Really easy to navigate website and the cheapest prices. Booking was simple and confirmation was immediate, followed next day by e-ticket. I managed to lose my email, but Jim from Customer Services was really quick at having it reissued for me. All round excellent experience.
Why I should choose one star from them, they do not deserve. Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal! Stay safe, don't try this 'Company'.
One of my flights booked through DreamWorldTravel did not fly in April 2020 due to COVID. This entire time they keep on asking for 4-8 weeks of time to provide a refund, which has never materialised in any form despite their ongoing please for patience. Do not book with this travel service.

Given the run around many times and I'm still waiting for a £200 refund for a £435 ticket. They then tried to say I owed for airport taxes. Next, that they couldn't refund to a bank account after I'd closed the credit card I paid with. Still waiting seven months on. When I found that Cathay Pacific had no record of my flight as booked, I sent the same day signed for recorded letter Royal Mail. Demanding an immediate refund. They had my money for 3 months without booking a ticket-then Hey Presto! Supposed e-tickets via email the same day. I later phoned Cathay Pacific Airways again and still no record of flights. Months after I have beeen sent the e-tickets direct from Cathay Pacific and I will lose £335, that is if What a Dream World ever send back my money to the bank. They charge £35 cancellation fee for not cancelling and not paying. DO NOT USE THIS? COMPANY
I booked 6 tickets in February 2020 to get home in December, but due to the global pandemic/lockdown needed to cancel the bookings. I rang DWT few times, the first time I got connected after 45 minutes waiting time. The only question I was asked was " IS IT A REFUND?", then the connection was cut off straight away. When I tried to ring again the phone connection is completely dead! My son emailed them and an automated reply received. I was advised to wait for 12 weeks for a refund but because of their lack of professionalism I am worried that I won't have my money back as their way of communication is very unreliable. Money was taken off my card straight away, and now that I need my money back all I can get is a generated email. This company is a company from hell! Please avoid dealing with them.
I bought ticket £ 474 and I tested positive for covid and inform the management Maryam about my situation and requested for the refund. I was refunded only £16. I contacted the supervisor Ahmad of Dream world and they were all extremely rude and he said the refund of the £16 will take up to 6 months.
Please never ever buy ticket from Dream world travel agent. They put on ticket on cheaper price to scam peoples. Once you have bought ticket they will change the conditions and in most cases ask for extra payment. Their call centre is based in India and absolutely no respect/professionalism for the clients after the bought the ticket.

I bought ticket and I couldn't travel cause I tested positive for PCR and I informed the travel agent 64 hours before my departure but they were rude and send me an invoice of £16 for the refund while I paid £474.00 for the ticket .
My flight was cancelled and I applied for a refund during October *******@qatarairways *******@dreamworlduk in May 2021. It's now November 2021 and I am still waiting for my refund. Countless emails promising action – nothing delivered. I'm beginning to *******@dreamworlduk are a bunch of thieves.
Booked flights with this company for trip to Cyprus, this was is November 2019, due to covid the flights were canceled in March, was told that we could have a refund but after numerous e-mails giving the same answer, waiting for the money from the airline( Emirates) which I don't believe, this is a scam company and would advise everyone to stay clear of them. I booked a flight to Bangkok with these cowboys in August of last year and cancelled Almost straight away due to the escalating covid 19 situation. After several e mails I finally response on the 29th of March this year promising me a refund within 15 days or 3 to 4 weeks at the LATEST due to a back log of refunds being processed. Today is 4 weeks since that last e mail and surprise surprise still no refund. Today a recieved a long winded e mail blaming the pandemic for the delay in processing my money that these thieves are continuing to keep hold of. Tomorrow I will seek legal advice on how I can be reimbursed. Yes everything you read is true. Total scam how are they even allowed to continue to operate is beyond me.!
After my flights to Bali were cancelled by the airline in November 2020. I applied for the refund, and while accepting difficulties due to COVID it ia now september 2021 and there has been no sign of a refund. Contacting them has seen them excuse, lie and change goalposts. I was guaranteed it in may, then june then august. This refund by law should have been given withing 14 days.
I told them if they missed the deadline that i would take them to the small claims court as others have done this and it is the only way to get your money back.
They immediately applied for an extension, and i am now waiting, if they think they are going to wear me down after all this time then they have another thing coming. There is a facebook action group dedicated to the expriences with this company.

