Really easy to navigate website and the cheapest prices. Booking was simple and confirmation was immediate, followed next day by e-ticket. I managed to lose my email, but Jim from Customer Services was really quick at having it reissued for me. All round excellent experience.
Why I should choose one star from them, they do not deserve. Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal! Stay safe, don't try this 'Company'.
Dream World Travel are a scam company... do NOT send any money to them there e-mail is fake and they never answer the phone.

I'm writing this review just because I see so many bad reviews and I recently purchased a ticket with them and there was only one problem. I'm flying from the US to Asia and was given the option for Dream World which was the cheapest but had 2 star reviews I was hesitant but my husband and I need to save the money. So I bought the ticket and receive an email in the next few hours. I like to download the apps for the airlines I use to get their miles, as I'm doing that I notice I don't have the airline codes and I email Dream World ASAP, I notice their website is weird to manage and I can't check my trip online so I start panicking overall because then I start reading reviews of people getting not getting their flights booked and refunds taking to long, I spent over $900 usd, I wasn't taking it easy I emailed Dream World for the airline confirmation code (time difference made me wait a while haha) and I contact the airlines I'm flying with directly to see if they can help and they verified my booking! Later dream world replied with the codes as well. So there wasn't really a problem at all, so I would say it was a normal booking experience just make sure to verify the booking with the airlines and that you have the confirmation codes you don't want to last minute panic, I still have a 2 weeks till my flight but at least I know it's booked.
Please take note of all of the negative reviews of Dream World Travel, they are truly shocking. Please do not use, you will regret it.
After several emails and phone calls this company still has not refunded our flight money. Up until the 14/08/2020 they hadn't even requested a refund when I spoke to Singapore Airlines they told me to inform Dream World Travel to get in touch with their Sales Desk for the refund. I had to tell them this on at least 3 occasions by email and with phone calls, after speaking to Lubna on the 27/08/20, I further contacted Singapore Airlines on the 04/09/20 to be told that they had refunded our fares on the 03/09/20 and they advised us to wait 3 to 4 weeks before getting in touch with Dream World Travel. We waited 5 weeks only to be told that their travel department was holding the money and we would get it in November. I told the agent I would give them 48hrs to pay us our refund or I would start Charge Back proceedings, I phoned them again yesterday after speaking to our Credit Card provider as no money had been refunded, to inform them that we have started the Charge Back procedure. The agent told me to put my comments in an email to the Customer Care Department, so they were told if they did not want to incur more penalties they should refund us as soon as possible. We live in hope.
So I'm 16.5 weeks in since put in a refund claim with DreamWorld travel, due to the airline cancelling my flight and not by my own choice. Since then been constantly emailing DreamWorld travel about the progress of my refund and the customer service is LAUGHABLE and NON EXSISTANT!. You get the same generic automated email response every time (and I'm at about email number 15 by now I'm sure)they never personally answer your questions. I still have not been given a complaints procedure which I have asked for many times and to top it off the airline, which was Korean airlines have transferred the money back to DreamWorld travel accounts on 5th March, yet I still have had no update from them about this or had my money paid back to me! And when and if I finally get the money owed to me my credit card which it was paid on will have built up interest and IL have the PLEASURE of paying £35 admin OH NO WAIT THEY NOW TRYING TO CHARGE
£45! They are a joke! And need serious investigating and I will be seeking further action form all relevant consumer bodies on how to get this underway! AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!

