We can buy large variety of clothing styles including: winter jackets and coats for women, party dresses, cute T-shirts, Hot ladies tank tops, Sexy Halter, stylish outer wears, charming under covers, sporty sets, romantic Love Pearls and accessories, elegant evening gowns. Customer support was quite helpful.

WEBSITE SUCKS. Ordered a makeup brush set over a month ago & still have not received it. First time buyer and I'm so disappointed. Emailed them numerous times & they keep telling me to wait. I've done enough of that! Send my stuff! I'll be filing for a refund soon.

This website has become one of my favorite because I bought some dresses from this site for my sister and she was so happy to get them. Every dress was perfectly fit and beautiful. Even the site is easy to use and user friendly. And talking about the dresses which I received really such a fast delivery. I am pleased with the service of this site. Since finding this site i've made 3 orders with this site, and so far my experience has been quite good.
First order had 3 crop tops, they were all good cotton material and thickness.
Second order was a dress, this one was a disappointment as there was a stain on the dress and they would not refund me a full amount even though i could not wear the dress cause it was a big stain. But after a dispute with paypal I managed to get a full refund.
Third order I had just placed 2 days ago and it has already shipped.

This site is like a hit & miss, something like purchasing from china on eBay. Also takes about the same time for shipping.

Tip for consumers:
Very important tips would be to actually measure yourself and look at the item size chart, each item is unfortunately different and don't trust their estimation in sizing that they give at the top. Their AU sizing is sometimes extremely off compared to the measurements.
Also look at previous customer reviews and any images or videos posted up about them. This will give you a gauge on quality.
Read the description, they do list the material is made out of. Just because it says cotton does not m

After reading mixed reviews about this site I decided to take a chance and buy a couple of things. I payed for 3-7 days shipping it came in 10. When it got here it was nothing like the pictures, it looked like they just threw some materials together and called it good. But I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this site.

Going on 30 days since my order was placed. Still nothing. Was advertised as free shipping 9-15 business days. Its been 20 business days. Sent email asking what was going on? It was almost impossible to decipher what they were trying to say when they emailed me back. This is a Chinese company so you get what you pay for. Only wish I found out it was a Chinese company before I ordered. Will never shop there again.

I bought 20 items but only received 4 items. After 1 month still not refund money and keep telling me story about some bull$#*! issue. Terrible service. Bad customer service. They are so stupid as i already emailed 20 items that i didn't received all items yet. They still not get it. Never buy from them again. Stay away.

If i could give this zero stars, believe me I would! Let's just say I ordered 3 small items in October or 2013... Tomorrow is January 1,2015 and I have YET to get these items. But of course, they didn't forget to bill me! Terrible terrible service.

It's been 2 months since doing my online shop. Dresslink is one of my major supplier. In terms of customer service, I would say they are very accommodating, and willing to solve all your demands/inquiry. I received my item on time but some of the item I might say the quality is not that good but what can you get for a cheaper price. All in all I satisfied with Dresslink.

I placed an order for my huge birthday party event and they did not even ship the item out till 20 days after the day the order we placed so of course the dresses will not be delivered in time now. Now i have to shop with another company and pay more for express delivery. I have been doing internet shopping for about 15 years now and have never dealt with a company so horrible as this

Dresslink has cool dresses with generally decent prices. Their clothes are great quality and it is very affordable. They ship exactly what I saw n the pictures in their online store, I received what exactly I paid for. Furthermore, Dresslink has a user-friendly customer service and their shipping was moderately ok. Highly recommended.

I bought several items from Dresslink a month ago. I received them 2 weeks after my order but as I was trying them on, I noticed that a lot of them didn't fit me. I emailed customer service to ask for a refund, since their policy stated that I would be eligible for one. I spent $130 and they offered to return only $3 to me because it was "unfair to them" and they told me I had to pay for the shipping fee myself to return them.

I'm never buying from this website again!

