Customer support was quite helpful.
WEBSITE SUCKS. Ordered a makeup brush set over a month ago & still have not received it. First time buyer and I'm so disappointed. Emailed them numerous times & they keep telling me to wait. I've done enough of that! Send my stuff! I'll be filing for a refund soon.

Dresslink is a huge website where you can find what you want! They have so good stuff and i made huge orders and they came in time (it's said 15-25 days so don't blame for what you know). The service is so goo and they reply fast. And to finish the quality is like in cheap stores in my country so I'm really happy about what I pay for. First of all, I am not paid to write this review. If given a chance i would love to make a video blog about dresslink and all the things I've purchased. The first time I saw this website, I really doubt if they are really selling or a scam site. I tried to purchase just to test if this site is legit. Yes the prices are too good to be true. I don't complain at all about the quality because the website is providing details about the products. This is an "ONLINE SHOPPING SITE" there's a lot of advantage and disadvantages. I live in Philippines and I'm lucky enough that our post office is not asking too much fee for claiming the package, I paid (P100/package). Some items are too small maybe because it is an Asian size so better check the size chart provided on the product description.
Tip for consumers:
*TIP : the more items you want to purchase, the cheaper the shipping fee.
Use EMS for orders 100 and above.
Be friendly to the customer service representative because they will be the first person to help you track and trace your parcel.

Placed my order on November 10th and order is still waiting to process, but they got their money! Tried to contact them multiple times and nothing of course! This is unacceptable! Don't trust them at all
I Got a bag from this company. It took about half a month to wait for its arriving.
Yes, the price is incredibly low but at the same time it takes a longer tine for shipping.
Im aware that this company is from china but for me this is fine.

Bought a coat and review said it ran small do I bought a LG instead of a med. It was so small I am sure it was a child's size. It took a long time to get but I sent it back for a refund right away. After 6 emails and complaints, finally got a refund 2 months later! Like I said. Bad news!
Dress itself wasn't too bad. However it took over 3 weeks to arrive (no longer needed as the event it was for had passed) and when I returned the dress they claimed not to have received it and after numerous emails back and forth over 2 months it never got resolved. I lost the money I spent on the dress and the cost of postage to return it!
I have ordered from Dresslink twice now and I have been very satisfied with the products I have been sent. When I received my first order some of the fabrics used were not the same as in the picture but that did not bother me in the slightest. When they could not send some of the items it would specify why on an order sheet and they did not charge me for those items. =^w^=

I would recommend you read the reviews on each product as sometimes people who have previously bought the item have suggested getting a size bigger or smaller or have been unsatisfied with the product quality but ultimately you get what you pay for.
I have also had a bad experience. They won't give me my money back on a cancelled order. Have now had to open a dispute with paypal. Very bad company. NEVER AGAIN Look at the message they just sent me.

Do not order from this company, they have so many bad reviews and I guess it does not bother them if they get good ones or bad ones, there are enough stupid people out there that will give them a try. They told me I was getting the original WowWee Finerling monkey. I ordered it on 11-20-17 and just got it today 12-20-17. It is a Happy Monkey, they had to pop the top and bottom of the box open to cram it into a small flat envelop that when it arrived it was terrible and the face broken. This company is a Fraud, do not order from them.
I oredered two times here. The first one I received one item that didin't match the pictures, but the rest were good, so I tried it a second time and everything arrived perfectly. It is not the best quality (specially in dresses and skirts, they are very thin), but it's good for the price. Everything arrived to me fast and well packed, anything smelled gross, as I read in some reviews, and they put all my items in the same packet.
I ordered a medium dress and it is an extra large. I have asked three times if I can return it for a small or extra small because I am swimming in this dress and they said they can only offer me a partial refund. I am very upset and disappointed.
I bought two item in beginning of June. One item i got in July but second one still didn't get. After writing 3-4 mail regarding refund i got a proper reply on 11th September that they will refund my money. But it could take max 45 days.
Today is 31st oct and still i am waiting for my money. I again tried to write mail about money refund and customer service is replying me that i have wait for some days because they will start this refunding process from today

So i ordered this beauty blender packet with creme concealer, and other things. I also purchased this cute romper, and the romper came in as well as 18 days. Then they sent me a invoice thing saying my concealer packet was not eligible to ship due to the "strict custom" of this product and i never got my products, i never got a refund. Let me tell you, is wasn't cheap but now all of a sudden it is. I do not recommend. This is not the first time i ave shipped over-seas. And i know how this sizing works there and it came 3 sizes too big and in another color. I HATE IT!

They offered me a partial refund because they sent fake Fingerlings. Said I would get it in 2-3 days. I emailed them after waiting 10 days and received no refund. They said they refunded me again. Guess what? Still no refund. This company needs to be shut down. I will be working to get my refund through Paypal, which is how I paid.
I placed an order for three Fingerlings. I notified them in writing that I do not agree to accept similar or replacements items and to cancel my order and refund my money if that is what the planned to do. They responded to my email "Don't worry." Well, after weeks of waiting, my FAKE fraudulent Fingerlings showed up. My "Happy Monkeys" were in damaged packing because it was mailed from China in a bubble wrap envelope. BEWARE! I doubt this so called company will refund my money as requested.
I ordered one outfit, and it never came in. It says delivired, i sent them an email and they never responded. It was accidentally returned but yet i don't even know where the package is at. They never answer calls or respond emails. Don't order from here

I ordered what I thought were UGG boots only to find out later they were knock offs. I immediately canceled the order and emailed and called (you only get an answering machine) at least 8 times and they still charged my credit card; never got any response. I am disputing with my credit card company now and contacted the BBB. Do not order from this site!
I only ordered from Dresslink once. The order took longer than expected (1 month and a half), because everything on the website makes you think you'd have to wait 1 month maximum for the order to come. I was expecting poor quality, but it's even worst. The clothes look like they will fall apart even if you hand wash them. The finishings are also really bad - all the clothes came with several, some of them really long, pieces of thread hanging. Also Dresslink seems to think customers are dumb. I've had an item on my wishlist and the item was supposed to be on discount, but I saw the item's price go up every day. When it reached its original price, they changed the original price so the item would look like it was still on discount. I don't think I will order from Dresslink again.

Bad bad bad. I ordered $107.00 worth of items, never came. Emailed them and they said the order was returned to them and did I want it reshipped. I said yes but with some sort of traceable shipping method such as fedex. They said " how about we refund your money and you reorder". Why would I want to reorder? Why can't they just resend it? After many emails back and forth I said forget it, refund my money. What a hassle, do not recommend!
On 2/08/2018 I order a sea goo 3/05/2018 I went on their site to inquire about my order that's been in procession. Lorie said that the order was cancel and they refunded my money, I asked what date and the amount that my money was refunded she did not answer me, I knew no money was refunded into my account, to make a long story short she was lying and final said they refunded it 3/05/. Since today is 3/05. I will check my account, but I wish we could bring a class action against companies that wrong the elderly and people in general.
