Customer support was quite helpful.
WEBSITE SUCKS. Ordered a makeup brush set over a month ago & still have not received it. First time buyer and I'm so disappointed. Emailed them numerous times & they keep telling me to wait. I've done enough of that! Send my stuff! I'll be filing for a refund soon.
Got my order by fedex to Ireland in less than a week :) ordered 2 different dresses. Both a 14.one was to small and see through. Other was nothing like the picture, it's the orange dress in sale section. Mailed about orange dress. They just wrote back saying colour depends on my screen etc. It's a different dress totally with a random 2 inch stitch on the bust.do not order! Got a high waisted bikini which is perfect :) n some wall stickers. Makeup brushes were good to but smell abit? So im giving it an average rating. Maybe I was unlucky with the dresses

It took 7 weeks to receive the 2 "Fingerlings". When they arrived, the packages were squashed and the Fingerlings were not Fingerlings. They offered me $3 compensation, no I want a full refund, because this was false advertising. I can't give these as gifts, they don't even work. After multiple fruitless emails, they claim they are refunding my purchase price. This too, is a hoax. One week later, no refund in my acct. Buyer Beware of this scam company! They WILL rip you off!
I read all the reviews before placing my order so I was nervous. I picked 3 items to try in case something went wrong. I ordered on December 24th 2015 and received them December 30th. I am an American size small so I ordered a medium because the measurements differ over there. All of the clothes fit and I'm glad I did that. I originally clicked on DHL but they changed it to UPS. I got my tracking number off their website so it doesn't come to your email. Everything went smoothly... I will say do NOT order so much at once if it's your first time. Just try small amounts. I will be ordering from them again soon but I will use a paypal account to be safer because it is overseas. And just like someone said that if you order something white it will be sheer... some clothes might be thin but I was fine with everything
Love this site! Cheap clothes and so far pretty good quality. They do sometimes have a couple loose threads but nothing a quick snip won't fix. I did get a item with a hole in it once. I emailed them and they credited my account. I place reviews and upload photos once I recieve the items and then get points,. Every 100 points = $2... I also love their 0.01$ sales! I chose the cheapest shipping... yeah it takes a month to arrive to Canada but I'm never in a rush for it... and it works out about $7 per item (roughly) once I add shipping etc to it! I tell all my friends about this site! Just order a size up than u normally would get!

Don't use standard shipping if u r gonna complain about the wait!! It states 20-25 business days ....and it usually does take about a month to get it that way...otherwise go with DSL or something but you're more likely to be charged taxes from customs!
After I checked the tracking references, one of them was not found anywhere and it said on the post website that it didn't exist. When I contacted DressLink the answer was really ironical and synical.

I paid for so expensive shipping cost but the shipment was more than a month even provided a wrong tracking number till now still haven't get my refund back since ordered on last year Oct 2015. The materials are really cheapskate and the items received either broken or spoiled. OMG Even worse of the poor customer service better don't purchase anything from them to keep your money SAFE.

I bought some dresses on this site and I was worried about the cheap price. But I am really satisfied. What is good is that you have the possibility to see the real article on the site (not talking about what models and stars wear). So you can choose what seems better for you. For the size it is not easy because it is an asian brand. I am African lady so I have
90-74-102. When I chose a L it is like 90-80-95. So it is really a trade off. As solution I choose to buy chiffon dresses instead of sheath dresses. And no more problems!

Ordered a 1920s style sequin dress on 15th Sept came home last week to a card from Yodel stating my parcel had been left at side of front door needless to say parcel wasnt there when I got home. Complained to Yodel who passed me to Dresslink despite Facebook contact and two emails no contact at all from the company. Had to raise a refund request via PayPal. Total fraudsters! Avoid!
This company is a scam! I ordered a sweater and a pair of boots from them. They told me it will take a long time to arrive which was fine with me... when my parcel finally arrived, there was only the sweater, no boots. I emailed them a total of 3 times to ask about the status of my boots and they didn't even have the courtesy to email me back. I finally wrote them to ask for a refund but still have not heard from them!
Regarding the quality of the sweater, it's of pretty low quality. It smelled very strongly of a chemical... I soaked it in detergent for 2 days, changing the water 2x but the chemical smell still lingered. I suspect they use some really cheap toxic dye which may be harmful for health... I will not wear that sweater! As for my boots, it'll be a miracle if they arrive.
Bottom line - Don't order from this company!