I booked tickets on the 18th Jan for LHR - LAX on Air NZ 17 Jul - 14 Aug as suckered in by incredibly low fares. Should have known better! I received an invoice within a day, paid in full and didn't receive any more correspondence. I rang and spoke to a customer rep who said I would receive the E-tickets within a week. Called the airline and they said our names were on the system and seats had been held. All looking good so far. It's now been 7 weeks and no e-tickets. Air NZ have cancelled seats as no tickets issued. I have spoken to 3 customer reps all giving different estimates of when I will receive e-tickets. I have up until 18 May to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. How can this travel agency still be in business? Dream World came up on Kayak when I was searching my dates of travel. I shall contact them to flag up this dodgy travel agency and be sure not to promote on their website.
DO NOT BOOK with this company. They are an absolute shambles. I booked a flight through them to move back to Australia. I hoped to be able to get home to my family for Christmas but thanks to this company I will not be able to. After booking I immediately emailed them asking how I could add dietary requirements to my booking. For the next 4 weeks the company made excuses for why I was unable to edit my booking with the airline. Finally, after a ridiculous amount of pushing they told me the flight had actually been cancelled weeks ago. I'm now left in a situation where I'm waiting 8-12 WEEKS for a refund and any flights before Christmas are now too expensive for me to afford. I am exhausted and astonished that a company can do this with zero consequence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have been traveling to Argentina the last 20 years and it is the first time that I have a problem with a travel agency, DWT took my money and so far I do not have my return tickets, connection flights are missing and the do not offer alternatives or refund. They don't answer the phones and the replies from their emails are absurd or incomplete. I will have to cancel the trip but I do not trust they will return my money
In December 2019 I booked and paid in full for a return flight from Johannesburg to Manchester leaving mid July.
Due to the Covid-19 problem I decided to ask the airline to defer my flight. The reference number did not exist and was told that no ticket was issued because DWT had not paid for the ticket. DWT now want to charge me £35 for admin fees plus I must wait 6-8 weeks or more for a refund. They have had my money for 5 months and I have had nothing to show for it plus I cannot defer my flight as there is no booking. Their replies always quote their T & C's but do not accept responsibility. Hope I get a refund eventually. As the saying goes - If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
I've been waiting for my refund for over 1 years now, my flight was canceled because of the pandemic, I contacted the LATAM company who informed me that no ticket was issued in my name by the agency and since then I've been trying to get my money back. Come back and they just lie and don't give any date to return my money. It's a real gang of thieves, I don't understand how local authorities allow a company like this to still be operating with the sole purpose of defrauding people.

This company took over £5000 of our hard earned money for flights to New York for Beginning of April, which were cancelled due to travel restrictions and COVID-19. Informed refund would be 8-12 weeks. Phoned for update at end of June, was spoken to in a disgraceful and disrespectful manner, shouted at and told to stop moaning, refund would be in account by early August at latest. Now in September, been fobbed off by incompetent lying people and now found out they use a third party they buy tickets off. Airline have refunded their supplier, which we were never told about, they won't divulge this company's name for me to chase or chase them for me. We paid you DWT, give us our money back, you know who we are due to our daily email and messages that you receive from us that you choose to ignore. You are a total disgrace and our money is not yours to keep in order for you to keep trading.
Shocking business, I'm genuinely not sure how they're still getting away with it. AVOID AVOID AVOID. On top of their atrocious service and ignorance- I have been waiting over a year for a refund, I have been in contact with them hundreds if time and they keep lying and giving me a new date. They have admitted that they have had their refunds from the flight tickets they themselves had to buy.
These people will drag you until you reach your graveyard when you cancel you flight tickets and apply for your refund. VERY IMPORTANT A full means 30% is the meaning in their dictionary. The will blame the airlines for the remaining 70% that disappeared. Very funny when you call customer service your number in the queue starts increasing from 4 to 5 and from 5 to 6 and so on.

Cancelled flight and offered refund of less than 50%, due to airline charges. Contacted airline and was told this was not true.

Finally I have now lost patience. Four flights on Singapore booked in Spring 2020 for November 2020 departure. All booked by DreamWorld Travel. Cancelled by Singapore Airlines in October 2020 due to Covid. For the life of me I can not get my refund. They do not dispute that I am owed more than £2000. But continually they fail to pay me the refund. Disgusting behaviour, no conscious, or values. I have now been waiting over 14 months.

Been trying to get a refund since April 2020 from DWT!
The airline confirmed they paid DWT in May 2020 & although this wasn't confirmed until February 2021 by Qatar Airways, DWT hid behind the excuse they were waiting to be refunded from Qatar.
I have had numerous excuses & very contradictory ones too, which proves they will say anything to put you off for a few weeks. It must be very boring to work in that office. Saying that the excuses they come up with must keep there imaginative juices flowing somewhat!
I have been offered vouchers many times over this time period at which I refused every time.
Currently my refund is awaiting for the finance department to issue the refund. They have told me the correct amount I will receive too. I'm still waiting for them to action the refund!
I didn't think these type of companies in UK were allowed to operate so blatantly! Shame on you Muhammad Omer ALVI for being a Director of such dishonourable company.
I bought tickets via this site and quickly received an invoice and ATOL disclaimer thing. I did not receive any tickets. I contacted the company twice to ask for these and received no response so I lodged a chargeback. I would not recommend this company. Most of the reviews on Trust Pilot are fake.
I have foned and email your on the fone you say got to wait 30 days before flight day, I've emailed you from 18/5/2020 to to 01/06/2020 with reference getting a total refund due to world travel ban and Australia borders being closed yet I get no reply at all
When the Government suddenly changed Mexico from amber to red status, I had only 72 hours to leave the country. Despite hours of trying, BA were uncontactable. However Lubna from Dream World Travel stepped up with a much-needed ticket to help me back to the UK, thus avoiding the dreaded and expensive 10 day quarantine at Heathrow. Lubna was efficient and took action immediately.
Unless you enjoy throwing money down the drain I would avoid at all cost!
This company is a complete scan! Tickets were purchased to visit my sister in Australia and to fly out 31st March 2020 but the pandemic hit. Since then the communication from this scamming company has been awful.
My family and I have sent them repeated emails for a cash refund and they respond each time trying to offer a credit note. We completed the form they sent us for the cash refund in September 2020 AND STILL have not received a refund months later.
Their excuse is that they haven't received a refund from the airline but I've been in contact with Etihad and they deny this claim.
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

I booked ticket 5 weeks ago and they issue itinerary ticket and not issuing e-ticket. Now they office is close and their call center have only voice recording option.
Initially said, eticket will issue in mid Jun, then 28day before travel, now saying 10 days. I can't believe them.
Only email is the way of communication and they take 3 to 7 days to response on email.
