These people live in another parallel universe where 1 day equals 1 to 2 weeks here. I paid with Paypal so I can open a dispute tomorrow when the package is not here and reverse their payment as the terms where pay after delivery. Either get it together or find some other payment sources as I'm sure chargebacks are costing you a fortune. Don't buy unless you want to deal with broken English, promises and continual lies.

The worst operation on the internet I have come across. The 20% first time customer didn't work, so I did a live chat to their customer representative. He said he would apply it when the order went therough so I placed the order. No discount was ever replied. The goods were received a month later. They were shoddy and a ridiculously small size for a 'large' - nothing like the sizing guide they promote on their website. When I told them I anted to return it, They said it would be at my cost to China which made it not worthwhile. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a few times, and they were okay. But ordered a pair of shoes like 4 months ago, but it wouldn't come in the mail. So i emailed them regarding the order a 2 months ago, and they reply 2 weeks later saying that the shoes were returned to them. They then asked if i wanted a refund or if i want it to be resent. I asked for a refund; they then said that they would give me the refund in 72 hours. It's been 4 weeks since they said the refund would be made, and i have yet to receive it. I emailed them again asking for the refund to be made within 24 hours; they are ignoring all of my messages now. They can't take responsibility for their mistakes; overall, i would recommend you to not order from them
I wanted a skater gown for a wedding and dress link had the perfect one, not thinking about looking at the reviews I went on to purchase the dress and a bow belt accessories to go with the dress my total came out to 42.50 I paid for express shipping considering I needed it by April 29, and once I paid and received the order number. Again real Fingerlings advertised. They weren't. By the sounds of it the company made a lot of money off selling fakes. If this is the type of company reputation they want then that says everything about who they are as a company. Will never buy again.
I seriously wish I could give this site ZERO STARS... I ordered in JULY and it is now OCTOBER and I still have not seen my package. I emailed them once and no reply... I then spoke to a "Live Agent" they sometimes have available and asked for a refund or at least to get my package... she/he told me to email them again. So I tried one more time. They finally replied and asked me to check my local post office so I did. They don't have my package. I replied to them saying I checked and that it wasn't there and STILL no reply back. I AM SO LIVID. I regret ever giving them a shot. I would've been happier receiving a package and not liking the product... Cause at least I would've gotten it!

Just received a response from Bree at Dresslink.com providing a tracking number and website to visit to track my parcel, this is the translation for where my parcel, if it exists, is - "British Langley, arrived at the exchange bureau". What on earth does that even mean? There is no indication of my order being delivered to any post office near me. Apart from the fact that I provided my home address for delivery, no attempt has been made to deliver this to my home. How can this company continue to exist with such shockingly bad customer care?

Dresslink advertised genuine Fingerlings. I ordered 2 on 13th November & my order confirmation shows that I ordered 'Fingerlings' & that they would be dispatched within 48hours. The money was taken immediately. I emailed to find out why my order continually showed 'Processing' & was told that my items were out of stock. I have emailed customer service regularly & was told on 24th November that my package had been shipped but, in line with everyone else, the tracking system does not work!. Dresslink no longer advertise them as 'Fingerlings' & I know that if I ever receive them they will be 'fakes,' & I am angry at being lied to & having my hard earned money stolen from me. DO NOT buy anything from this company!

It was suppose to take 15 to 25 days and it took 3 months. The leggings were see-through, the dress was too small and the costumer service was really bad. I give 2 cause the shirt I receive was ok. I shall not recommand.

Warning, DO NOT purchase anything from dresslink.com. Ordered $50 worth of clothing (small order because I was worried the clothing would be too small since it's an overseas company). Well what I wasn't expecting was for them to take my money and NOT EVEN SHIP product, then lie about it repeatedly. It's been two weeks since i first emailed them, they've told me 4 times it's been delivered to the post office, it has not. I even asked them to check around to see if maybe it was there and just misplaced, the package is NOT there. I finally emailed the company to refund my money or show PROOF OF DELIVERY and received a message back that the proof of delivery isn't available and probably just hasn't been updated in the system yet and asked me to give it a few days. Their basically just talking people's money and then going around in circles till the customer gets fed up or forgets. Don't order from them, they're thieves!
I made a big order from them 60 items all clothe the items were supposed to have tags in order for customs to accept the packege most of the items didn't have them and the packege was return to dresslink when I try to track the packege it show that dresslink abandon the packege and fedex say they refuse to accept the packege when I contact dresslink they say that they won't be able to refund my money and that their was some charges that will have to pay and they will refund the rest. Good thing I pay with PayPal

I live In England and I ordered from dress. Link about August 8th and it was dispatched on the 14th my package still hasn't arrived and it's October 13th? I got a few emails saying it would be 30 days longest untill I sent a message saying I'm sorry but if it doesn't arrive within two weeks I wanted a refund so they said they would if it didn't arrive. And it was summer clothing aswell :/

Don't be foolled... the prices are not real. I ordered 55 euros products. Plus 50 transport... they did not informed me for the value of the import taxes... and some extra money for the transport company (nobody said anything about that) another 70 euros... all together 175. Than i was in need of my acount to do the import payment. Another fee. It was not possible for me to follow the steps... They said than that I need to pay the return! For the packet. Whaaat? Anyway. I open an online case and I recovered the money. All the money.(stuff and transport) Please be inform when you buy online and we have to know our rights. I will happily buy from them again if they would tell me wich is the final value of the items... including taxes and everything. Buying is not a risk. Like. "let's see what else they will charge me" you have to know exactly
Most important: they never offered to return the money for the clothes. They only suggested to give me a 10 dollars refund.

I never buy nothing from this, I bought about $300 worth of cloths from dresslink but not even 1 is good. I wanted to return them they told me I will pay for the shipping return also they won't refund me the shipping cost I paid when I place which is a bigg loss to me. They propose to refund me $5 for my loss of $300 are you serious! The cloths are very different from the models and the drescription this is just ball$#*! Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! This company has no business integrity whatsoever. These are money hungry $#*! ppl. I ordered a package worth $100 3 months ago and guess what I still have not received yet. I emailed the company and they had the audacity to blame me- their customer! Not only did they accuse me of placing a hold of my package at the post office (I asked dresslink to send to my home address like a normal person) but they also said I gave them the wrong address. I gave them one address and it was my home address and they ship the package to another state completely. I live in CA not Missouri! Then they deflected the blame on me saying that I told the post office to ship it there. How ridiculous can they be! Now my package is lost. They did not apologize to me and cannot guarantee that it be shipped back to me free of charge. Man I deserve a full refund and a sincere $#*!ing apology.

I ordered two dresses for 18$ total and both of them was too small so I contacted the staff and they said they will refund me if I close the Paypal dispute. But I don't trust them so I think that I will update it to case that Paypal could review it.
