I like buying clothes from them, they have one of a kind and really beautiful clothes, and I always find what I want, and I am really pleased with the products when I get it. Its not the first time I order from here, and I know I can trust them now. I wasn't sure at the beginning because I didnt knew if they were trustworthy or not, but feel comfortable now to order from them. They weren't the best in the beginning, had issues, (small ones but still issues) but eventually improved a lot and fixed their issues. Although they improved from their first days, choosing the size problem is still there; it's not really a big problem but you must be careful when you order. I ordered recently a skirt and I expected to be tight on me but fortunately its the right size and I can wear it with no problem. It shipped to me quite quickly so they also have an acceptable, if I can say, shipping time. Long story short, I think theres still place for improvement but I, for one, will definitely still buy from them as they are now. I can honestly say they are worth your time and money.

Just an update, it is now over a year since they received their unopened dress back and I still have NO REFUND. NEVER EVER EVER order from these people! THEY ARE CROOKS!
If I could give a ZERO rating I would! Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had! October 2017, I ordered a dress and paid expedited shipping fees to make sure I got it on time for an event that was a few weeks away. Didn't show, didn't show so I requested Cancellation. They refused. Dress FINALLY showed up 3 weeks AFTER my event. Took me 6 weeks of emailing them to FINALLY get a return address. Sent dress back to them unopened. They received it December 8,2017. It's now March 2018 and I STILL do not have a credit for the dress. AND they of course refuse to refund the expedited shipping OR return shipping fees. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Am saddend to see that most of the reviews, concerning 'Dresslink', on this site are leaning towards the negative because I have nothing but praise for them. Not only are they caring and understanding but the stuff they sell are wonderfully cheap that I keep coming back for more.
I agree that their mailing system can sometimes seem to take forever, but that could be on my part because I want the goods yesturday. Sorry, but I can't make any comments concerning 'Returns' because I have never had to return anything. If any of the items don't fit me I give them away as presents. The stuff is so cheap that I don't bother returning anything, I just buy them again.
Personally, Dresslink has treated me with the utmost respect, and have all the things I ordered always reach me, that I am forever singing their praise to my family and friends.
I am extremely sorry that some you are unhappy with the way in which Dresslink have treated you, but they have been nothing but kindness to me and I keep returning to them often.

Whening ordering clothes from Dresslink PLEASE double check the size that you order. Bear in mind that most Koreans are naturally thin therefore their clothes are on smaller side, but once you takethat into consideration I am positive that you will be happier and think more kindly of Dresslink ;)
I found DressLink through a fashion blogger that I follow and placed a joint order with one of my coworkers because we were both very excited to see such low prices on the items. My portion of the order was for a wallet (which I adore despite the foul odor that took a couple of weeks to fade away) and a Wildfox imitation sweater which is AMAZING. I also attempted to order a lace dress which said it was in stock, but my money was refunded for this item saying it was out of stock despite the fact that their website still said it was in stock (and still does now) which was a disappointment. The order process was good, the shipping was slow, but the biggest disappointment with this seller was the astronomical shipping cost (the cost was a few dollars per item so combining our order saved us no money on the shipping this felt like it completely offset any savings on the items purchased). Although I like their products, I will likely not order from them again because of the cost of shipping per item being as much as the item itself.

I was very skeptical when I made my first order with dresslink a few weeks ago after reading the horrible reviews. I was so excited when I received my package today! I ordered 7 shirts and they got my order 100% correct. My expectation for the quality of the clothes was very low, but I was pleasantly surprised! I do a lot of shopping here in the US at stores like Rue 21, Forever 21, Wet Seal, etc. and these clothes were very similar in quality so I was excited! I researched a LOT before ordering from this site and now that I have my order here and I've tried everything on I have a few tips for those considering shopping here!
1. Don't buy here if you're expecting high quality clothing! Think Forever 21 quality items. For me personally, I get tired of clothes and styles so quickly that I prefer to pay less for lesser quality clothes.
2. Anything white or light colored is going to be sheer, but usually looks fine with a nude colored bra or tank top underneath.
3. Research, research, research! Buy only clothes with reviews, or study the measurements very carefully! The measurements are accurate, so don't be afraid to measure your waist, bust size, etc. to ensure you get the proper size. If you don't have time to study the measurements then I don't recommend buying from here!
4. Order at least one size up from normal.
I shipped with UPS to the East Coast of the U.S. and had a great experience with shipping as well. I paid a few dollars extra for UPS but it was worth it to receive a tracking number and I got my clothes within 12 days of ordering. I didn't have to pay any extra fees because my package was under a certain size/weight. I also recommend placing smaller orders to avoid extra shipping costs.

FAKE! Saw exact dresses on dresslink, on hot topic site, same models too. DO NOT BUY! Don't believe me? See for your self! Search for "hot topic adventure time dresses" these(see pic) will come up A LOT. Search "dresslink adventure time dresses", and you can keep looking forever but will only find it if your very lucky and will probably find one pic.
Question: If dresslink is fake, how do they make a profit? Since their prices are so low.
Answer: Because of the prices, first time buyers buy lots of clothes, thinking, "hey, on average, these prices are around 5-10 dollars!" Think again. Buying ten five dollar items is already 50$, but add that to the overpriced shipping, (8$ for slowest shipping time) and thats 58$. Not to mention that your clothing will take over a month to arrive (if you get anything at all) Speaking of which, if these pics are actually stolen off hot topic's website, then what are you getting? Poor quality fakes?-IF you're lucky. Chances are you won't get anything at all. I bought a bag from here, and it still hasn't arrived one month later.
Question: Why does dresslink have so many good reviews?
Answer: Anyone can bribe someone into saying anything they want you to say. That simple. If you haven't noticed, all of dresslinks reviews are either super good, or super bad. You never see just an sverage rating. Strange, isn't it?
Question: What about the youtube videos? They SHOW people with the clothes.
Answer: Go to your closet, pick out some cute clothes, and we'll pay you 300$ to make a video pretending you got them from our store. Oh, and make sure you complain a little too, to make sure it's more believable. Tempting, isn't it? Also keep in mind: Isn't it a little strange, that dresslink has more youtube reviews and hauls then, let's say. Forever21? And they all say almost the exact same things. Same as written reviews. Almost like they were told what to say/write...

These people don't want to return all my money. I contacted customer service several times but they always answer late and they refused to give me all my money back. I made an order 3 months ago. Usually i get my packages between 2 and 3 weeks but i waited a whole month to see if it arrived and it never did. I always tried to use the tracking number and the status was always delivering (even till now). The number didn't worked on the postal service from my country either so te package never came here. As i said before i contacted customer service to get my money back but they only want to give me the amout without the shipping fee which is not a small amount. I had never had this problem with other sites. If my package didn't arrived they always refund me everything. I also wrote to the mail they mention everytime they answer these reviews but they compeltely ignore me. I can't believe i made this order 3 months ago and i still ahve this problem.
