dresslink.com is the best website online for shopping, which is an worldwide online fashion clothing seller. We can buy large variety of clothing styles including: winter jackets and coats for women, party dresses, cute T-shirts, Hot ladies tank tops, Sexy Halter, stylish outer wears, charming under covers, sporty sets, romantic Love Pearls and accessories, elegant evening gowns. Customer support was quite helpful.

WEBSITE SUCKS. Ordered a makeup brush set over a month ago & still have not received it. First time buyer and I'm so disappointed. Emailed them numerous times & they keep telling me to wait. I've done enough of that! Send my stuff! I'll be filing for a refund soon.

I love dresslink have recieved everything never had my money taken and the people are always very nice and understanding. For all of you complaining about the tax for yout countrys shipping im sorry but that is yout own fault. Dresslink expresses on every order to check these things im sorry but ive ordered from them and aliexpress for a long time and never had any problems. Highly recommended to anyone I know and almost all my friends and family are shopping here now and they love it as well.

I bought some items on the 29th of October and i went to pay for it but when i did it said email error so i tried a further 2 times and they charged me an extra two times. I then spoke to a girl called Lori who said that it was a bug in the system and that i would get a refund within 3 working days. Its now been over a week and they are now saying that i haven't paid for the 2 extra orders but have sent them to me. I went to my bank to get a bank statement to prove that they have charged me an extra two times. I have emailed them saying i want my refund back and also emailed them a picture of my bank statement showing that they have charged me an extra 2 times. But they they still won't give me my refund. They are not helpful. I have proof that they charged me an extra two times yet i still don't get a refund and haven't received any of the products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Purchased item, arrived damaged. I paid for the $1.99 shipping insurance to pay for free returns. Tried to return and they want me to pay for the shipping. Bree, just keeps giving me the run-around. Finally, had to contact bank and stop pmt on credit card as they are a fraud. Operates out of another country, and responds in broken English at 2am. No phone number to contact. Filing complaing with Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order on October 2,2017, for two dresses for my daughter's group party that is coming up on 11/11/2017. Because I'm aware that this company has great stuff but their delivery method delays a bit so I have to place my order on time. I got my order on 1 of November, 10 days before the celebration and I was very happy because I took the right decision by placing an order on time. In this case, I wasn't disappointed. I think that should be the ideal solution for any customer who wants to place an order, the earlier the better. By the way, I love the dress and will buy again and again!

I received everything I ordered and everything looked like pictures. Follow the measurments & if someone in comments says order up a size. You should. I received everything pretty quickly. I just don't like the material used on some items & shipping cost.

I have ordered 9 items and got them in 6 days i have no complains regarding the quality of products, you get what you pay but they are not bad at all, i opted to have the remaining items refunded through DL wallet which i was able to use the money in my next order. I ordered again, this time for 11 items, on my order, i made a note to the seller to notify me for any unavailable item, which they did, now my package are on their way which i can track as well, according to the schedule of my delivery package will arrive on the 29th which is less than 2 weeks from date or ordered. Excited about it. I came accrossed with this website after a disappointing experience with sammydress another china based online stored for clothes, though quality of their clothes are fine it was their customer reps that i talked to that was beyond rude and mean, but dresslink is making me happy so far, the two customer reps i chatted with were polite and addressed my concerns.

Never again.
Took FOREVER to actually get what I ordered in the mail.
When I finally got what I ordered, everything was too small, the stitching was all messed up, thread coming off, there was a hole in one of the dress seams from thread not being in it right.
I emailed them back about a refund, but they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I decided not to return them, because I would have to pay for shipping and everything, which would cost more then what I payed for the items.
I will never buy from dresslink again, and I even told them that.

Please help me, Its my birthday on 12th of Oct and I want my dress till then, today is thursday and tomorrow is the last day that the post people come and then it is closed on sat and sun... How can I get my order. Never ordering from there. Hate the delivery Service

Though I had to wait a little longer but when I received my package, everything was so perfect. I ordered 2 trousers, a sweater and some baby gear. Products I have received were really worth the money I paid. I am a great online shoper and this was a best experience. The interface of this website is very user friendly and communication of their customer service is is really good. Being a student I usually don't have so much money and the deals I found here were so perfect for me. Usually many of us face a problem in online shopping that the thing looks so good in images but in really it sucks. But here on dresslinks I received exactly what was shown on the website. They are really doing a great job. I want to give this website a 5-star rating but giving it 4-star because their shipping time is not too good. All they need to do is to work on their shipping time as it took almost a month to receive my package. Rest is all good. I recommend this website to all online shoppers.

Items received were completely damaged due to terrible packaging on their part (cheap envelope instead of a box). In addition, I was sent cheap knock offs (fraudulent Fingerlings toy). There were very few reviews here at the time I originally ordered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Customer service is absolutely useless and tracking system is a joke.

DON'T order from this website "dresslink". They never send the my stocks worth $120usd. I have emailed several times no reply. Then the sales person never rply to me on skype and even blocked me. DAMN BULL$#*!!

