Really easy to navigate website and the cheapest prices. Booking was simple and confirmation was immediate, followed next day by e-ticket. I managed to lose my email, but Jim from Customer Services was really quick at having it reissued for me. All round excellent experience.

Why I should choose one star from them, they do not deserve. Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal! Stay safe, don't try this 'Company'.

Total scam artists! DO NOT USE!

I've been waiting 9 months for a refund for my cancelled flights, I've emailed multiple times with no response. I contacted the airline directly who confirmed they had refunded dream world travel months ago. They now won't give me a full refund and claim that their supplier has taken a cut of my refund. Of £100! They are the worst of the worst! AVOID!

Same issue as most other genuine customers: No e-tickets issued for our flights, which were booked over 8 months ago... We fly in 2 months and still haven't received anything from Dream World Travel. I have phoned them on numerous occasions and emailed them too, including raising a formal complaint, and still nothing. Their customer service is the worst I have ever come across, including foreign companies from across the world!
If you have been unlucky enough to get involved with these scam artists, my advice to you would be for you to contact Ealing Trading Standards, Watchdog / Rogue Traders on the BBC and your credit card company for a Section 75 claim, and then post your honest review (unlike all the fake ones out there) on as many review sites and as much social media as possible...

Dream World Travel is one of the best Ive used. There is only one thing I love Travelling, and Dream world is making it very easy and possible for me to tour around the places I love at very cheap prices. Their service is brilliant, special holiday offers are magnificent. I will use it again without any doubt and will recommend it to anyone.

They did not send me any proof of purchase, no ticket, nothing so I was suspicious and came to see the comments, at the same time I demanded the cancellation, they want to charge 70 pounds of fee even without having seen the ticket or confirmation of the purchase. They are not really a reliable company. Stay well away from them, they just want your money, when it comes to selling they call you all the time and when it comes to returning the money they disappear.

Booked flight in July they cancelled it didn't tell me got to departures ready to fly and no ticket ended up having to pay 1468 pound for a ticket because i needed to fly... how can these fraudsters be on skyskanner and get away with it!

I booked flights for travel in February of this year. I have been waiting for a refund since as these were cancelled due to covid.
I am emailing back and to with no refund in sight. They told me they have received the funds from the 3rd party and are processing this back to me - they told me this in August and I am still waiting on my money back.
Absolutely useless company with poor communication who keep promising "by the end of november" "in the next 10 days" followed by "the next 28 days"

They keep telling me about how heavy their workload is, and quite frankly, I don't care. I just want my hard earned money back!

Absolutely useless and completely unacceptable. Laughable that if I EVER get my money back they will take an admin fee from it.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid them unless you know 100% your flight is going ahead.

Products used:
Didn't use any, booked flights but they were cancelled. Still had no refund almost 11 months later.

Awful company, mine is similar to lots of other reviews. They will not refund cancelled flight due to covid. I have now started section 75 and have reported them to relevant enforcement bodies. Please please do not use this company!
Please report dream world travel to action fraud. I now have a crime reference number. It is a simple online process and if enough people report, it will prevent dream world travel continuing with their dishonest and criminal activities.

I booked a flight in march 2020 I was charged for the service but no E ticket was issued I have waited and waited then finally contacted with dreamworld travel asking for Electronic tickets but they never reply to my emails. It was also impossible to contact with them on the phone as they never picked up which then led me to request a charge back from my bank luckily I was refunded by the bank within 3 days
In conclusion avoid this company at all cost they are absolutely scam

I broke my ankle and had to request a flight change or refund. After reading the company policy it came clear that there was no guarantee of getting either. Which makes me uncertain why there is even a request system in place to begin with. What made me angry was the fact that after waiting on the phone more than one occasion, sometimes up to an hour. I was continually lied to by customer support. I was promised more than once that my case was being dealt with and a member of there staff and they would be in touch that day! I found myself in position where I wasn't able to re arrange my travel. Waiting for dream world travel to get in touch. Costing even more money and resulting in STRESS!. Overall it wasn't a dream world holiday I was expecting. It was a misinformed dishonest nightmare! Good riddance.

We had booked our tickets of Turkish Airlines from them. Flight was been cancelled and we have not get our refund back. They are totally scam and I have reported. Please please safe yourself from these people.

On 28/4 I booked and paid for my one way Turkish Airlines business class ticket from Edinburgh to Kuala Lumpur on 27 June, using my Visa credit card. I was informed by DreamWorldTravel that my ticket was 'in issuance queue' and it would be sent to me in 'couple of weeks'. As with other complaints, the company was uncontactable after that. I complained to my Visa card issuer and asked for my money back, as it is normal procedure that air tickets are issued immediately on confirmation and payment. I proceeded to buy a replacement ticket. Soon after 27 June, my credit card issuer refunded me my money in full.

After reading reviews, I got scared and called + emailed them several times also because ticket was not for me.

Finally I got in touch with famous Ms. Lubna who said that a ticket will be issued before reservation expires (midnight) exactly 13,5 hours after payment I found etkt at airline's official www.

