Really easy to navigate website and the cheapest prices. Booking was simple and confirmation was immediate, followed next day by e-ticket. I managed to lose my email, but Jim from Customer Services was really quick at having it reissued for me. All round excellent experience.

Why I should choose one star from them, they do not deserve. Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal! Stay safe, don't try this 'Company'.

Do not book any ticket from them, there's no way of contacting them, all the ways to contact them are not work (Website chat, whatsapp. Etc.)

And their pretty scammy.
Just do not ever use this company

Dreadful company. Took my money 4 months ago for flights to Brisbane. No confirmation, no record of booking with Singapore Airlines, no interest in trying to sort my queries. Also, I presume... no refund coming my way.
Hopefully my Bank will be more helpful to deal with? Goodluck everyone!

I have booked the tickets from this worst company. They have taken £1070 from me, didn't book any tickets with the airline. Contacted the airline and they confirmed no bookings. Now the flight is not available to book. I am lost and the VISA is expiring. Some one advise on what to do please..

Dream World Travel is pretty good with prices, but the pandemic in reality changed the way every business deal with situations and customers. The agents that dealt with me were pretty good from responding to e-mails or dealing with my requests, in particular Mr Zeechan. Hopefully in the future, I will be in touch.

They advertise cheap tickets on line and once got your money they do not want to know. They sold us non existent flights and then when we chased up for electronic tickets they told us flight had been cancelled by the airline! Apparently this happened over six weeks ago but they failed to tell us until WE rang up for electronic tickets
So in short they sell non existent flights, take your money and they mess you about trying to sell you alternative flights at exorbitant prices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Spent over two hours on phone each time when it's our turn to speak to someone they cut you off

Do not trust dream world travel, they are scam

Extremely overwhelmed to receive my refund. It's a difficult time for the travel industry and we thought our money is gone but thanks to Dream World travel to get our money back from the airline which is a difficult task. It's worth waiting 14 weeks as we have received our refund and we completely trust this company and will always purchase tickets from them. Trust worthy company.

They cancelled my trip and don't respond to calls. They either don't pick up the phone or hang up when you get connected. Neither do they reply to emails. I don't expect to get a refund or even a re-booking. Avoid at all cost!

Well, I did get a ticket but there was an ATOL charge on it. The Terms came through by email and it said that this flight would not be covered by ATOL as it originates outside of the UK/Ireland. Contacted on several occasions to get my money back, no luck. They now won't reply to emails. I've referred them to Trading standards.

Dream World Travel.
Got money back in full from my bank using charge back. Contacted bank and filled in form for disputed transaction. Needed to send copy of my email asking for refund and email from DWT cancelling the flight. Bank already had info from my account who I had paid and when etc. DWT knew they had to refund me as they never even questioned the banks claw back of my money.

Tip for consumers:
Go direct to the flight company don't touch Dream World Travel.

Using Covid 19 to rip the public off

Had my flight today cancelled due to Corona Virus (booked back in September 2019 before the recent lock down)
Got an email from them today stating they will give me a credit note less £70 (£35 per person) fee for the Corona Virus. Talk about ripping consumers off with a stupid excuse to deduct money.
However, I have contacted my bank who will do a charge back for the full amount (taking nothing off for the Covid 19 fee)as the European Law states that if the flights are cancelled by the airline you are entitled to a full cash refund ir a useless credit note.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company who try to rip you off and use silly excuses to keep your money when you are legally entitled to a refund in cash.

Bought a £400 flight with them in Jan 2020 to fly in March 2020. Cancelled it die to COVID. They got the money back from the airline over 18 months ago. They keep promising to pay back but they have no intention of doing so. They are crooks.

Took the money from you. Jus made a reservation at the airline and never purchased the ticket. When the airline cancel the booking as they don't purchase the ticket, they make it seem like that the flight is cancelled. Never buy tickets from this company.

I bought my tickets on February for July- but never received my e-tickets and when I called the airlines I booked they said they don't have any tickets on my name! Their phone, whatsapp number and emails are not working either!
They are SCAM! I called my bank for reporting fraud...

I am so annoyed that I am going to express how I am feeling with no apologies. What a disaster and an absolute mess of an organisation. A simple e ticket in order to book in advance additional luggage turned in a pack of headless pack of incompetent hyenas in the customer service department scrabbling back and forth to manage my expectations. I will DEFINITELY not be using this company or its attempt to be a company. I have been ordered rudely to wait one week for a ticket' thats been stuck in IT. It seems your company is more interested in taking customer's money with no gurantees in getting your ticket. I will be further posting an appalling review on trust pilot and other reputable review companies to expose the $#*!s that work Dream world travel.