Bad doesn't get any way near the truth here. My wife has been waiting over 9 months for a refund relating to a cancelled flight due to the Covid situation. All we have received from Dream World Travel is delaying Emails and conversations and they continually blame the Airline for not refunding. That's despite the Airline confirming they never received payment in the first place and me advising Dream World Travel that the money is currently held by Southall Travel Ltd who trade as The Holiday Team. Southall Travel Ltd are the company who sourced the ticket and are happy to refund once Dream World Travel provide them with a PNR History which Southall Travel requested by Email on 23 November. Unfortunately, as Southall Travel's contract is with Dream World Travel they are unable to assist any further and could only suggest I report it to ATOL. Having researched Southall Travel Ltd I can see they are a large, profitable, cash rich business and part of a much larger Investment group of companies so I have no reason to doubt their willingness or ability to provide the refund. This appalling situation is firmly at the door of Dream World Travel and I cannot understand why they will not resolve on our behalf

Absolutely shockingly bad customer service. Due to Covid UK & US Government guidelines I was unable to take return flights to Chicago during 2020. Initially only offered a less than 50% refund I challenged this and by April 2021 I was offered an 85% refund minus a 15% admin fee, which I accepted, however we are now 15 months on and I still haven't received this agreed refund. I chased in January 2022 and was initially offered less than 50% again until I provided email evidence of the 85% offer but still didn't ever actually receive the refund. On chasing again recently I was instead offered a voucher for the 85% but on trying to rebook return flights to Chicago I was quoted £600 for the same flights available via their own website for £445, on challenging they came back with a £500 offer, but no answer provided as to why the price was still higher than quoted via their website. I have now booked exactly the same flights via elsewhere for £432 and will be raising a dispute for the full amount of the original payment made in 2020 with my credit card provider, and if this isn't successful for any reason I will now be taking Dreamworld to the small claims court for the £376 they still have of my money, from what is now over 2 years ago. BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Where do l start? Had booked a flight for me and my wife to Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific and due to the troubles there l asked how much would it cost to cancel. Dreamworld said it would cost me £165gbp per person. That didnt sound right and l said that their t&cs only mention 15% charge of the total which would have been £107. I asked how did they come up with that figure and l never got a honest answer.
So l rang Cathay Pacific and asked them what the cost would be and they said it was Dreamworld who would set their charge.
So after plenty of emails without a perfect answer l rang Cathay Pacific again and asked them if l was booked on a flight on my dates given and they said l hadnt.
My suspicions got better, so l asked the airline if the flight number l was booked on was flying out that day and they said no, there is no flight with that number.
So basically l was booked on a flight that didnt exsist.
I notified my bank and contacted Dreamworld Travel again. They rang me back and they said that there must have been a computer glitch when l booked ( a load of bull) l
I was then told that l will be getting a full refund for their error.
If l hadnt of been diligent l could habe paid the £330 cancellation fee for a flight that didnt exsist or l could have waited until my e ticket turned up 10 days before the flight which wouldn't have been any use as there was no such flight on that day.
So all l can say is stay well away from DreamWorld Travel as they cannot be trusted 100%
On Sat 17th August I was looking for flights for 3 people to Canada in February 2020. I went on to Travel Supermarket and searched for the flights I wanted and added the filters I wanted including 1 hold bag each. I clicked through to what I thought was the best deal and booked the flights with Dream World Travel (DWT). When the booking confirmation came through it stated there was no baggage allowance. I called DWT and they said I had booked with no baggage allowance and said it was £75pp each way another £450 to take hold luggage! Having argued my case stating there was no prompt to add luggage - they refused to budge so I said I wanted to cancel our flights, which they informed me would incur a cancellation charge of £70pp! I managed to get this down to £50pp so £150 for absolutely nothing. To top it all off they are making me wait 20 working days to refund my money. Trying to get through to them to sort it out is like pulling teeth on hold for ages and passed around from pillar to post with no-one knowing what is going on.
AVOID AT ALL COST They are a total shambles. I don't book many flights so was a bit green but, reading reviews of this rip off company I am not the only one who has been scammed.
I was offered a £50 refund on 17th September - Guess what? Heard nothing from them since and won't reply to my emails or calls...
Please do not use DreamWorld Travel. Dreamworld travel will rob you and your family. There are better companies out there.

