Dreslink is a great place to shop! I have ordered from dresslink a few times now, and I have been pleased. They have a great variety of stuff. Men, women, and children, as well as accessories such as purses, jewelry and watches, shoes, they even have some toys and stuff for around the house! It is really amazing how much different stuff they have! The prices are great, they do not overcharge at all, and there is always something on sell, it is all very affordable. The shipping takes time. If you ordering something you need right now, I wouldn't order here. Just be aware that it will take a couple of weeks to receive your order. I am really ok with the longer shipping time because the prices are so good. The clothing is good quality. I have not had any problems with any of it falling apart one day after you wear it, or anything like that. The customer service is pretty good, if you need to contact them you send an email, and they usually get back to you in about a day. I really enjoy shopping on this website. I can honestly say that I stumbled across a great website and am so fortunate that I found them! Dresslink provides amazing customer service that provides you the insurance and security of your order. They make sure that you are satisfied regardless of the circumstance of your order. They are always prompt when it comes to answering questions and attending to your every need. I definitely recommend this website.

I have ordered from DressLink a couple of times. The first time none of my products came and instead a whole different shipment of products were delivered and although this was inconvenient since one of the items was a gift, it seemed to be an honest mistake and everyone in the customer assistance team were helpful and got it taken care of as soon as they could. I ordered more from the site the second time knowing that I had a flexible time schedule when it came to receiving the items. This time they came quickly, but were completely poor quality. I realize this isn't the highest quality website, but I had one item come in completely lopsided (looked like one half was made in one size and the other side in another) and a dress come in completely unfinished on the top. I was very surprised at the lack of quality and emailed the customer service team right away about the items that had "gone awry". The team replied quickly, but kept telling me things like "clothing will fit everyone differently" and "the clothing won't always fit the descriptions and pictures on the website." It seemed pretty ridiculous to me, and more ridiculous when they refused to offer a refund for the items. I get that the clothing is cheap and not going to be high quality, but I expected a certain level of quality and a level of professionalism that I just did not receive. All in all, I wouldn't recommend business with the site.
Tip for consumers:
I don't recommend getting your expectations too high. The sizes NEVER match the descriptions; at least in my case, you can have your exact measurements and the clothing they send still won't match what the website says it should. Don't spend a large amount of money since it is very unlikely you will be refunded (unless I was just dealing with a particularly stubborn customer service rep, which could always be the case).

Quality is bad, if you are lucky enough to even get your order. The colors are off, materials are different than labeled.
Worst part, I ordered for nearly $100 worth and they took 2 $100 payments from my account! I have e-mailed them several times, and everytime i get back an automated reply. One time one "helen" sent me an e-mail that she would look into it, she asked for my account number. I don't keep money on this account anyway, just if i want to shop online, so this time it was empty, so I gave her the number. The same NIGHT(!) someone tried to withdraw a large amount from my account in CA (even though I am in Dubai and my account is in the UAE). Bank flagged this and fixed it, but DO NOT TRUST THEM!
They will steal your money and give you bad quality!
Go to Engtaobao.com instead, they are the main supplier for ANY clothing website!
UPDATE: Dresslink has replied to this review saying they wil "deal with it"
I will post another update once any action has or has not been taken.
UPDATE: After a few emails back an forth, I was promised a refund (again) within 3 working days. Naturally, it was not there after 3 days, however, today (one week later) I DID actually receive the refund.
I gave dresslink one more star for actually taking action on this, however, given that the whole process took nearly 6 months, it is not the best site and customer service to deal with.

So I've tried DressLink several times, I hadn't had an absolutely perfect experience before but I really wanted to have some faith and try again because they actually have some really really nice ideas! You can't really get such bargain prices for the kind of designs you're getting, so shopping with them turns out to be a really good deal. I'm kind of a pro at online shopping and trust me, I've tried all these online stores from big to small and have had everything from success stories to absolute nightmares. But DressLink (I'm super happy to say) was actually a total success story! The shipping time was ok, you know you can't really expect a super fast delivery but it is understandable, the time was nothing out of the ordinary. I can say however that the website is at least very trustworthy, like you really DO get your stuff. Like it's legit. And what I was mentioning earlier about not a perfect experience it was because of the quality in some of my orders but this past order was soooo much better! I can actually say they've really improved. That's why I wanted to write a review, because hey they actually deserve a shout out this time! Just make sure you pay attention to size, as usual when shopping online. All in all, I really do reccommend it.

