We can buy large variety of clothing styles including: winter jackets and coats for women, party dresses, cute T-shirts, Hot ladies tank tops, Sexy Halter, stylish outer wears, charming under covers, sporty sets, romantic Love Pearls and accessories, elegant evening gowns. Customer support was quite helpful.
WEBSITE SUCKS. Ordered a makeup brush set over a month ago & still have not received it. First time buyer and I'm so disappointed. Emailed them numerous times & they keep telling me to wait. I've done enough of that! Send my stuff! I'll be filing for a refund soon.
Advertised genuine products however fake items arrived in broken boxes. Tried to cancel the order when others posted reviews about fake items. However they wouldnt let me cancel it. Once received I again contacted customer services with disgust at what had been delivered to me. All they will offer is a $10 refund which from reading further reviews am not sure that would even turn up. Awful, untrustworthy company, would never order from them again and advise anyone to stay well clear.
This is a real company, but just barely. They sell knockoff items that are shipped in inappropriate package (so damaged when they arrive). They wont take back items at all and only offer a tiny refund-a couple of dollars-and I would be scared to give them my cc for a refund anyway.
I bought 8 items worth $41 last June 17. Site says items shall be delivered within 10-25 days. Up until today, no items has arrived. Contacted dresslink and they say to wait a little longer. Until when must I wait for my items?! Its been 63 days now and still no sign of my items. I trusted them with my hard earned money hoping Ill be able to roll my money by starting a new business.
I have purchased items from Rosegal and Ebay and they all arrived on time. Rosegal uses the same shipping method which is China Post but they were able to stick with their committed period of delivery. I just hope there'll be a particular agency whom we could turn to in cases like this wherein many are being scammed by this bogus sites..
I ordered a bunch of stuff online thinking the stuff will be great. Everything came and is completely unusable. Swim suits made out of paper thin material with no stretch. Even though i followed the size guideline nothing can be worn at all. I asked to return the items and they said i could but i needed to write them a list of the item numbers i am returning. So i did. They told me i cannot return that many items. I've been robbed. I didnt use pay pal either. 200 dollars down the drain. I should make a youtube review. Heres my order number ******* since i know they are going to ask in the comments.

I have ordered a total of 15 items in two shipments, totaling around $100 with shipping in there. I've heard many problems with China shipping, so stuck with UPS. I have received every item and they are all generally close to the description/pictures. The material usually is pretty good, but quality control in the stitching is hit or miss, though usually not too bad.
For returns, the customer service was prompt and friendly, but I did not receive a full refund(only 25%) due to shipping costs on returns. They will just tell you to keep the item and not spend the money on shipping it back.
*Forgot to originally mention, the love reviews are most likely true. However, the site will not post any review that is slightly "below average." So everything is rated high because only good ratings pass.
Tip for consumers:
Stick to shippers you trust, and always read the measurement box provided for each item. Long sleeves are usually not as long as shown on the pictures (at least in my 3 experiences).
I ordered about a month now paid for fedex delivery and as of today still have not received my items and out of pocket 130.00. The customer service keep asking me for the same info each time and is taking weeks to respond
I will never buy from them again
I even tried calling not sure if the number on their site is correct because the phone keeps ringing out and then hangs up

I too, fell for the fingerlings. They charged the same retail price as originals. Packaging was destroyed by the time they arrived. Looks like they were re boxed to look authentic. Customer service is poor and major language problems. Wish I looked for reviews like this before I ordered. Had no idea this junk was coming on a slow boat from China. Buyer beware. Stay far away.
I give it 4 stars for WHAT IT IS - my experience with the cost to quality ratio, and how their stuff fits me.
I am in the very-happy camp. I'm 5'6" 145 lbs, long legs relative to my body. I am 36D / Medium top, and typically size 8 / Medium bottoms. I find their sizing runs pretty much true to typical store sizing. I am not as tall as the models, but I have a long curvy shape like they do. I imagine that's one reason I am happy with the fit of everything I've bought. TIP: I consider this with any clothing company - for ex, if the models are all boy-figure types, that's a clue their stuff probably isn't going to fit my curves and look good on me. In fact I love everything about them

I ordered over $100USD in items and chose DHL as the shipping method as I wanted to stay on top of where the package was... I was a bit paranoid after reading some of the negative reviews. Well everything arrived in 3 days! The customer service is exceptional... I got responses to all my questions within an hour or two. Although te quality is somewhat wanting, you can't beat the prices so very happy and will definitely be ordering from them again. The only shortcoming is that shipping is somewhat expensive.

Use a shipping method WITH tracking and check out the reviews before buying. I reviewed all the items I got to help.
Logged in this morning to make an order only to realise that most of their prices had doubled i had to ask Fiona why they had hiked prices and she gave me the usual response "our supplier's prices have gone up". Now as a reseller you ask yourself if it is still worth buying from Dresslink if you are barely making profit. I think its high time i consider other options because really now dresslink doesnt cut it for me.

Stop bashing Dresslink guys I just got my order last night and everything was there, the clothes fit and I couldn't be more than pleased! I ordered $94 worth of stuff, a dress, a lot of crop tops, pants, shorts, a swimsuit and some socks. Only problem you may have is something coming in looking different from expected, but what'd you expect from a cheaper site like this? If you want to avoid that, go to sites like Forever21, H&M or something. You order cheap, you get cheap.
As a first time customer I am very disappointed. Shipping took over 2 months and when I try to contact them they keep saying wait 10 more days, looks like this is their way to do this so you can't dispute it after 45 days in paypal. I've order a lot of stuff from China and it shouldn't take this long. Price is good but don't expect good quality out of them, you pay what you get.

