Really easy to navigate website and the cheapest prices. Booking was simple and confirmation was immediate, followed next day by e-ticket. I managed to lose my email, but Jim from Customer Services was really quick at having it reissued for me. All round excellent experience.
Why I should choose one star from them, they do not deserve. Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal! Stay safe, don't try this 'Company'.
Booked a two way flight with these scammers in 2020, when I tried to book the return flight which was cancelled due to covid they said that the airline had to cancel it and I couldn't change the date but that I would receive a refund for the half used ticket. I then had to purchase another ticket back to the UK.
When I tried to contact them about the refund they said it would take 6 months. When the 6 months were done they said that the airline refunded £20 which was less than the admin fee(£35) so I wouldn't receive anything. The airlines website clearly stated at the time that due to Covid-19 all flights could be re arranged or refunded. After reading all these reviews, how they are still allowed to operate is unbelievable.
Booked a flight from Denver to Los Angeles for this month, due to covid my flight from the UK was cancelled and with the USA still not letting in UK folks i had to cancel the flight, was told im being charged £35 admin fee on a £60 flight? For what? Its been over a month, no emails with updates or anything... AVOID will give you a BS excuse or make stuff up as they go... gonna see if i can talk to my bank and start a chargeback
Brought and paid for a ticket to NZ. With singapore Airlines with DWT. They reserved a seat, just never paid for it so SA canceled the booking. Couldn't get hold of DWT emails and phone calls. Had to do a charge back via bank. Never use them you will not get your ticket and fight to get your money back.

Stay away from Dream World Travel. I booked my tickets with DWT last Sunday, they send me the reservation code done with LATAM and everything seemed fine. 3 days later LATAM messaged me saying the payment has not been done by DWT and my tickets have been cancelled.
DWT does not answer phone calls nor WhatsApp. Agents via DWT chat says I'll get my tickets 10 days prior to the flight which is completely "BS". I've booked tickets with other agencies and tickets are issued a few minutes after your purchase.
They only respond via Chat and when I raised this issue they say customer centre will contact me and nothing happens. Now I am struggling to get a refund. My bank is trying to raise a dispute and I hope I get my money back.
To sum up, do not be stupid like me. Read the reviews first before purchasing tickets via agencies.
Takes your money but does not purchase the ticket, called the airline i was suppose to travel with next Thursday and they have NO RECORD of my booking in the system. DWT try to tell me that they need to contact the airline to process my booking and charge me £35 for admin fee, absolute disgrace as they haven't even used the money for it's intended purpose. Give you a run around with refunds also, avoid at all cost if you want to protect your money.
This company should re-brand as 'NIGHTMARE WORLD TRAVEL', as that is a much more accurate description of the way it operates. I have been trying to extract a refund from them for over a year, and although initially I was willing to be patient as I was aware that airlines were taking their time to refund both direct customers and travel agents, 14 months later my patience has ran out. Every time I contact them, the refund is 'about to be issued' but that never becomes reality. I shall now pursue the claim elsewhere as it seems obvious that if I don't want to be fobbed off with one of their 'vouchers' I'm not going to get anything back from them. Please don't buy anything from these people, and check out the other 1-star reviews on the web reflecting similar experiences to mine.

I was linked to DWT via cheapflights.co.uk. Booked and paid for my flight. Received confirmation from DWT and then NOTHING. No e-ticket, no response to emails, no answers on the telephone, in fact when I finally got through the woman hang up after I explained my call. Then I found out from the airline that I wasn´t even booked onto the flight. Shouldn´t even get 1 * but this system won´t allow it!

I booked a holiday for march 2020 but it got cancelled because of Covid, I called & emailed the Dream world travel they always said that wait 6-12 weeks! They finally said in Dec 2020 will refund your money it has been over a year now, I have not yet received my refund. This company has to be the most unprofessional and rude company ever. They need DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Horrible company i will now take legal action towards it

I would sum up Dream world Travel as a bunch of fraudsters who try and use any excuse not to refund your money, so please do not book with this company as they really are a bunch C**t's who do not respond to emails or phone calls and lie direct to you saying that they have waiting for refunds of the airline when the airline has no knowledge regarding bookings or payments, so you would think a straight forward bank transfer would be easy no, so please do not use them,
Been waiting for a refund for 4 months. Heard and recieved some many lies and conflicting emails. Adamant that i have to pay £35 admin fee when i didnt cancel the flight as it was in their T&Cs... then stated they were being charged it by Qatar, then by the 3rd party they booked the flight through.

