FOR OTHER SUITABLE DATES. Eventually I made alternative arrangements with another source. Upon returning home I found that DREAM WORLD TRAVEL LTD had actually taken out £345 from my bank account. I have an email from SYEDA MARYUM ZAIDI on the 19 April 22 stating that payment has NOT been received. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and all emails and telephone messages have been ignored. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOU PERIL. IF ANYBODY WHO HAS HAD ISSUES PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

This company don't even deserve 1 star,
Minus 10 in my eyes
This is by far the worst company on the planet,
First mistake was booking through then, flight schedule was changed and I was offered a refund (pre covid times before the world shut down) in Feb 2020... in July 2021, I found out from the airline they had the refund back in April but they failed to inform me,
Since then it has been nothing but excuses and delays,
I have yet to receive anything back from them,
The customer service is appalling and they fail to answer any of my questions without copy and pasting a generic response,
The manager was due to call me back in September. I'm still waiting
They never once email me to give me an update regarding the refund yet will respond on reviews that they do to make you out to be the lair,
Fact of the matter is, this company has been a nightmare from the start, I have been waiting 2 years for a refund and I am now taking legal action against them

Please please do not book with this company if you want to keep your sanity

***PLEASE READ ANYONE WANTING TO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY***

I have bought flights over a month ago and not received a ticket. After calling the airline it had been made clear that DREAM WORLD TRAVEL have not booked me onto a flight at all. They have been notoriously hard to get a hold of since then and rarely answer the phone.

Looking at their reviews, nearly all of the good ones are from people who have only reviewed this place - very suspicious. All of the negative ones are unfortunately the same story as mine, flights are paid for but never purchased by DREAM WORLD TRAVEL.

I have been told on the phone by LUBNA that I will be receiving a full refund for being messed about so much, I have given them a month to sort this out and every day they are telling me to wait until tomorrow for the tickets. After calling to get a refund I received a call from LUBNA saying please give me 15 more minutes, the tickets are on their way. I then called BA again and they confirmed no such tickets had been bought. Disgraceful.

***I will update this review in a few days time if I get a full refund from them and change the rating but judging from other reviews this is unlikely too.***

I can honestly say, I have never experienced customer services as poor as this company. I feel their practices should not even be legal! I have been owned a refund of £983 since June this year (through a fault made my Dream World Travel might I add - not coronavirus related). They have repeatedly fobbed me off, promising they will pay me if I just wait x amount of time longer (first it was 12 weeks, then 8 more weeks, then just 10 days more, then just 72 hours!). Needless to say, I have been waiting over six months and they have STILL not paid me. They received the refund from the airline in early September and have refused to pay me. After making me wait since June, they then tried to say they have a company policy not to give refunds in December! When I demanded to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for an HOUR and then connected to another CUSTOMER- who was equally as bamboozled as I was, he was also waiting to speak to a manager (shock). When I tried to call back they had BLOCKED my number. I'd like to add that not once, despite my justified frustration, was rude or used poor language on the phone. I used to work in customer service and I know that will get you nowhere- I can only assume they have blocked me as have no intention of paying my money. I do not know what else to do. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Update 8 October: I believe in fairness so it's only fair that I update that this was finally resolved. Finally received my flight voucher. Obviously disappointed that I had to go through this whole process though.

Update from my previous review: Now I am getting even less responses than before. I send a follow-up email and I get the same canned response.

I understand everyone has been hit extremely hard but I find the lack of communication extremely frustrating.

Unfortunately, I know that publicly airing grievances is usually what gets a response from companies, so here we are.

In MAY, I received an email saying I can pay to have my flight refunded. I said I was happy with that.

Between that period, I've probably sent at least 25+ emails, I've "maybe" received a handful of responses.

Let's not even talk about the number of calls to their office. The hours I spent on the phone, to have the call dropped after waiting 30 minutes or more.

I know it's just people, like you or me, working in the office, and some of them really did try to help me (thank you to them), but it's just been such a frustrating process.

But it's taken until 16 SEPTEMBER for them to finally get back to me saying a cash refund wasn't going to happen but they can offer a travel voucher.

I agreed on the same day (I actually am happy with a travel voucher).

I asked for a bit of clarity in regards to the details... now I am still waiting.

The email did mention 14 working days, so "maybe" I'll get my voucher in December (?).

It's a shame because it's really affected my trust in using travel agencies.

My friend who was on the exact. Same. Flight got their travel voucher directly from Singapore Air in a matter of days of the flight being cancelled (I actually think it was before). And they haven't had to worry about it since April/May.
