Really easy to navigate website and the cheapest prices. Booking was simple and confirmation was immediate, followed next day by e-ticket. I managed to lose my email, but Jim from Customer Services was really quick at having it reissued for me. All round excellent experience.

Why I should choose one star from them, they do not deserve. Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal! Stay safe, don't try this 'Company'.

Ok where do I start? Pretty much the same issue, as most negative reviewers have experienced. Booked 4 expensive tickets nearly 4 months before travelling and these clowns made me wait anxiously to get my tickets. I had to call them every single day, to get my tickets and every day new excuse would come up. Best one is, the agent handling your booking is on lunch, what this guy is having 4 lunches a day? Got my tickets 2 days before the travel date and they were all wrong and not suitable for me to use. Contacted my bank and applied for chargeback, which helped me at the end to get my money bank. Best advise, to keep yourself away from this scam operating company and yes they do ask for a copy of your credit card, which is a fraudulent activity as no legitimate companies would ever ask you for this. I was very close to take legal action against them, but thanks to my bank who helped to get my money back at the end. And don't fall into positive reviews here, 90% of them are repetitive and clearly fake. So stay away from them, you have been warned!

This company is just awful and unreliable very difficult to get through on the phone allways get cut off and when u do get through I think your call ends up in India cannot understand a single word they say and as for booking a simple transaction as booking a flight I'm still to receive my e ticket they gave me a code to log in with airline but airline don't have a flight for me so I don't no if this company is a con I've asked for a refund but they say my flight is booked and it's in a que which is just pathetic I will never book with this company again and I warn all u over ppl not to book with them too

My flight is due on 30th of June and today is 14th of June, i have been calling the travel world office in London since April, and i called them yesterday and i was told that they will issue my e-tickets this week so far i haven't received them, i called them again today 14th of June just to make sure that they will issue my E-ticket this week but unfortunately now they have decided to put my phone calls directly to answer machine to leave a message... they have frustrated me so much to a point where i wish that they can go to Hell and burn forever when they Die, piss of $#*! company and frauds!

I would like to thank this company for our brilliant holiday to Australia I have read some of the reviews and can honestly say that in our case they were first class regarding everything from price to their service A big thank you to Zeeshan who helped with the e tickets which I had misplaced and he took the time and a lot of patience until I found them in my email staying on the line until the problem was resolved The price was fantastic as was the flights with Emirates really first class service no delays or anything Would definitely use this company again

Hi all i have been dealing with this company from february 2018 until now (i no can you believe it) to sort out my tickets from mangers to the boss. They have promised me they would pay the difference for my tickets because they had not booked them previously after taking my money in full of £9,200 i have all emails to prove this.It has been horrendous for my self and my family.
They were fully aware of me getting married on the dates i had given them and proceeded to tell me that my family tickets were booked. Which to my horror after getting in contact with the airlines I was told there was nothing booked.
My advice to anyone using this company dreamworld travel would be wait and let see the outcome of how they treat me and if they do not stick to their promises i will be posting on hear and trust pilot on Monday all the emails correspondence. It is not fair that companies like dream world travel can take your money and not deliver on their promises! Let's see what happens on Monday.(Please look out for more postings)

Tip for consumers:
very poor they will take yore money and run and and it will take ages for you to get you're money back i am still waiting

I am agreed with others, thay are making people wait on the phone and then disconnect your phone. Its been 8 weeks I am waiting for my refund. Don't know what to do.

Been waiting since January 2021 for a refund! Emirates has refunded the Agent a few days after the flights were canceled and Dream World Travel has been holding onto it since then.
No manager to speak to, no accounts person to speak to. They must have a script that they just reading off the same vague answers every time you ring or send and email. I will NEVER EVER book through a travel agent EVER again. Rather pay more and go straight through to the Airlines. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENT!

If I could leave a -10 star I would worst so called company I've ever had to deal with tried to change our flights because of travel restrictions due to the Coronavirus they wanted to charge me £450 to change the dates or lose my £1000 Ive already paid this company is trying to make lots of money from the travel restrictions I was then told I will just have to risk my families heath if I wanted to keep my money disgusting please avoid this company at all cost they are robbing people left right and centre the bad reviews speak for themselves avoid!