My order no is ******* This is a scam. I paid $62.38 and they want to refund me $8.00. I send them photo's of the items I received and tell them they can send their courier to collect it but I am not spend more money on pieces of crap and they will not refund my shipping cost. I want full refund $62.38 back into my account.

Among the things I loved most about Dresslink is the ease with which I could open my customer account. The procedure is quite simple unlike the highly stratified bureaucratic procedures at other websites. I have bought my first and last item from dresslink. I have been patient to wait until the said date I would receive my item, and now that it has been way past the date, customer service refuses to give me back my refund because "it is out of her country". I am a woman that worked for my money. And now someone sitting behind a screen thinks they can rip me off. Unbelieveable. This is a company in China trying to pass off as a reputable company. I purchased Fingerlings toys and they sent me happy monkey, a poor knock off. When I emailed them to complain they lied about the description and then changed it online. Fortunately I have my order form that clearly states the product I ordered but did not get. They will not refund or return.

I had a good experience with this company. They did email me to let me know 3 of the items i bought and paid for were not in stock and they would issue the refund to either my dresslink wallet or to where i paid from ( paypal) and i opted to pay more money for the sign for and tracked postage which arrived from china to ireland withing a week so that was great. However i have emailed them a few times with no responses yet as to where my refund is because it isnt showing up in any accounts?! :O
Hi I have ordered from this website and it is a legit website but you all should keep in mind that their clothing is made in china therefore made for their sizes. Women in the USA are a bit bigger than they are so if you are a Large you may want order an XL. In other words they run small. Be careful too because how it looks on the computer their material is different. I ordered two swimsuits and a skirt. Two swimsuits were a bit small on me and the skirt was extremely smaller than a large. It got to me in 3weeks. Be careful though! ;)
I made my first purchase from Dresslink on January 21st, received, February 9th, standard shipping. Very reasonable time.
I kept the order small (12 items) to sample the quality of the products. (around $60 shipping included).
To be honest, at the price they are selling the products, I wasn't expecting anything worth keeping.
But, I was delightfully surprised as all the products are exactly what was advertised.
The quality is actually better than expected for the price but obviously, not the best quality that you wound find in a boutique.
They offer great novelty items but don't go into a purchase expecting an amazing product because after all, you get what you pay for.
Please remember, a $4 item shipped UPS or Fedex for fast delivery at $60.00 or more cost does not make it a $64.00 item, it still remains a $4 item so avoid the tracking expensive shipping and you will be fine and happy with your products.

I wrote a negative review of dresslink.com several weeks ago. They left out one item of clothing in the order and refused to take responsibility. Twice now, they've contacted me thru sitejabber and tried to harass me into pulling my review and telling me they would take care of me. Twice now i have responded to the customer service with my grievance. Every time they ignore me, yet they continue to ask me to revise my review. They are frauds and they are not reputable. Do not order from them.

Is been three moths and I have not received my order.
Its been three weeks since I email dresslily for my refund or my order. They respond to my review but no action has not been taking. I email many times after that and they did not respond. And then they want higher rating. I do not think so... no money... no favors... this is the worst site and scam.

Seriously. Don't depend on the review of Dresslink. Everybody says everything is good, and put in a small complaint of how the clothes don't fit or the size is wrong. The reviews are edited. I placed in a bad review after receiving a sweater that looked nothing like the picture on the website. The review was never placed and/or deleted.
I put up a review on their cat stockings, which is very good material. That review was placed immediately.

I ordered "Birkenstocks", clearly labeled on the site as Birkenstocks, on Sept. 5, to be sent by 4-7 shipping. It is now Sept. 20 and no "Birkenstocks" in sight. Shame on me for thinking I could get Birkenstocks for $29, but this is a total scam, so shame on DressLink and their Made in China nonsense, too. You don't know you are ordering from China until you place the order (unless I missed something).
And "Bree", please don't ask for my order number. Nothing I can do now. Lesson learned.

I have purchased 100 dollars worth of clothes, of course pictures looked nice and it seemed to good to be truth but I just wanted to try it and see it for myself, and since everything was so cheap I got excited and ended up spending more than planned. I received the package in canada 3 weeks after my order. I paid 121 dollars converted in CAN plus shipping. On top of that DHL charged me extra 30 dollars for import tax before I could get the package. Sizes were wrong and quality of clothes was really bad, really bad. I only got half of the stuff I ordered and never got an explanation what happened to the rest of the clothes. I guess you get what you paid for...
