Customer support was quite helpful.
WEBSITE SUCKS. Ordered a makeup brush set over a month ago & still have not received it. First time buyer and I'm so disappointed. Emailed them numerous times & they keep telling me to wait. I've done enough of that! Send my stuff! I'll be filing for a refund soon.
And if I don't reciece my items I'm going to tell my company to put out the word not to order from this site because it's a scam. I was very skeptical about using dress link but I was pleasantly surprised I ordered a bulk of 12 from swimwear & received my order within 3 days with expedited shipping. I was defintely happy about that. The only thing is the items run small. A large is really a medium in the US. I would prefer if they had bigger sizes that i can order to accommodate my clientele. Other than that I was pleased & happy with my order!

I was referred to DressLink by a friend and I must say, heeding to her advice to shop with them was one of my best decisions. My mind was blank on what to wear to a special even that was coming up. I had window-shopped everywhere I could think of and I could not find anything that matched the theme that I wanted to go with. Upon the very timely referral from my friend, I considered to check out DressLink's dresses but at the back of my mind I had made provisions of "I will not find what I am looking for and in the off chance that I do, I will never have it with me on time". I selected express shipping with an order that I placed on October 15th. It is now the 28th, and DressLink has listed a tracking number but DHL has no record of the package. I have sent several emails. And I have now requested a refund, anxious to see how this will go.

I ordered a shirt for my daughter-in- law for Christmas. It hadn't come and there were only a few days left before Christmas. I filed a complaint through PayPal. Less than a week before Christmas the package finally arrived. When my daughter-in-law opened the shirt it was a child's size large not a women's size large, which was what I ordered. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. No more business from me.

Worst customer service ever! Items they sent were fake and when I requested a return they claim my item was not sellable.
They told me they'd refund a portion, but then a week later, lowered the refund amount by $7, saying the items were affected in the 2ndary market! WTF, I'm not doing consignment.
Ordered 3 items, a size larger than normal. All 3 were so small I had to send them back (no one I know is the size they sent me. My order # is 0YS*******CW*******B so you can verify I bought from them June 14th. Still waiting! I won't hold my breath.

I ordered UGG boots for a Christmas present. From Dress Inn. I was sent one size 6 and one size 3 boot! They agreed to give me a refund and sent me a returns label. I posted the item back on the 30th December 2021. It was received by them on the 4th January 2022. I have a Royal Mail Tracked Delivery to prove this. I have asked for my refund numberous times, and I get the same answer every time " We have not received you parcel'. I paid £129 for the boots. I want my money back, but cannot get anyone to answer me. Just ' We have not received your parcel'.
Im at my wits end.

I have ordered heaps of stuff and it comes to Australia in about a week so the delivery time is much better than aliexpress, I have ordered things from this site and it takes forever to come from some sellers and most of it was the pits and I never got my money back. Now some of the clothes on Dresslink were great but a lot the material was very thin. But hey I live I a hot climate and I can still sell them and make a profit. At the end of the day you get what you pay for so if you want an expensive looking dress than you need to buy from another site. If you want things quickly than use DHL or FedEx as China post is incredibly slow and if you want a better dress pay a better price.

Read the reviews it helps to know what other people think, don't buy from the look of the photos, check the sizes and make sure they are about right but remember they always say there is a 2-3cm difference so better to buy bigger than smaller and if you unsure. Don't buy it.
I ordered this dress on 3/10 for a party on the 24th. The company stated that shipping would take 7 business days. I received it yesterday... the 31st.
I intentionally ordered a size larger than my own, just to be certain of fit. It fit as if it were TWO sizes smaller than me.

Awful experience. Advertised Birkenstocks yet arrived as some knock off brand. Shipping arrived 4 days later than they advertised and what my email confirmation stated. Extremely slow to respond during the week (not at all on the weekend) and customer service obviously has a poor time with the English language. After exchanging emails for over a week, where they would not give me return instructions and dragged out simple instructions, they told me I needed to go to the post office to see if returning item would be worth it! Oh, and when I purshased from their website, it stated free returns! They deleted the negative feedback other customers left (left after I bought my item unfortunately) and then made obvious fake reviews with customers loving their Birkenstocks- which they are NOT. Theyve also updated the item description to not say Birkenstocks as well! Extremely shady!

I had ordered dresses and despite having confirmation of return through the post office they refused to refund me my money. Jumped thrrough all the hoops of taking pics of each dress. Got return authorization, Kept saying they did not get return. Got the run around for over a month. Out +$300.00. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!
I ordered 5 hoodies on April 8,2017 and they have still not arrived. I've contacted the customer service rep "Bree" several times and her replies are written in such poor English that they are rarely intelligible. Not only that, but she sends replies without even reading the message or remembering that she sent me an email telling me she'd have shipping info in 10 days, and 7 days later sent me the same email. I recommend if you're looking for online shopping where you don't pay $75 for nothing but a hassle and run around, try Gamiss.com, I ordered a bathing suit there at the same time as I ordered these hoodies and it arrived in 10 days. I have tried everything with these people all they do is give you the run around. Like everyone else, I was skeptical about this site after reading the reviews on here. I haven't ordered anything international in a long time, and I was a bit afraid it would not come before Christmas since I ordered my package the midnight before the 20th. They had a variety of options when it came to which type of shipping you'd prefer, the default was China Post with no tracking number. I picked DHL, which of course ran a bit higher with costs but was worth it when it came only 3 days later.
The quality is good for the price I paid for, you can't expect more for your buck. I did inspect each item and noticed one of them had some loose thread on the back of the romper but easily fixable without even seeing a seamstress.
Overall I'm very happy with the order, and probably would order again in the later future. The selection of clothes are to my style and it wasn't a frustrating process. It was faster service than I expected and I got exactly what I wanted without trouble.
Fake site, fraudulent services, customer service is the worst, no traceability, if you want to burn your money then this site is the best one... this is my third review for dressinn... my order never came it's been almost 3 months now, they sent me a form asking me to fill in so that they will either expedite or make a refund but till to this date nothing happend. Just ordered several items from them and honestly, for the price I can't complain. I ordered 2 rompers from them which ended up either too small or the material was super thin. Although the style looked very similar to the pictures on the site, the sizing is very off. I ordered one size up and it was still too small. I would probably suggest ordering two sizes up on certain items (like rompers and shirts). The bra and skirt I ordered fit just right. The timing of shipping was fine-- items came to me in about 10 days, which is really good considering it is coming from China. I ordered from this website knowing the sizing would be off and the materials to be of lower quality so I wasn't surprised when the package came into the mail. I would order more items from them again.

This company is the worst I've ever delt with. They shipped knock offs even though my invoice stated the brand name. They shipped items just in an plastic bag, so the items packaging was completely trashed when it arrived. I was unable to gift these because of the condition and they were knock offs. They started with "keep them and we'll give you $5., I refused then it went up to $6, only going up $1 every time I refused. I kept refusing and demanded a full refund. They then said only when I returned them back to China and they resecived them (at my expense) would they refund. They went in the garbage where they belonged and I'm not spending another dime on this company. Customer service is none existent. Save yourself a lot of time and money and shop elsewhere. They are frauds selling knock offs. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if possible