My sincerest advice is that you never book with Dream World Travel (DWT). I read plenty of bad reviews prior to booking my trip, but unfortunately I did not take the advice and I strongly regret it now. Long story short, this is my experience:

My flights got cancelled by the airline. As it is a top class airline (Cathay Pacific), they refunded the passengers immediately. In my case however, I haven't received anything after 6 months of persecuting DWT to process it. Every now and then they tell me they will do it within the following weeks, but it never happens. If you request proof that they are still pending the money from the airline they won't facilitate it.

Additionally, be aware DWT charges a 35 GBP service fee for processing the refund - even if it is not you who cancelled the flights.

After half a year of waiting, they offered me a voucher instead of the refund. What they don't tell you is that you can not redeem the voucher on the website. Instead, you need to redeem it by calling but the prices they will give you are tremendously inflated (40% more in my case) compared with the ones on the web.

Contracting the Customer Service either by phone or email is a nightmare. Unfriendly Indians at the other side of the line, with bad manners and very little willingness (nor capability) to help.

I have spent so many hours fighting to get my money back and I have got nothing but disappointment and very bad manners.

They are not agents. They are con masters. I will not let this go unheard. They took money from my account on 8th of July and informed me on 29th of July at 5.27pm that sirline has cancelled my tickets. I contact the Emirates team, they told me they never purchased my tickets and took my money. I have invoce against it. I spend a lot money on shopping and booked time off my work. I am going home after 3 years.
This will be taken to court and public. That's a fraud. My shopping for my family is useless now if I don't have a ticket. I never cancelled it. Emirates confirmed dream world never purchased it. I hope court and public will give them a good lesson.

Disgusting worst custimer service.

I contacted etihad, and was advised they havent received a refund then they investigated it and asked me for refund reference as they cant see any refund request from travel agent. However travel agent keeps claiming since 22 march 2020 that refund has been requested.

They keep lying, lying lying and as shown in the picture when i asked for refuns reference, they just disregard the whole thing and repeat their bull$#*!. Been listening to the same $#*! since march 2020. Best thing is my flight isnt ATOL protdcted either as advised by them in previous email so great now these scammers can keep my money! Covid19 is not even that bad anymore but they just using it as an excuse to withhold customers money.

Stil waiting on refund but i will be taking it to consumer direct now.

I booked two tickets for my elderly parents to travel from Jamaica to UK, all laid and confirmed. 1 week before I get an email from DWT asking if I would change flights to a connecting flight to Miami. I declined as my father is wheelchair bound. I then had a gut feeling to check the tickets with the airline. The booking reference DOES NOT EXIST I called DWT direct and after a lot of stuttering and keyboard tapping, a gentleman said he will call me back in 5 and email me. He did not email, he has not called.

There are now only a few days to travel date, we do not have tickets. I have since contacted British Airways direct and they do not even fly direct that day. THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT PAY THE AIRLINE! Dont know how or if, Im going to get my money back.

I wish I could give ZERO stars, nothing!.
My partner and I paid this "company" (scam project) to get us a ticket and they did not, we had to buy another ticket directly through the airline, before buying our ticket ourselves, we contacted the airline to find out about our booking made by dreamworld they said nothing had been paid to them, the ticket was not bought, we tried to ask dreamworld to pay for the ticket and they gave excuses and talked about priority tickets being paid for first, aren't we a priority? After that they did not give any sustainable answers.
Their favourite phrase to use is "please wait 48hours" which just means eternity and they do not respond to emails.
They tell you that they use a supplier to buy their tickets to put the blame on someone else, who cares? It's a big lie obviously.
If you're a serious business, Give us our refund, tell your "refund department" to do it or we'll write an honest review everyday (no kidding).
And why aren't your departments working in unison, they put the blame on "other departments" actual established companies are able to refer clients to relevant departments and sort issues out! Don't act like the department is in another universe.

