Really easy to navigate website and the cheapest prices. Booking was simple and confirmation was immediate, followed next day by e-ticket. I managed to lose my email, but Jim from Customer Services was really quick at having it reissued for me. All round excellent experience.

Why I should choose one star from them, they do not deserve. Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal! Stay safe, don't try this 'Company'.

I cancelled my flight and informed Dream World one week before as they requested. Was given a refund ref number. Was promised to receive refund in 2 weeks. I gave it 3 weeks, opened the screen, entered my ref number-NO RECORD EXISTS. Tried to phone refund team-no success. Tried to call Sales-got through immediately. They said yes-there is my reference-wait. I waited another 2 weeks. Then I emailed them-was asked to wait another 8 weeks. Today Iphoned Belavia airlines myself-they told me cancellation has never been requested. All I can do is to write bad revues. I am afraid these thieves will go bust and reopen using a new name and will continue to steal from people

This company is a scam, they cancelled my flights less than 24h after my booking, told me that i would need to pay an extra £300 because flights rate increased meanwhile, the price told was even higher than what the flight company offered on their website. I am fighting now to get refunded but it has been weeks now and still nothing. They stopped to answer to my e-mails and never phoned back. I wish I would have seen the reviews first before spending thousands pounds with them. As from what I can see it is clear they are paying for fake feedbacks in trustpilot.

They will not issue e -ticket (purposely)even after payment been made and when airline cancelled flight dint offer assistance and neither refund. Did not even communicate about cancellation. Has to be named and shamed as it seems they have been operating like this for a long time without any challenge. They are frauding people by not issuing e-tickets so they dont have to comply with cancellation rule of the airlines..

Tip for consumers:
these company should be banned and stopped from frauding people like this

bought tickets in august and was not issued with an e-ticket ..when i enquired . i was told they will issue my tickets nearer to my flight departure dates . when i dint receive the ticket four weeks before my travel, i rang and was told my tickets are not available and no reason was given . they dint offer any assistance or a refund . i was told i can apply fort refund through a form and they cant give me any timeline for refund. they had my money for four months and now they are not offering refund straightaway even though they cancelled the booking from their end . When i contacted the Airline they dint buy the ticket for me in the first place so Airline would not be able to help . Their phone lines are dodgy and do not operate as it says on their website . i have gone to trading standard and they are looking into their case .

Refund money requested for cancelled flight on July and not received refund so far 7 months.

One of my friend Same flight booked through other agency received 4 months back

Very disappointed and avoid booking through this agency. If any issue in travel you get hard time with this agency

After 6 months they came now saying have to charge £60 admin fee which charged by third party. Plus £35 admin fee of dwt ltd. Total £95 per ticket for cancelled flight without your fault. I have no idea how this third party came in middle suddenly so far I never heard of them and whom they.

It is total white collar rip-off to take your money. £95 per passenger

I booked flights through this company in October 2020. They missold me tickets from London to Australia via America. Due to Covid restrictions, that had been in place for over 6 months at the time of booking, we were unable to board the flight as not American citizens so not able to even transit. 9 months later we had to take them to court to get a refund. Now they have only refunded us partially. We are awaiting their response as to when the rest of our money will be paid. Small Claims judgement will have to be requested if they continue to mess us about. Shameful that they continue to be allowed to trade. So many people have been affected by their unethical practices.

Dishonest and disreputable, suggest you avoid. In these uncertain times for travel, I would now only book with the airline. At least you then have a direct transactional relationship with the service provider. Just seems too easy for the agent to say that they cannot refund until they receive money from the airline, and you have no visibility on whether they have or have not received the money from the airline. After months of withheld refund, I now have to suspect that this mob are shady and not acting in good faith. I don't know who to raise the matter with. Do they have a regulator or a guarantor I can reach out to?

AVOID this company. Once you buy a ticket with them you are in big trouble! I purchased my business flight ticket from them, over 2 years ago. Due to Covid my flights were cancelled by the airline. I ask for a date change so Dream World travel told me to pay more £500 on top of my business ticket price, for normal economy ticket! I did not want to do it, so I asked for a refund! Very rude customer service clerk, Hassan told me that I have to wait 6 months or longer for my money and pay £350 for their admin charge?
I warn you, never buy anything from them!

Tip for consumers:
Once you pay for your flights to them , you will never get the money back, even due to Covid, and will be impossible to contact them at all. On top of your flight ticket price is their Admin Charge, avoid this company.

Like others if I could give a score of 0 I would. No flights booked with airline and no refund. I hope anyone who has has had a similar experience to mine will do as I have done and start reporting this company for fraud. You can report to Ealing trading standards, Action Fraud and ATOL enforcement.Its clear that a lot of the reviews are fake as there is no way these cowboys would get 5 stars!

Hi guys,
Do not waste your time to run behind them, or waiting over the phone for hours and then listen to new lie. Long story short, they drag me 7 months with the same excuse, voucher or 14 days wait etc. then I Called my bank and claim the dispute transection as i paid for the service, but then ask for refund and never got this service, Bank took over from me and I have all the 100% amount in my account within 10 days, i didnt even call these s*** ppl. So please go to your bank and claim there before this company go bankrupt.