Booked a flight for £283 on the 17th November 2021 for January. I was advised that the ticked would be emailed with in 24 hours. On the 29th November after chasing I was advised that the price had been quoted wrong and I needed to pay another £50 or I could get a refund. I requested a refund. To date 17th Jan 2022 after emails and phone calls no refund has been received no refund. I have submitted a claim through Mastercard chargeback. This company is dishonest at best please avoid and use responsible provider. I noticed that DWT flagged my post before.

Avoid, very dishonest company from the reviews I have read this is not an uncommon experience

They don't contact back don't give any answer nothing at all they just vanish from the map

I have been waiting for my refund for 4 months. And when i ever call them i am waiting for 45 minutes and when I reach to person they are saying "oh i will check the full details" which is bull$#*!! And they are making me wait another ******* minutes... Just pay my refund

I made a booking online and made a mistake, my flight was in two days. I contacted them and was worried that the process might take time and i might miss the flight due to a mistake i made. However, after i contacted them my problem got solved without any hassle and i was quite relieved after that. I was glad i booked with dream world travel and hopefully they will continue to provide good and prompt services.

I booked a trip to France and it was cancelled as Flybe ceased operating and Covid would also have stopped travel. I have chased and chased a refund. Have been assured it is being dealt with but nothing has been forthcoming. I am told Covid has had an impact. But surely any legitimate and professional company would not take two years! Extremely unprofessional and I wonder how legitimate this company is. They should have been reimbursed and as such should be passing money onto their customers. It seems unlikely that is the case….

Could get my money back.

For those of you who haven't bought, don't do it. They are scam.

For those of you who have, I could get my refund back by requesting the refund through my bank. It was the only way!. They claimed they didn't had the money but when I sued them it turned out they had it!

Still NO refund, instead, they said that they will give me travel voucher instead of refund (which I don't believe anyway) I am laughing! Phew, I don't want to deal with these thieves, I don't want to have travel voucher from them. Look at what they are doing. One more booking with them, I will shorten my life with stress. I want my money back! Please people, please don't use this company.

I bought 3 return tickets for 3 people on 21 Oct 2019 and paid £2243 in full on the same day. The tickets were for 23rd Jul 20. I contacted DreamWorldTravel in May and no one answered my phones. I checked with the airline and learned that DreamWorldTravel booked my tickets on 21st Oct 19 and canceled all of my tickets on 4th Nov 19. The cancellation I never knew of. They just booked my tickets with the airline and in less than 2 weeks, canceled my tickets behind my back. I've never wanted to cancel my tickets. I finally got contacted by them on 22 May and after a few emails, they said that they would refund but will charge admin fee of £35 per person and I could check the refund process after 6 weeks. They said that this admin charge is for dealing with the airline. It is an absolute non-sense as they are the one dealt with the airline behind my back. And 6 weeks to refund? How long are they going to keep my money for? I am preparing for a legal action against this dodge company.

It's more a year now since my husband's flight was cancelled. And they already got the refund since November 2020 but until now they still not giving back my money. It's almost 8 months since they got the money from the airlines.

I booked my flights on momondo that took me to dream world travel to book my flights. The transaction wasn't going through and I received an email with them asking me to take a picture of the front and back of my card and send it to them. I of course didn't do this and they said they would cancel my reservation which i agreed to, to later find out that they took the money from my account anyway. They agreed to refund me but no refund yet! Awful customer service online and via the phone and they are all liars too!
Unless you want to loose your money do not book with Dream world travel!

I booked a flight with dream holiday. Customer service was a nightmare. I had to wait from 8:30am upto 4pm day before travel date. I made several calls. Staff were very stubborn and rude. In particular, I spoke to Ziab and other staff name, I did not ask. When I asked if I could speak to his manager, he told me "I am not going to transfer you to anyone or talk, you can hang up and ring someone else". This is appalling. Then calls would not be answered on his extension. In order to talk to someone else I had to wait ages so I had to contact my airline directly and they helped me when I explained the situation. I would not recommend anyone to use dream holiday and will never use them in my future bookings.

My flight was cancelled because of war in Ukraine. I had to leave country and now I extremely need refund for the flight. But nothing except auto reply mails. I can't contact them any way they offer. They just ignore all my requests.

DO NOT RECOMMEND DWT

Hi folks,
I'm getting encouraged to write this negative remark about Dream World Travel after reading customers who have had to wait for 6 months and are still chasing their money. I have been assured by Sumera that I will be refunded up to 12 weeks back in July. When I tried to approach Sumera again for comment on why I have not yet received my refund after the elapse of the 12 weeks, she said the supplier extended the period. I pressed for the evidence of the supplier's e-mail stating this was the case, but after five e-mails she got a copy of lines- not convincing. She wouldn't disclose the supplier who she confirmed is not Kenya Airways although the airline I booked with them is Kenya Airways. I'm currently exploring all avenues to get my refund and should be able to update here. I'm not going to wait for another 12 weeks as evidence in here shows this is not going to guarantee my refund.