It's really not cool to take people's hard earned money. We know you have our money! You didn't buy the ticket, we were told, so you are holding on to the money.

They will take your money happily and pocket it. Paid for a flight, COVID struck and here I am over a year later still waiting for a refund. They have stalled and stalled until I threatened legal action at which point they suddenly started taking an interest.
In short - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Save your money and your sanity!

After booking my flights through this company I found out that in fact they had cancelled the reservation with the airline and have yet to supply me with the flight details. I paid £589 per person for 4 adults to fly from Heathrow to KOH SAMUI for my daughters wedding and after 24 phone calls and 5 emails I still haven't received these details. I have since lodged a report with the police, the fraud department of my bank, ATOL & ABTA as this company is clearly ripping people off. Bearing in mind the have received £2359 of my money for a service, their level of communication is ridiculous. Most of the calls I have made to this company have resulted in the agent putting the phone down on me once I have questioned their actions. Clearly they are hiding something. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They must be reported and held accountable for their actions

Let me share our recent experience with Dream World Travel. We have booked 5 tickets for the whole family to travel to Bali for Dec 2021. Few days Later after we made a payment via website we started panicking as didn't receive any e- tickets for the flight, just a confirmation with our ref number. My husband contacted Singapore Airlines directly to check if our tickets are booked with them. However, to our great shock Singapore Airlines said that our booking was cancelled and we needed to contact World Dream Travel agent. Just imagine our feelings, guys! We started contacting them, after several attempts we spoken to Sumera and she explained patiently that that's the way they work. They create one ref number with the airline and change it for another one later on closer to the date of travel and the rates are still remain the same. They have explained that there is urgent option to have e- tickets earlier that that, so we asked for them and Sumera issued e-tickets for us in a short time. So, if you have the same situation don't panic and don't think it's a fraudulent travel agent. Just try to contact them( sometimes it takes time to get through) and explain your problem. There is some to help! Thank you very much Sumera and the team.

Still fighting these for my money. 16 months and still counting. They indeed been refunded and keep our money to make money, every little help! They keep lying and lying. They are pathetic. We should start a law case against these scum. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WHO TRY TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK. AND THE WORST IS THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CANCELLATION BUT THEY TAKE FEE TO REFUND US! THEAIRLINES DID NOT TAKE ANY FEES TO REFUND DREAMWORLD! I put one star as we have no other option, of course it will be sub-zero star for me!
Last thing, they are in breach of their own policy which state that it can take up to 6 months to be refunded. So all people who are waiting for more than 6 months, let's ask compensation Nd put a formal civil complaint

PLEASE DON'T USE DREAM WORLD TRAVEL
Avoid at all costs. Flights cancelled due to Covid and Refund requested. I received and email to say that they had been in touch with the airline regarding the cancellation request but after contacting the airline they confirmed that DWT had not contacted them and that my ticket was still Open/Active.
When chasing I have had a number of Customer Care Officer's refer me to the information in the T&C's > Section 10 which says "in some extra-ordinary circumstances up to six months". It has now been over 2 years and still no refund.

Having bought our flights to Darwin three weeks ago, I've been trying to get our e-ticket numbers in order to manage our flights with Singapore Airlines. The only number I've been supplied with is a flight reference no' and told I can't arrange seats and meals until 6 wks (!) prior to departure when the tickets will be released. Singapore Airlines are saying there are no active flights' on the référence number given and we're now naturally very concerned. Our emails to Dream World Travel are being completely ignored despite passing on our concerns, which I feel is unprofessional, discourteous and downright rude. Having taken our full payment, we should now have the right to be given our tickets and choose our seat and meal requirements, without the worry for months ahead, if the flights are actually going to happen at all.

Now, having read numerous reviews, it appears an awful lot of people have unfortunately had bad experiences with this company who clearly lack any customer service whatsoever. We're now considering cancelling our booking if we have no positive response within the next two days.

I bought my ticket 13/01/2020 for 5/08/2020 to travel to turkey for 3 people when I found out they took the money from me never paid to airline companies as a result I had no flight to cancel or travel for me