I have always been reluctant about buying dresses online but DressLink has changed that. They not only have the latest styles but also topnotch quality in their dresses. Great service and easy to navigate website that feels secure while doing payment transactions. A slight improvement in shipping time would be great but otherwise, it is a fantastic initiative!
I placed an order November 17th and according to the tracking number it has been in a shipping facility in China since 11/30. I ordered the unicorn fingerling (5 of them) hoping to give them to my daughter and her friends for Christmas. I requested they send another package. Dresslink.com appears to be hit-or-miss. Some buyers are very happy with their orders and some are like me... My order was standard shipping, 10 business days, but I spent more than $100 so I think it was supposed to be faster according to their promotion at that time. I will never purchase from Dresslink.com again.

Do not hold your breath about receiving what you purchase. Mine has been held-up in a facility in China for 16 days according to the tracking records. My order was placed well before the Holiday rush (November 17).
Yes, they have Gigi, the unicorn Fingerlings. I am skeptical that they are knock-offs. I will keep you all posted as to their shipping speed and quality of items sold on their website. There is a huge lawsuit over all the knock-off fingerlings being sold and off-brand items must be disclosed to buyers. There was no such disclosure in my case. Not holding my breath...
It has been over 2 weeks since Dress Link received the returned jacket and still no refund. I don't think they intend to give a refund. Will be turning it over the the credit card company soon, maybe they can help.
Ordered a jacket from DressLink and when I received it, it was too small although I ordered 2XL. Have been trying to get a refund for weeks. When I check the website it says return under review. They make it almost impossible to return anything. They offered me a $5 refund and for me to resell the jacket.
I'm usually not a big fan of shopping. And I have had so many bad experiences shopping online, with products being delivered that are usually never what I order.
But with this site, my experience so far has been really remarkable. I can't think of any other word to describe it. The prices are very reasonable. The offers are really good. And whether it's clothes, shoes or bags that you want to buy they are of good quality. The selection is also very good.The items are very very trendy.
Something I find hard with online shopping is that you have to go to specific sites to buy specific items. But DressLink is a one stop shop, because you not only get the usual clothes/shoes/handbags combo but also makeup and accessories as well.
I am definitely going to continue shopping here. Thank you for making shopping and especially online shopping enjoyable without always having to have second thoughts...

I've purchased 2 nice clothes recently from DressLink and all my friends admire the wonderful made stuff. They couldn't believe when I told them the price I bought them. Truly, this company has fantastic stuff but their major challenge is shipping. They will actually deliver but it may take some time to arrive at your doorstep. Just like mine, I was expecting my order in 2-3 weeks but they arrived in a months time. Nevertheless, I've to bury my worries because the product was absolutely fantastic!
I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site. My package hasn't arrived yet and I've been reaching out to these people for days and no response! I tried calling the US number and it went to a voicemail that sounded like someone's cell phone! Buyer beware. I've been asking to just cancel my shipment and please refund my money but they haven't said a word. I'm beyond frustrated. Will never order from this site again.

I love this store! It has soooo many cheap stuff and they are all in really good quality! If something you all ready bought is out of stock, they'll either refund it back to your card, or put the price of the item (plus shipping) in your DressLink Wallet. That way you have store credit! Their customer service isn't automatic and will actually help you with your questions. This store definately deserves all five stars!
Have placed a few orders from Ireland, takes over 5 weeks to come. First order was fine, ordered by the measurements, placed a massive order for christmas and went again by measurements and everything is too small, i'm devastated, i will have to pay to send them back and wont be refunded the shipping cost, its not really worth my while as the shipping is the most expensive part, so now i'm really out of pocket for christmas as i have to buy all new gifts and have a pile of clothes which i won't be able to get a decent price for from anywhere

be very careful, unless you are pencil thin, you don't have a great variety and if says one size fits all, be wary of what it says after, if it says one size fits all(s to xl) that's great, but if it says one size fits all(s to m) even though the measurements sound big the clothes will be very small

I never got my order, usually i would be fine waiting for a few weeks. But it's been almost three weeks and my packages usually show up within 5 days from departure. Not very happy with shipping and handling considering a paid a large amount for it.
Foremost, a big thank you to the entire DressLink Family because I received amazing service. The customer relations agents are responsive to customer concerns and I must mention that their response time is amazing. At first, I was not very sure about purchasing the dress from DressLink, but they surpassed my expectations. Although the delivery took a little longer (reasonable though), I was impressed by the quality of their products. I bought my wife a dress and she is the happiest woman right now. She has a soft spot for high quality products and I am certain that i want to work with DressLink again. I am still waiting on my next delivery, and i know that they will deliver. I would recommend DressLink to anyone, any day!

My first order was when I bought clutch bags at Dresslink. The shipping was quick, however one the bags was in bad condition so I let it slide since I understand they make mass productions and mistakes are bound to happen. I ordered again about 5 weeks ago and I still haven't received my order because dresslink send my parcel with an invoice that had a very low amount and customers became suspicious and asked me to email them an invoice that I got from the supplier which I did. Only to find that the amounts on the two invoiced don't correspond, as a result a penalty of $104 has been issued. I emailed them a number of times regarding this, I keep getting an email stating that they will refund me half of my goods. Why? Did I make Twp different invoices? It's their mistake, and they should be held accountable. Of I don't get my full refund. I will keep posting this review for people to know what they got themselves into, I will never buy from nor recommend them. I've had it!
They sell some really nice products, just some clothing does not come as advertised (one sweater was supposed to be longer but only reaches to the top of my hips and a top that was longer than in the picture) but still they have a good customer service, they answer nicely and give you solutions. My first order came in the time said (21 days to Peru). I hope my recent order sent in two parcels come complete and in the same time!
