Customer support was quite helpful.
WEBSITE SUCKS. Ordered a makeup brush set over a month ago & still have not received it. First time buyer and I'm so disappointed. Emailed them numerous times & they keep telling me to wait. I've done enough of that! Send my stuff! I'll be filing for a refund soon.

So I never bought anything but I had maybe 9 items in my cart well when I went to go check out the website went crazy! It kept putting multiples of everything and it wouldn't stop re loading the page. So I logged out and tried again and the same thing happened. All and all my total was heading to 3,000. I've tried several times after with the site but it's not working. There's no way I would buy from them now. It looks like a scam to me.

I'm a little afraid that my items will never come because i ordered some items as a Christmas present for a friend. I'm kind of upset to see the status bar not move at all for an entire month. To be honest, I wad really skeptical when I first started ordering from Dresslink, in early December,, So far I have made about 19 orders, and for the most part-the items arrive in the allotted time. I do think outs a good website and again, you grey what you pay for, But their items are worth every penny... Now, if you're ordering clothing, you should really put thought into it, due the fact you can't see the items and you can't them on. AGAIN, you are ordering from China, so their sizes, aren't sized like they are here in the states. So. I plan on continuing my business with Dresslink. If you're wondering about ordering, Of advise you to order 2 items first, So you can see how shipping is and to see if your purchases are type your satisfaction. Their customer service is awesome, so you'll definitely get a reply back within 24 hours...
This site is a scam. They'll send you what you bought sure, but if you try to return it it's a hassle. I bought shoes from them, tried the shoes on and found they didn't fit. I put them back in the box until I sent them back. Return shipping is ridiculous. They don't provide a shipping label, even if you bought the insurance. You have to pay shipping out of pocket and they "refund you". Then, after a week, they communicate between USA and China and finally receive your package they said that they are used and will not issue a refund. The shoes were brand new and they just want to keep my money. DRESSLINK IS A SCAM.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Terrible service. They sent me an incomplete order. After talking to them about it, they said it was because the item was out of stock. They never notified me of this change and still charged me the full amount for 12 items although they only sent 10. They said they'd "refund you total payment including shipping fee of the item or you can used the refund for next order" like a previous reviewer said. I would not want to reorder or shop there ever again! They told me this exact thing the 3 times I've contacted them about this issue and they still have not refunded me. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. Do not buy from them! There service is terrible and they'll scam you. We are only a few of a large group of people who have been scammed.
Order number # ******* did not come. I tried to resolve it with the company and they keep giving me the run around. I am now forced to dispute it with my bank. I was happy with their service up until this point.

DressLink.com has the bad support team. If you place an order with this site, you always sad. I placed an order a week ago, but they send it to the wrong country, not my country, so far away. I contact them immediately after I know their mistake. I sent them an email, but no response to me. I call them via phone line, but they don't have any human operator. Their automatic phone voice is in Chinese, not any English word. It cause me to cannot reach them anyway. So my order with be shipped to whom in other country and when will I receive my order. So sad to shopping with this site. TERRIBLE SHOPPING SITE!

It was on sale, and ordinarily I wouldn't get a gown. But I thought it might be nice to just always have one. Now that I got my one gown i'm sure i made the right choice! It fits me perfectly. It's glittery and pretty and unlike any other dress I've ever had before :)

Placed my order 2 weeks ago expecting my dress to arrive any day now - was emailed today stating my dress is not in stock now and will I settle for white or beige? I ordered maroon you twits so white or beige is a definite NO! Give me my money back now you horrible excuse of a company!
I am actually currently dealing with this situation still as off 8/17/17. I placed my order Sun, Aug 6. PAID $13 for 3-5 business day shipping. Did NOT receive my package (1 dress) until Monday, Aug 14. I emailed customer service Aug 14 requesting a refund for my shipping. Customer service has been arguing with me for the last 4 days that I "received my package correctly for the shipping I paid for", that "Friday Aug. 11 is not a business day" (um, what?). I paid to have my dress at my door NO LATER THAN 8/11 and did not receive it until 8/14. Had to go and buy another dress since mine did not arrive in time for an event that I needed it for (hence the 3-5 day shipping). They are refusing to refund me and are only arguing with me.

I used to love this website however the last time I bought from them one of my shirts came damaged. It had a hole and stain on it. I complained several times and I was never issued a full refund for an item that I said I can not wear. They said it wasn't their fault. TERRIBLE customer service. Yes they have cute cheap clothes. CHEAP and poorly made. Never again will I shop on Dresslink.

Well, it's been a week. I got my stuff today and I'm pretty pleased with everything except for that I ordered an oversized black cardigan and it's already falling apart at the seams... after one wash. And I just got it today. The knitted stuff also reeked of. I have no idea but the material is also a lot thinner than in the pictures. Personally after reading all the reviews and my own experience I wouldn't recommend it. It's something where you get what you pay for.

It's the 14th day and I got an email saying they had changed the delivery company and that they are sending it through china post. Of course that I was not able to track it. It says that it cannot find the package anywhere.