Do not order From "Dresslink" or Shenzhen cyber technology!!! Its a scam!!!

I am so disappointed. I ordered fingerlings for my little girls Christmas presents a month ago. They still have not arrived. I am going to have two upset little girls Christmas morning. Shocking company with no morals.

I ordered a shirt from them a while ago, and I say it's worth the risk. I live in Canada and the shipping took around 3 weeks to arrive to my door, but the shirt was worth the wait. It's relatively good quality considering the cheap price (around $4CAN) and well printed

Tip for consumers:
- Never order more than $20 dollars in one transaction (If you're ordering around $60 dollars worth of clothing, break it up into 3 transactions)

- TRY TO PAY USING PAYPAL: In the event they don't ship you the items it is easier to open a dispute via. Paypal then it is to contact the company directly.

- Try to size up when you're buying the clothing, they will run a little bit small, plus it gives shrinking room in the event it shrinks in the dryer.

- Read/ watch reviews on youtube/el

I had read some pretty bad reviews about Dresslink, so I thought: I'll only buy one thing and I'll see how that works out. If it turns out bad it's not like I lost a lot of money. So I ordered something and a week later it arrived. Seeing the fact that the clothes are quiet cheap I didn't really expect to get a Chanel or something. I was afraid it would be such a bad quality that it would be unwearable. But when I opened my order I was really releaved. I would say it's H&M-quality. And at H&M you can't buy a coat for 15 euros. So for me this is good enough, I don't keep clothes long, so it doesn't need to be everlasting. So I would say, if you are just looking for something different and not to expensive Dresslink is certainly a good site. If you're looking for clothes that looks expensive, maybe you should search somewhere else.

I ordered a dress that took forever to come in. It was too small and thats not what bothered me. I knew the size might not fit but I needed it for a wedding and just wanted to see. Trying to get in touch with someone about a return was very difficult and trying to get my money back was also difficult. They tried to bargain with me and give me $5 in a refund and keep the dress. The dress is a 1920's themed dress that I can not wear anywhere else so I politely declined and asked for my refund. Etc Etc Etc just got an email today that they have got my return but something is wrong with the dress and they are only giving me $8... I put this dress on once and didnt even zip it up then immediately put it in a box to return it so therefore if the dress is messed up then it was messed up when they sent it. At this point I dont even care. I just want others to know these people are very shady.

On November 15,2017, I ordered what I thought was an authentic fingerling (black) from Dresslink because that is what the picture showed. I didn't receive it until December 26,2017 after Christmas. Box crushed, both ends open and said "Happy Monkey", not Fingerling! Have emailed them requesting FULL REFUND and that if they want this piece of garbage back, they will have to send me a postage paid return box, as I will not pay any shipping costs for something I didn't order! Terrible company and awful customer service! Do not order from this company!

COMPLETE RIP OFF!

I figured this was one of those 'low cost / from China' websites but when I saw 'Shipping 6-8 Days' I figured I was in the clear to receive my item in time for my event. After purchase I received an e-mail stating that my package would arrive in up to 20 days. After emailing for clarification I got a vague email from "Bree from Customer Service Dept" that my parcel was at my local post office for pick-up even though the tracking in her e-mail lists it as in China. Shady. I think the positive reviews on here are from the company itself.

When receive my items I figured out that most of them don't fit me or weren't what I expected, so I decide to make a Refund. Just to make clear, I made an order of more than $100 + Shipping. FIRST of all, they don't have any customer support ( telephone, email) on their page, I had to google it (Bad Sign!)... SECOND, After a couple emails with "Shirley" from Customer Support, she decide to have me just $4 bucks to solve the problem! WHAT? My order was more than $100! THIRD, She gave me the option to send it back all items, what I did, And now I'm waiting more than two months for my refund because "they don't find the parcel".

It's TRASH!... If you want to waste your money, Send it to me instead... maybe I can recover.

I ordered a jacket from dresslink. When I went to return the jacket I was told I couldn't and instead they would pay me $3. I said no and made a fuss so then they said I had to return the jacket to China which I did. It cost me half the cost of the jacket to do so and now I'm told that the jacket never arrived. This is a rip off.

I was so happy buying from Dresslink, the dresses are awesome and has a great quality, i was so surprised about the prices, the prices were good and affordably, i and my family were so impressed about the quality of the dresses, thou the shipping was a little bit late but it deserves the best, i will recommend my friends about this wonderful experience, i will always buy here

DressLink was a savior in disguise. I was able to get a plus size dress for myself that fit my body really well and showed of my curves. All the prices are really good as well and I especially love the quality and texture of the dress

On October 18th I made a purchase and got the "expedited" 2-7 business day shipping. It is now Oct 31st and when I log into my account it says that my item is still in "Payment Review" whatever that means. Money definitely came out of my account so I don't know how it's still in review. The annoying this is this was part of a costume for an event that already passed so now even if it does ship it's of no use to me. I've messaged them on Facebook and Paypal and their phone number doesn't even work. I have had ZERO response. Companies like this need to be SHUT DOWN!