I was recommended to this site by a good friend therefore during my niece's birthday the site came in handy.
I visited the site and ordered a nice package for my niece.
First when it comes to quality the site has outstanding quality products. Basically what you ask is what you get. Above that you don't have to worry about paying exorbitant prices for their goods here they have fantastic pricing for all their goods.
Genuinity is another factor that makes the site outstanding therefore no fear of scam online website. Their products also come with precise measurement and perfect customisation. When ordering for my niece's gift I was worried of getting an ill fitting package but they never dissapointed on their part.
Now why the 4 star. A bad thing which tarnishes this online site is their poor shipping and delivery. My niece's birthday was first approaching and still the product had not yet arrived. Had to contact them from time to time. If they just improve on their shipping believe it when I say that it will be the best online shopping experience ever.

I have placed several orders with Dresslink and I have been pleased with the items that I have received. This time, they accidentally sent me someone else's order. I had to go back and forth with customer service many times, but they finally agreed to send me my order without making me return the wrong order they had sent me. The postage would have cost more than what I had paid for my entire order. I am glad that they were willing to work this out with me because I like shopping at Dresslink. They have items you can't find anywhere else at amazing prices. I can't wait to get my latest items!
Update: My items all arrived finally after many many emails. It wasn't until I gave them a bad review on Site Jabber that they corrected the problem to my satisfaction where their mistake wouldn't cost me money - but first they made me change my review. It isn't how customer service is supposed to work, but it did work in the end. I have placed a few orders since then that have been fulfilled properly.
Dresslink is a freaking scam, i ordered and payed, i waited for more than 1 month and i email them, and they amazing answer was "its not in stock, will refund soon" and they didnt email back again! I HATE DRESSLINK never again buying there
I ordered online out of curiosity more than anything after seeing YouTuber hauls.
I am in the UK and found the delivery charges pretty high which was a little off putting - I only ordered £30 odd in clothes but had to pay around £17 delivery charge. It's a lot. I chose the FedEx option and my items arrived in less than a week from when I received email confirmation which is good. The items were packaged securely but one item was not included which I had previously received an email saying was out of stock and got a refund so that was fine.
The clothing is NOT as pictured. I did not expect top quality fabrics due to the price but it was a little disappointing that the colouring was different on some items. Sizes are also hit and miss. Some things fitted ok, others I couldn't even get on which was annoying. I would say 4 out of the 8 items I received I can wear, the other things were too small. Some of the clothes smelt ok, others had a strong unpleasant odour that would require washing first. Most of the clothes look shiny and almost costume-like fabric.
All of the items were called dresses but none were long enough to be worn without bottoms since I'm 5' 6 and obviously these are geared towards the Asian market.
My overall experience was ok in that my order was despatched and arrived quickly but for what it cost to get the clothes delivered to my country it isn't cost effective and the quality isn't great. I did like the items that fitted but I wouldn't bother ordering from Dresslink again to be honest.

I placed an order from this site and paid via PayPal. After 2 weeks of saying "processing" I searched reviews and did not like what I saw. Main concern was they put off answering you until you reached the 45 days dispute window through PayPal so that you had no recourse. Many complaints of not receiving items or not receiving right product/full order. I put a dispute in through PayPal and basically told the company that I did put it in and I read the reviews and they can either ship my items immediately (and that if they weren't received in the dispute window I was going to finish processing it) or refund me immediately. What do you know... the next day I had an it shipped email. The product arrived today. It is what we ordered. Quality is what I would expect (not the best... cheap price=cheap product... the one shirt in the photo shows a girl wearing it with jeans... it's beyond see through, could never wear it alone). Basically, I do not think I would have received my product or money had I not filed a dispute and threatened action. And I wouldn't waste my money on their product.
I had numerous issues with this company. I ordered a 2XL jacket for my mother. When it finally arrived, the quality was terrible. The jacket was barely a Large. The sleeves were 3 inches short. I tried on the jacket, I am a size medium, the sleeves were short on me too!
The return process is the most worst ever. I had to take pictures of the jacket and the tags and email them to the company. I finally received the address to sed the return to. Then they asked me to send them the tracking number. A few days later they asked me to send them confirmation that the package arrive. Dress link then told me I would receive my credit after they looked at the jacket. It is now 2 weeks after they received that package and I do not have a credit.
The email I received back from Dresslink today after questioning "where is my refund" is as follows: "I have contact my college and once we have a confirmation we will refund you at once, Thanks.". Who are they contacting? Some other company? This is ridiculous!
For me the site I never place an order and I was disappointed on the contrary I loved the quality the delivery the packaging I buy a bouttine that kills me I want to advise this site excellent I give 5 star
