Customer support was quite helpful.
WEBSITE SUCKS. Ordered a makeup brush set over a month ago & still have not received it. First time buyer and I'm so disappointed. Emailed them numerous times & they keep telling me to wait. I've done enough of that! Send my stuff! I'll be filing for a refund soon.
So luckily I remembered that I paid for those dresses via PayPal so I logged into my PayPal account and submitted a claim regarding this purchase. They ask for a general description of what happened and ask for you to upload any documents you have to support your claim. I sent screenshots of all of my email convos with Dresslink, along with a pic of my tracking number showing the date and time my return was received by Dresslink, and a screenshot of their F rating with the Better Business Bureau. A couple of days later PayPal let me know that they are siding with me and promptly returned the funds to my account! They were really fast and really easy. Even though it wasn't a ton of money ($70) I am mostly relieved that Dresslink didn't get away with scamming another person this time. If this happened to you and you paid with PayPal, contact them!
I needed a 1920s dress for a party I was going to last month and I found the Dresslink website. I tend to have fit issues these days so I ordered 3 different dresses to try. Knowing that I would probably return 2 of the dresses I purchased the "return insurance" for an extra $2.99. The only good thing I can say is that the package arrived pretty quickly, especially coming from China. I was excited to open It only to be quickly disappointed when I saw that only 2 out of 3 dresses were there, jammed into the smallest package possible. I contacted the company right away to figure out why I didnt receive all 3 dresses and the response was along the lines of "oh sorry, it's out of stock" Thanks for telling me this AFTER you took my money and didn't even let me know you didn't have the item. I had to email them and find out what the deal is rather than them contacting me like most (honest) companies do. As I looked at the dresses it was pretty evident that the quality is very cheap and looks way better online. I followed the size chart but the dresses were giant in the armholes but fit everywhere else which was pretty strange. Some of the fringe on one of them pulled off as soon as I touched it pretty much. All of this wouldn't have been a huge deal to me because the prices are low and you get what you pay for BUT like everyone else that has posted here before me, the problem is trying to get a refund. It started with asking me if I wanted a partial refund and to keep them items which I said no to because why would I want to keep dresses that don't fit? I said that I wanted to return them so I waited a few days for them to email me the return label and then shipped my items back to their "warehouse" in the US. It was over a week before I checked on it and saw that it had been delievered and received by the warehouse on August 10th. No confirmation from them of course so I emailed the company again. The response was that they have still not received confirmation from the warehouse. It's literally been almost 3 weeks since it was delivered now, and over a month since I initiated the return process. After reading these reviews I realize that they really have no intention of giving a refund, even after collecting the extra money I payed to insure an easy return process. This is the most sketchy, dishonest company I've ever dealt with and I hope they go out of business. All they care about is money and they don't care who they screw over. It's a pretty pitiful existence and they can't sustain a business that way. I wanted to leave reviews on their website to discourage people from buying from them before they realized it too late like me, except it wouldn't allow me to leave a review. I tried to click on the items I purchased but it said I have to purchase the item to leave a review, even though I already did and I was logged into my account so they should know that. Pretty much every review on their site is positive and I'm suspecting that they're probably not even real at this point. I think my next step will to be to dispute the charge with my credit card company and see if they can do anything to get my money back from these terrible excuse for a company.
Overall I'd say that my experience with Dresslink has been very positive! I've ordered many, many dresses and clothing items online from various sites including Dresslink, Amazon, and Ebay. In other words, I know what I'm talking about. I've ordered several dresses from this site, so I have a broad array of experience to draw from over the course of a sizable period of time. Formerly the quality wasn't that great, but it's improved very much lately. I'm comfortable wearing these dresses in any and every kind of social or professional situation. The ordering process has always been extremely straightforward and Dresslink's website is very trustworthy. I had no trouble whatsoever in ordering the dresses online, submitting payment, or checking out. Beyond that, shipping was fast and I never had any problems in receiving the packages. Overall, the shipping time was very acceptable. One thing to keep in mind is to be very careful about the size when ordering from Dresslink. Obviously you won't have the chance to try the items on ahead of time, so you should make sure to do a lot of research into what size you are and exactly what size dress you're ordering. You just want to make sure you're getting what you pay for!

It has almost been a month that I placed an order. I have ordered from them for over a year with no problems. Recently (in october) i placed two orders. The first came on time and with the items. The second was late and the items in the package were not even mine. I have asked for a refund numerous times. I reported them to econsumer. I major in business and I know our rights as consumers and I know international business laws. Every time I ask for a refund, they do not respond back. I have asked 6 times now.
(UPDATE) 11/9/15 drawing close to a month since I placed the order, I received an email saying they would refund $10 and a 5% coupon. I find this as a kick in the face. I spent approximately $28.69, never received my items, and offered to ship the items I did receive back to China, out of pocket, so I am still in shock they said that.
(UPDATE) 11/12/15 I was finally able to resolve the issue about a refund. Spoke with Ms. Linda in customer service and she was able to come to a solution. This is the person to talk to in customer service. This is the person who helped resolve my issues and address my concerns. I decided to receive half of the amount I paid and just keep the wrong items. It works out because I don't have to come out of pocket to ship these items back. Dresslink is now regaining my trust and I am sure I will continue to do business with them once that trust is regained.
Tip for consumers:
Returns is not that great, but the value is good and so is the quality. Returns is a long drawn out process to get the issue resolved. My issue was finally resolved.