I ordered a dress for a company party, it stated 4-7 day shipping... it's day 9. Tracking said on day 8 it was in China! I emailed customer service and she said "it's an international transaction... blah, blah."
So false advertisement to say 4-7 day shipping. I would have ordered elsewhere had I know this. I wish people/companies just did what they said without excuses! :(

All we mentioned is business days, 2-4 business processing time and 4-7 business shipping time. Expect the weekend.
I believe all shopping company can't exactly ensure the shipping time as perhaps it will take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes, like your order, it was delayed 1-2 days as the customs inspection, which can be tracked online. BTY, Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

The product I received was a knock off, despite being originally advertised as the original. Description was changed after order was placed. Not properly shipped - no padding and box was quite mangled when it arrived. Misleading and dishonest company - would not use again.

I ordered several items, and shipping was ALOT. An item came small instead of XL. I contacted them for a full refund since I can't really wear that piece again. Instead, they offered to refund me just four dollars for a 14 dollar dress (plus shipping which cost 10+ dollars per item).

Scam, scam, scam. Would not recommend.

I would not bother dealing with this company. I ordered 2 items, received one item, still have not been refunded for outstanding item, emailed them, they did not reply, complete and utter waste of time!

Matchless! I'm lucky to find dresslink. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality I've got, taking into consideration number of this type product sellers I've deal with before. Taken basic idea, investigated the product and came up with very best. Dresslink is friendly and is the best i ever used. Definitely recommend this seller to others. That company is such a big mistake... I ordered few things for 123 PLN (30-40$), 1st march they wrote that shipping started. Now it is 5th month the shipping is "delivering". I contacted to the service, first they promised me an investigation to find out why my package didn't arrive, then they apologized me because investigation failed and promised me 10$ refund (it is a joke) but they didn't even do that. I have NEVER seen such big cheaters. Prices are so cheap and I was stupid that i trusted Dresslink.

Tip for consumers:
Give them a wide berth.

I've shopped on Dresslink a few times thus far and it really has been a great website for me to shop. All the pieces I've bought thus far have all been of high quality and at a great price. Most of the time the prices on Dresslink beat out prices found at my local mall. A lot of my friends have also bought clothes from Dresslink and they've been more than satisfied with the clothes they received. My most recent purchase on the site was the "Red Autumn Long Sleeve Hood" they had a good variety of sizes available to me and the best part was that shipping was free for me since I live in Michigan in the United States. Another nice fact about the site is that there are tons of reviews for virtually every product so you have a fair expectation of what to expect before it comes delivered to your house.

In the event of many uprising online stores, i was being being careful to vet and take a quick research on any sites i will be patronizing, but i just give this site a trial by ordering few goods initially and i got my deliveries prompt with great quality, I intend to order more to know if they are faking their services but i keep on receiving the same quality. With this i do not hold anything back, but to say keep up the good work dresslink and in any event i want to purchase more, this will definitely be my first priority and I will recommend them to everyone.

I had been skeptical patronizing online clothes stores after my obnoxious previous experience with some stores until my friend insisted I give dresslink a shot. I actually agree and gave them a go.
Dresslink are offering what a customer needs in there budget and choice. Customer service is perfect. I am going to be their repeat customer.
I purchased a dresses and a high-quality jacket from Dresslink, and It was an amazingly and a remarkable shopping experience with a top notch and satisfactory customer service. The delivery was timely.
I highly recommend Dresslink to all and sundry who have had a bad experience with using online store in the past. Try dresslink and your perception about online clothes store will be changed forever.

So I purchased Fingerlings on 11/13 and as of 12/5 I have still n or received anything. Their response, Please give more time. It has been sitting in the same status since 11/16, in transit to New York Kennedy Airport. What are they doing, walking it there? Plus I'm sure if I ever get it, it will be a knock off. I've already filed a dispute due to fraud with my credit card company.

By far the worst quality of clothing I've ever seen. And I'm out $100 because shipping back for a refund was outrageous, dresslink said they would refund me partialy but never did. Lesson learned. Never again. I highly recommend not ordering from them!