TURKISH AIRLINE has indeed confirmed to us that no ticket, at least the ticket whose references I have been given, has not been sold at any time to dream world travel. All deduction made, dream world travel in addition to having sold us a fake ticket on June 05,2021 lied that the flight was canceled because the itinerary had changed. And since then, they have not even thought of reimbursing us after more than 6 months of waiting. And by what alchemy these people still continue to operate on the different platforms. Who benefits from the crime? Are the British authorities going to tell us that they are not informed of the shenanigans of this company?
It's amazing what happens in the nose and beard of everyone without these idiots not being challenged and brought to order. Dream world travel, I demand without delay the full refund of the amount that was debited from my credit card. No cancellation fees can be applied as it stands. Since the ticket was never paid with Turkish Airlines.

They refuse to refund my cancelled ticket, 3 months I've waited for my refund and nothing. And they just tell you lies by email if you can get a reply. Calls are never answered. Absolute scumbags, please avoid this company. How on earth this lot are allowed to operate in the UK is behond me.

I booked a flight and I haven't added my passport information or anything apart from pay for it and handed this "agency" money. By contacting the airline they say that I actually DO NOT have a flight. They took my money and they won't even asnwer their e-mails, whatsapp or calls. I need my flight now and I need the reservation number. I will be looking further into this and making sure no one and other flight services know not to let anyone buy a flight through DreamWorld Travel. Liars and scammers. The airline says, I still need to make my purchase even though I paid this "agency" in full.

Requested a refund since July 2020of my flight costing £2600. Phoned today to follow up but the man who answered me put me on hold twice and them hang up. These staff doesn't care at all. They say they are going to complete the p[process in January 2020. 6 months after I requested a claim. I know that airlines have given them the money but they wont pay up at all until 6 months. They are are keeping our money when we needed it the most at this time. Their staff makes your blood boils.

They do not actually book or pay your flights. I was supposed to fly to Florida and started wondering why the eTickets did not arrive. Luckily I have a friend in airline. Dream World Travel never booked the flight with the airline. So they took the money and I would have been at the airport with no tickets.

Fortunately I paid with credit card. They looked the evidence and I got my money back in 48 hours.

All this for what? Potentially saving app 70 pounds and losing all advantages when booking with airline: delayed flights? No problem, you get compensation and new flights ASAP. With Dream World Travel you get nothing.

They even had the nerve to send me IATA Certificate - which turned out to be a fake!

Please don't use dream world travel unless you want to lose you money.
I've been waiting 12 months for a refund tried phoning DWT just get cut off send email and they don't reply
I contacted the airline they didn't have a record of my booking.
DWT take your money and don't book flights

My flight to Los Angeles was cancelled due to Covid 19. Refund claim sent to Dream World on 17 March. Their only response to chasing emails is 'we're busy'. Still no refund although I know that the airline, Air New Zealand, has already refunded them. Credit card charge-back instigated, also very slow, complaint made to the Competition and Markets Authority but still nothing. What is the point of having a law that cancelled flights should be refunded within 7 days, if that law is ignored with impunity?

We are still waiting for our refund since February. Our trip was cancelled due to covid 19. Everytime we call the company, they keep saying someone will get back to us but nobody does. They are a complete con, including the managers. Worst travel agent ever!

As a another customer who still has not received their refund from Dream World Travel, I have setup a facebook group Dream World Travel Action Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/**************). Please request invitation and I will add you. This company is not operating legally. Still no refund since April, and continuing to provide false information and cheating.

I have been chasing my refund for almost 1 year. They have received the refund from the airlines last July 2021, but until now my money hasn't refunded yet. I have been promised 4 times. I spoke with Lubna, Zahir, and manager name Ahmed but it was all useless. Everyone this has been a lesson for us, don't follow our experiences. This travel agency is a nightmare.

Awful Customer Service. After credit card was charged no confirmation was received. After two month we called airline and found out there is reservation was made, neither credit card charge was refunded. We never been notified. It took hours to reach a human over the phone and then they were sooo RUDE saying we never confirmed. What? How to confirm if charge was processed and now they want 200 more! Never use this TA NEVER!

One of the worst firm to deal with, more than 6 months and they are keep lying, I contacted the airline and the confirmed no request for refund been received, but the DWT said the airline approved the refund but waiting for the fund! My cancellation from March! Stay away from this, ot was my first and last deal with them! If there is option for zero star I will chose it.
Update for the phone calls when I start asking for a manger to talk to, just hang up the phone!

I have booked both way tickets online with Dream World Travel. I went to India. I found out in the Airport that my return ticket was suspended, I spoke to airline, they said it was suspended by Dream Worl Travel. Then I had to purchased new ticket, one way, it cost me £2014. 20, it is much higher than my return ticket.

Since I came back to UK, I am trying to speak to Dream World Travel, Phones going on answering
Machine, I left few message no reply yet, I have emailed no reply yet. Its over a week now.

So please be careful with these people, u can book the ticket online, but any issues u cant speak to them at all. They will not respond to ur email either..

I booked through them in April and they issued ticket after charging £35 additional admin fee. Then ticket got cancelled by airline and I changed for another day, again they charged £47.
Ticket got cancelled by airline again due to CoVid. Then I contacted them for refund and they are asking again for £35 charge. Waiting for refund for last 6 weeks but no luck, every time there is someone new and a new story. I have attached pictures of email and the charges as well. I have all other proofs of their communication with me.
Terrible experience of my life...

I have been waiting for my refund since I had to cancel my flight in August to Australia, which was due to take off Nov 2020 and have been given excuse after excuse ever since, then lies. On the latest email I was told the money would be transferred to my account 30th July, but yet again it was a lie and another stalling tactic whilst they continually blame it on airline... a year... seriously?!
