Unfortunately I made a purchase without first reading the reviews and ended up waiting a very long time for delivery of a product which was blatantly fake. Never again.

Fingerling knockoffs and my plan for my daughters' Christmas presents is now ruined. Shame on DressLink for ruining Christmas morning for two girls. What a horrible company you are DressLink. I ordered from Canada and therefore had not heard of DressLink. The website looked okay so I thought DressLink must be a reputable store. It is not. The webpage described them as authentic fingerlings. (That description has since been changed probably due to complaints. Major deception!) When I order a Christmas present for my kids, I am depending on that company not to let my children down. My daughters asked for fingerlings. I ordered these a month ago from Canada and thought "my shopping is done now". Now I have two weeks left and have not bought what my girls asked for, all because I made the mistake of dealing with this company, DressLink. Are you going to make this right? One of the primary reasons for the above rating was the quick and inexpensive shipping offered by dresslink.com. My purchases have always arrived in excellent condition within the timeframe specified during checkout. Moreover, the quality of the garments is beyond reproach. I believe that there has been an overhaul of the clothing standards at dresslink.com and its easy to see why. O, I was incredibly excited when I found this site and I made an order for two dresses, it was pretty cheap about $13 I did everything like normal but a week later I realized that the order hadn't come up on my order list yet so I emailed them and asked them if everything was okay and a man named Nathan emailed back, and very condescendingly sent me a picture of my orders and said I did not order anything on that day. I checked my paypal and they had billed me the $13 so I screen shotted a picture of it and he said he can't do anything unless I have an order number which I never got so I guess Im just out $13. Do not buy from them! It's a scam
These people are scammers the items that they advertise is not the product your getting they steal people photo from instagram and make the clothes in cheap spandex material... i order from the site when the items arrive i couldn't figure out what items r those because they look totally different, the items were poorly made some of them were so dirty, not stitch properly the material that they advertise is total not what the products were made of the sizes that i order they send different sizes so i email them right away and tell them i need a refund because the items are terrible they start giving me the run around they said if i would like $5us dollars so i said your really rude all i need is a refund so give me the address so i can send back the products they said that it is going to cost way too much money for me to return so i toll them i don't care i just need to get back my money so they never give me the address and just stop answering my emails.

I grew up buying clothes from walk-in stores where I could go in and try a few items before I settled on the ones I liked. With my tight schedule at work, it took me some time but I had to adjust to the online shopping experience. Actually, if not for a colleague at work, I would be stuck wearing the same clothes I wore 4 years ago when I started. I dont know about other stores but I am glad I got introduced to Dresslink. Since I was introduced to them by someone who already had history shopping with them, it was easy for me to trust them though I was quite concerned that I would lose my money. It is quite remarkable how fast they work on the orders, making the shipment time shorter. I have made a few rush purchases and never once did they arrive unreasonably late.
I must admit however that I did not like the quality of some of their items when I first began, but I have noticed how there is an effort to improve an item over time. The greatest challenge I have had so far is buying clothing items that are size based. If I want a skirt to be fitting for instance, I have to buy a size smaller. I particularly love the trendy styles of clothing that Dresslink offers all the time and while you can search for an item all over the internet to match a particular dress or garment, the shopping experience you find here is all inclusive.
Thanks to Dresslink, shopping has never been this convenient; I have no reason to go out shopping and you will feel the same way when you try out the experience. There is definitely still room for improvement but what you find here is worth your money and time.

I loved the experience of shopping, there was quick response whenever I made an enquiry and the customer service is on point. I got the right size for the clothes I ordered, the ordering process is short and simple making it convenient for me for I am a very busy person. Making payments is also easy and fast though I experienced a bit of technicalities while making the payment but still all went well. The quality of goods are okay though it can be improved even if it means they increase the costs by a slight percentage in order to retain customers and attract more. The site offers cheap prices for the products which I totally liked as they are not exploiting customers. I however had an issue with the time taken to deliver my order as it took longer than expected and promised by the site. I did get a little impatient almost angry but when the delivery finally got to me I had a big smile on my face. First the packaging was well and safely done so my order was intact. I will definitely shop at Dresslink over and over again for I was satisfied with their services.
Ordered 3 fingerlings on Nov 14/17 and received 1 knockoff Happy Monkey in a crushed box the week of christmas. Immediately sent an email to Dresslink stating my anger over receiving a cheap knockoff. They replied that it was not a knockoff that it was just in a different box. They could not even admit that in fact it was a cheap replacement. They offered a $3 refund which was a real joke. To date Jan 8/18 we have not received the other two knockoffs. Repeated requests for refunds were also a joke. They have now given us an address as to where we can return them once we have all three and yes that would be at our own costs well knowing that the return cost to us would be a waste of our own money and who knows about the actual refund happening. Good luck to all you other people who have bought Fingerlings from this corrupt company. Ripoff, ripoff no stars!
Right off the bat they falsely advertised the shipping estimate- my items were supposed to arrive within 4-7 days, and immediately after I clicked purchase they emailed me saying they would ship 12-14 days. Given that these were for an event that they would now not arrive in time for, I immediately asked to cancel the order within an hour of submitting it- no response. Items arrive super late a week and a half later and finally someone responds but wont help me process a refund, instead she keeps asking over and over if she can give me $6 back to keep the items (which cost over $35)- and I had to practically beg for her to just let me return them. After a week and a half of this back and forth she finally forwards me the return information and it's so intense/ comprehensive that it literally took me over an hour to package the items (you have to include printed photographs of them on the packaging!)- so at the end of the day apparently i ended up paying $18 to return items that i only paid $35 for, which were falsely advertised and one was not even what I ordered (wrong type of tights) and still have not received a refund.

I really love ordering from Dresslink and have placed at least 15 orders over the past year and a half and I usually like 85% of the things I order. Their shipping can be a bit slow, usually around 4 weeks, but it's worth the wait. I do find that there's gonna be some items that may not fit correctly, so I expect that, yet for the prices, it's still worth it. I also read the reviews to check what others say about the sizing and don't expect the items to be exactly like the pic and if in doubt, go a size or two bigger or choose something that looks loose fitting when it's one size fits all. But also, if you are not sure with items like a shirt or top, what I do is I buy the larger size and if it's too big, I run the side seams in with my sewing machine and then I have the perfect size. It's very easy to do. I've also ordered shoes from there and some are true to size and some are a little small, so I give them to friends or my Mum when that happens, but out of the shoes that have been perfect, they are pretty nice shoes and some I wear often, plus they are especially good for the price. And I've also found their bags to be really nice quality. So if you expect that there will be the odd thing that isn't gonna fit and have a sewing machine to run in a side seam when needed, then this site is for you. :)
This company is awful! I have been ordered 25. 6. 2016. I have been paid by PayPal. After not receiving anything I opened a dispute against this unserious and unreliable company at PayPal. First they lied and said I have been not paid! But everybody knows that PayPal is paying immediately! And I have been checked it and of course the amount has been paid to dresslink from PayPall like always There has been never a problem for me with PayPal! Dresslink begged me to close the dispute and than they would sent me my goods or refunding my money. But nothing happend and we have today 25th of September. So they just kept my money. Nice company concept. If you do that worldwide you could earn a lot of money with that. They are somewhere in China. I am in Finland, so what I could do? Nothing! But I want to warn other people to order there!