Can't choose zero star! Avoid at all cost!

Booked to travel Oct 2020, flight cancelled due to covid but still NO sign of refund!

They put you on hold for forever and then disconnect your calls.

Their 5 stars are fake, probably family members boosting the reviews average.

Avoid avoid avoid... i repeat, AVOIDDDD

Cancelled my flights and said it was the airline who did. They did not. I called the airline and they confirmed the flights are still on.

They know want me to pay a 15% admin fee to issue me a refund. Or pay double what I originally paid for alternative date.

You can't make this stuff up.

Do not give your money to these people.

I do not believe any of these good reviews. They are the most incompetent dishonest bunch of people I have ever had to deal with. With a bit of luck they will go out of business and allow decent firms a better chance to prosper. In these uncertain times it doesn't make sense to book with an OTA who will only rip you off with additional charges if anything changes with the flights.
So my flight, London to Tokyo, was cancelled by Aeroflot back in March. We are now in August with no sign of a refund and zero response from DWT despite it now being 150 days since cancellation.

I booked a holiday for march 2020 but it got cancelled by the airline and it's been over 4 months I have not yet received my refund. This company has to be the most unprofessional and rude company ever. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I called the airline and they confirmed that the refund has been issued to dream world travel but they keep denying it. They always say 6-12 weeks! Horrible company i will now take legal action towards it

Fraud, looters with pathetic shameful tactics to eat away your hard earned money.
Wont reply to your calls or emails and simply keep on ignoring you wiahing you to finally give up.
Please avoid this company.
Small claims court serms my next plan of action m not gonna leave it like that.
And will keep on exposing them on every forum.

What can i add to the plethora of disgusted, conned, lied to etc reviews that are listed here. Just how does a company like this survive, with so much open media available nowadays. Yes, i too have been robbed of a lot of money from this set up. How can this practice exist in such a 'PC' world. I can only echo every other reveiwer here and say, for your own well being and bank balance, stay completely away from Dream World Travel. Not too many dreams being fullfilled here!

One of the worst service by a travel agent I have experienced. I was looked after by guy call Moiz, a biggest liar in London I would say. I was forced to pay the money about 6 weeks before they were gonna issue tickets, than the six weeks became 10 than 14, still waiting and the funny thing is our hot shot salesperson Moiz think he is still doing me a massive flavour by telling me lies upon lies for the delay in issueing the tickets. I will definitely not be coming back to this people again. All of them are liars up there and they think you are stupid and believe their lies. Shocking service.

Flight was £669, but after deducting airport taxes Dreamworld offered just £209 refund. That was back in February 2022. Since then they have ignored my emails and voice messages.
Today i spent almost 2 hours on the phone to them. I was 27th in the que initially but when I was 9th they disconnected the call. I'm so disgusted this company can operate in this manner and get away with it.
How are they still trading?

Anybody else suffered immense stress and not got the service or your money back and willing to join a class action lawsuit, please contact me. I was charged £1514 for 3 tickets on December 9th 2018, tickets never received and Dream World Travel tried to charge me £250 extra for the exact same itinerary that I booked in the first place. It has cost me £424.16 more to book the tickets directly with the airline and no sign of resolution from Dream World Travel. They are well known to ignore all the calls or emails and I have suffered monetarily and mentally. They have to held accountable for this and the stress this is causing 100s of travellers.

Don't buy the ticket from this agency they will scam you, i had the same problem, i asked for refund, they said we no giving any refund, i didn't received the ticket and even my money, and they force you to write an email that yo give up asking for your money and wil give you only the half

Dream World Travel are just a big scam, do not use. All the positive reviews on this site and many others are all fake. Jim is awful to deal with, they are also not PATA certified despite claiming they are on their website. I would urge anyone who has had a bad experience to submit a FRAUD report against them and show the evidence you have, please do not give them any of your hard earned money. Action Fraud police is where I submitted my report.

After waiting 6 months for a refund, you have retained £95 for an admin fee.
According to Trading Standards London, this admin fee is illegal.
£60 of this fee is for your 3rd party supplier the Holiday Team UK. Even you Dream World Travel, know that this is not right otherwise you wouldn't be pursuing it with your legal department would you?
I have evidence that some people have had a full refund with no admin fees deducted.
I am an old age pensioner and cannot afford to lose this money.
Please give me the rest of my refund.

I have been very disappointed with this company and their poor service. My husband started corresponding with Dream World Travel on the 2nd of September in need of a date change for our December flights and after many emails there has been no resolution and little assistance. All email responses have come 7 days later with useless replies that show little effort and respect. It is clear that the customer service operators are there simply for show as they haven't been able to assist us in any way. My husband has requested phone calls to no avail and the last straw was when one of your operators put the phone down on him today. This is unacceptable and I am shocked that in the current climate your company is not able to handle the needs of your customers. We require assistance with our flights and the reality is we wish we hadn't booked through you as it has caused massive inconvenience for us.

Do not use this company!