This company is very difficult to deal with. We had flights booked for August 2020 which were cancelled in June 2020. They refunsed to issue a refund until the airline had issued them a refund. After 6 months of chasing I decided to deal direct with the airline who advised the money had been refunded months ago. I went back to DWT who said they would issue a refund minus £287 which apparently was an admin fee that they were charged by a 3rd party for booking the tickets. We eventually got a fund minus the £287- I am now having to fight them through the small claims court. Use a reputable company not these as they do not answer the phone, if they do you get hug up on straight away. They do not reply to emails until you put a negative review these types of websites. As if we are not living in difficult enough times where people are losing their jobs and struggling to feed families... I WOULD ALSO BE VERY DUBIOUS ABOUT ANY 5* REVIEWS YOU MAY SEE... There is an group on FB full of thousands of unhappy customers in the same position as me.

WE CHALLENGED THIS AS THE ORIGINAL BOOKING STATED THAT CHANGES COULD BE MADE WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE. WE WERE ADVISED THAT THIS FEE WAS MADE UP OF HANDLING FEE + AIRPORT TAXES AND AIRLINE FEES. UNDER DURESS BECAUSE WE NEEDED THE FLIGHT TICKETS TO APPLY TO UK IMMIGRATION FOR VISA EXTENSION, WE EVENTUALLY PAID UP. SUBSEQUENTLY, WE SPOKE TO QATAR AIR ON AN EXTRANEOUS MATTER AND HAD OCCASION TO RAISE THE MATTER OF THE ADDITIONAL AIRLINE FEES AND AIRPORT TAXES WITH THEM. THEY STATED THAT THEY HAD NOT CHARGED ANY AIRLINE FEES NOR WERE AIRPORT TAXES APPLICABLE. THE QATARI OFFICIAL STATED THAT THE TICKETS WERE ' S' CLASS TICKETS AND CLEARLY SHOWED THAT NO ADDITIONAL AIRLINE FEES OR AIRPORT TAXES WERE CHARGED BY THEM AND THAT DREAM WORLD TRAVEL ' THEY KNOW.'
AFTER 12 MONTHS OF TRYING TO GAIN AN EXPLANATION FROM DREAM WORLD TRAVEL WITH A VIEW TO OBTAINING A REFUND, FINALLY WE HAVE HAD THE COURTESY OF A REPLY...' WE DO NOT REFUND AIRPORT TAXES AND AIRLINE FEES'.

This company is absolutely TERRIBLE. Do not touch them with a bargepole. They took my money in an instant. They have delivered nothing. And they have not issued a refund.
This is what happened: I had to make a last minute booking to get my girlfriend who was visiting Malaysia, to a destination in Europe before the borders closed due to Corona Virus.
I booked online and paid £662 for the ticket. Of course they took my money in an instant. I typically book several flights every month with other agents and direct with airlines. They all normally confirm bookings immediately and the tickets usually arrive in minutes. But that was not the case here. Money paid. No tickets. Flight departing soon.
So I chased them for the ticket. I tried calling them again and again and couldn't get an answer. They promote WhatsApp as a way to get quick answers. 8 days later they haven't even looked at their WhatsApp messages. So much for a quick response.
Eventually they send me an email demanding to see a photo of my girlfriends debit card held in her hands with the number clearly visible and they also wanted a photo of her passport, again held in her hands before they would issue the ticket. Nobody has EVER required that information before.
She took the necessary photos and I immediately sent them across to DWT. Still no response. I chased and chased and finally spoke to someone who claimed the email hadn't arrived. I sent it again. They still claimed they hadn't received it. Finally they said they'd received it, but it was too late to issue the ticket. They said they'd make a full refund.
Guess what? They took the money off me in an instant. They delivered nothing at all. 8 days later there is no sign of a refund.
I have called them and emailed them numerous times. Most times it's impossible to get through. Occasionally I get through and there is always some lame excuse, or they cut off the call in mid sentence.
THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY.
Meantime my girlfriend is now Stranded in Malaysia for who knows how long and with who knows what consequences and expense.
Avoid this company like the plague.