This company needs to change its name to Nightmare travel. I had to cancel my flight in April 2020 because of COVID, they said I will get my money back but that was a lie they gave me a voucher and I kept telling them I just want my money back not a voucher. There customer service is very rude and keeps hanging up on me and when they do speak they lie to you saying it's being sorted and you will get it back very soon. It's been over one year and still no money back. I wouldn't even give them 1star and I will never use them again. I have given them until the end of the month and I will seek legal advice.
Worst travel agency ever. Have fully paid a ticket on April 27,2018 bound from Doha to Sydney on July of this year but when I have checked the PNR of my e-booking on the Qatar airways site, it was invalid. I called up the Qatar Airways office to have it checked with me only to find out that it was expired. Since April 29, ive been reaching their office in London, spoke to Sam and promised me that it will be settled. I have paid on the same day an additional because he said there has been an adjustment on the new itinerary so I made the payment on that day. I was never issued a ticket and receipt, making daily excruciating overseas calls just to follow-up. Sam didnt reply to me anymore through emails so I spoke to somebody else for the concern. They told me there was a technical problem with the ticket isssuance and promised that my ticket will be released yesterday, April 28,2018 before 9pm London time. Until now, I have nothing. Please never book on this site!
One of my flights have been cancelled. Asking for a refund based on that. Spoke to DreamWorldTravel and Qatar Airways. The flights have not been booked just reserved and not paid for by DWT or one of their other agencies. This is what Qatar is saying. DWT are saying flight booked and there is no cancellation. My friend booked direct with QA and has been informed the flight is cancelled and has also been issued refund. I had emailed DWT without success. The only option is to take it further. Trading standards will also be informed as well as all other relevant agencies. Another thing to note is they do not appear to have ATOL cover, at least the trading name is not listed on the website. False representation is illegal.

Booked online, rang airline to confirm as Dreamworld cut me off on the phone
Airline confirmed a ticket had been reserved in my name, but then they had cancelled the reservation, when I asked if this was because Dreamworld owed the airline money, they said speak to Dreamworld who are no longer answering their phones.
I asked for refund March 2020 as flights were cancelled due to covid it's now march 2021 still no refund all they all they offering is travel vouchers which are useless to me as I told them my son suffers from asthma I will not be travelling anywhere out of uk would not risk my child's health one bit no sympathy at all why can't we get refund if the company has paid you back I will be taking further action against this company as not happy at all with outcome
After purchasing flights to Japan, which have been paid for in full, I have still not been issued with the E-tickets. After several phone calls and assurances from Lubna that i would receive the E-tickets, they still have not been issued to me. This is causing me undue stress and anxiety. After reading other reviews of a similiar nature and some very vague positive reviews, I feel im being left with no option but to report this company for fraudlant activity.
This is my review after getting the refund from Draem World travel. I do understand it is very difficult to get the refunds as the travel business is badly hit. I have friends with travelling and hotel businesses which are getting closed due to vivid pandemic therefore I absolutely understand how difficult it is to manage the refunds and dealing with the COVID victims in these circumstances.
Great job done by Dream World travel as company is looking after our refunds in this struggling time. Refunfing the customers has reinforced out trust in Dream World travel to book with them again.
Dishonest fraudsters. They take your money but at the last minute do not issue tickets. Totally destroyed my holiday. Do not use. I would give zero stars but this is not an option on here.

I) Check the 1* reviews before you proceed to book. 5* reviews are questionable.
If you're pursing a refund due to covid related cancellation:
1) Check with airline that DWT actually booked the ticket - even though they took your money it might be they never booked it. The ticket confirmation may just be a ticket that is 'on hold' with the airline and subsequently is cancelled.
2) If DWT claim they have contacted the airline to pursue a refund, contact the airline to see if that is actually the case.

Due to the pandemic I had to cancel my flights for April 2021 to Maldives and the company said that's fine. I had to send a OTP Verification which I did on the 28th of Feb 2021 and they said it can take up to 3 months due to higher demands. In the verification it said the company charges 15% admin fee, which is wrong as it was the government that said no to travelling and the government has awarded grants to businesses like this to help. It is 9th of August today and I am still waiting for a refund. This pandemic has really shown us the true colours of the companies that are out there just to make a quick pound and don't give a $#*! about it's customers.
Vertification didn't go through and DWT asked to send pictures of the credit card. Of course I didn't but DWT took it somehow anyway. Then I asked to keep the ticket that I tried to cancel because I didn't want to send pic of my card. It was not possible any more. Now I see why because it took 11 days to refund and the whole amount is not there. 28e missing.
I booked a ticket to Lisbon, Portugal and found comparatively low fares. I must say there support team are really cooperative they handle me quite well.
This company takes your money and then asks for odd things such as photos of your credit card etc. It is unlikely you will ever get tickets... but the worst is not knowing.