The only thing the DressLink is lacking is the adjustment of the sizes in placing the successful order placements. As in our case we were looking for the size of 18 but we actually got 16 but that was okay too.

ONLY PAY THIS COMPANY THROUGH PAYPAL! That way when they never deliver, never return e-mails, and don't seem to have a working phone number; you can open a dispute and maybe get your money back. I ordered 6 items (3 coats and 3 hats, all in different sizes). First I got an e-mail saying the order had been sent. When I clicked on the e-mail to track the package the number did not work. Then a week later I get an e-mail from them saying that they could not send 2 coats (but wait... hasn't my package already been shipped?!?!) do I want a refund or a a refund in my "wallet"... essentially credit at the dresslink website. Ok, so I want a refund because I no longer thrust this company at all and then am told it will be partial and take 45 DAYS! I paid through Paypal so I know they can process the refund almost instantly. So here I sit no money refunded, no coats, no hats. Read the reviews here closely and decide for yourself how many 5 star reviews are legit. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews: (

Use Paypal so you can open a dispute and get your money back if all else fails; even if it is after the 45 days. Paypal will automatically close your dispute but it will still keep a record that it was opened against this company.

I spend a lot of money on this site when i was ordering (a months paycheck) and the clothes are bad quality, wrong measurements all together so nothing fit in the end, wrong representation of the products (fake pictures and not how the product really looks) and worst of all the customers service is HORRIBLE! I did not ordered a jacket that they bill me for, it was simply added to my bill, i wrote an email saying that and that i do not want the jacket and don't wanna pay for it what i got back was " not worry my friend jacket great quality dear very very cheap!" And again I wrote that it was a mistake i never ordered it I don't want it - same meaningless replay back like they don't understand anything that i was saying! The shipping was insane amount of money (ordering from AliExpress for example is also from China and free shipping!) When i finally got the items i had to pay around 200 in customs fee so i spend triple the money i would buying clothes here in my country and can't wear 99% of them cuz they either don't fit or the quality is just beyond bad. Also the jacket was two sizes too small and material like plastic. Overall still angry at myself for every buying there. Like throwing your money down the drain.

A year ago i've ordered at dresslink.com. At first they were very friendly but after i paid my money they ignored me, took my money and again ignored me...
But then i wrote a message at sitejabber.com My only hope was to put something on the website and possibly still get in touch with them. And yes they were not happy with my message and asked if I wanted to remove it. But of course, I want my money back so I asked them if they would like to correct this. For an amount of +/- € 90.
First they were sweet but then they claimed that my order number did not exist, and that while she had all my information. After a while, she replied no longer on my posts just that they do not know this order and that I should send another number, and then I sent them a picture of my screen but they ignored it and they could do nothing! Sorry! ( she said)
If I may give you some good advice! DO NOT ORDER THERE!, they can take money out and help you no further, they can send as sweet emails but after a while you just let them suffocate. They were going to do anything to help me, but finally she just said I can not help you, BYE!

They somehow got hold of my email address, and sent me an email saying i had purchased from their ebay store, i hadn't, so caused me distress as I immediately thought my ebay had been compromised, first block of email:

So naturally I ran virus scan etc all clear, then logged into my ebay from secure source, and checked purchase history, naturally nothing there, so definitely scam tactics there.
I am also contacting ebay over this as its a HUGE no no to approach anyone about claims of ebay sales, especially if they haven't shopped with that store.
So they have obviously bought my information from somewhere, but at least only the email address, anyone who uses criminal methods to approach someone is up to no good.

Please do not purchase from this company. I ordered 4 items on 11/10/2107 and I received 2 of the items on 11/30/2017 (supposed to receive in 14 days max). Also when the items arrived they were in SEVERELY DAMAGED packages and the items that were sent WERE NOT ITEMS PICTURED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will only allow contact via e-mail and I have not been able to get anyone to call me or to give me a phone number to call. I have sent 9 total emails to customer service and no one is helping. They take 2+ days to respond. I have finally contacted my bank to dispute charges as well as contacting the BBB to file a complaint on the company. According to their original advertisement they were selling real fingerling monkeys. I ordered two. The price I paid was $25.00 each. I ordered them in November and just received them yesterday. They are very cheap replicas not the real fingerlings. They do not work very well and the packaging is garbage. They were squished and open. DO NOT BUY THESE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF
I've been ordering from dress link from earlier this year and never had a problem. Always got my clothes on time and good quality. They communicate rather quickly and was always satistied.
I placed an order October 24th 2013 and have yet to receive it. Every time I contact them, I am told to wait 7 more days and it's very close-this has happened at least five times. When I first contacted them I was told that shipping around the holidays can be longer, but three months, when is placed the order before Halloween? When I ask for a tracking number I was told that I had to pay an extra $1.28 when I made the purchase. If I were a business owner and had a customer wait three months to receive their order I would gladly provide them with a tracking number to help with the inconvenience. I have also asked several times for a refund and am told to just wait 5 more days and if the package doesn't arrive then we can come to a resolution together. Now, because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited longer then 45 days, paypal will not let me open up a case to get my money back. I order internationally all of the time and have never had anything take this long. In fact, one time I ordered something that I hadn't received after a month and the company (a different company), just resent it on their dime. I will NEVER be ordering from here again and I do not recommend anyone shop here as you may or may not receive your order. I am just glad I didn't spend more then thirty bucks.
