This program works pretty well to convert m4p to mp3 for the music I purchased so I can play it on other devices like my mp3 player. One thing I like is there is one button that will load all of the itunes music on the computer and list it by artist, album, etc. Excellent customer support. I had an issue with a new computer and it was resolved in a day.

I just bought its audio converter for Mac. The best part is its strong ability to work with so many audio formats, including Apple Music, iTunes M4P, Audible audiobooks and more. If they could come up with a software to download Tidal music, I'll definitely buy.

I have used DRmare's Audio Capture to get Tidal music for offline playback. These days, I found out that DRmare developed a specialized music converter for Tidal to download and convert Tidal files at 5X speed.
No need to record one by one but download songs from Tidal in batch. Unbelievable!

AudFree's / DRmare's software does not work as described on their website.
Their software does not download anything. It instead records, meaning you cannot listen to other songs, or videos while it record, this is very slow, and the audio and video is recorded in such a poor quality it is unusable. In addition to this, the software does not work in general.
When contacting their support for a refund as soon as testing, less than 1 day. They refused to honor their money back guarantee.

I had a minor problem, due to my fault. They responded quickly to my request for help. They solved my problem in a short time. Excellent program, excellent team!

I checked the trial version. 1. I can not detect a 5x conversion speed. 1 minute of music takes 1 min. Of conversion. I want to convert days of music, just imagine the effort! 2. I can't use my PC while your tool is running That software does not download songs, it records them. It adds a virtual audio in-/output slot to the PC and blocks all other slots while in use. So I must state that all their online description which calls the software a 'downloader' is at least misleading and wrong. 3. On their website they say it can convert from/to and keep MQA quality. Reading through their moderated 5 star only reviews they state that the best quality option for MQA conversion is 'Hifi'. That's very disturbing. 4. The app adds every song into a separate folder/subfolder instead of leaving the choice to fill all converted songs into one flat file. That's not handy for my use case. Two stars because there was a result one could listen two. But it looks that all current 'conversion' products are more or less the same.

I tried the DRmare Audio Capture to record songs from Tidal. To my surprise, it can keep the lossless 1411 songs. Never expect it works so well before. Thanks and keep up the good job.

I use the DRmare Spotify Music Converter now. Very satisfied with the music downloading and converting. But hope it can add more features.

Easy to use and intuitive. Customer support is 5* and responds very quickly. For someone who is a bit of a luddite it was a breeze

30JUN20: The company finally got back to me 24JUN to offer a refund for the product, so I'm editing my review. 4-stars for the program itself because it will convert audio for music, but it does not work for iTunes video conversion. I am however, leaving it at 3-stars due to the combination of that and the performance of customer service, who only responded after I wrote a poor review. This program might be good for audio, but it leaves much to be desired for video conversion. I have left my original review below for reference.

21JUN20: I have sent multiple emails asking for a follow up and still have not received even a COURTESY REPLY. It has been a month and a half (May 12) since I began having issues with not being able to use the software on iTunes movies, and it has STILL not been resolved. I have been waiting patiently for a result, but ignoring my requests for a follow up to avoid issuing a refund is a very shady business practice. I have not heard from the support team in over a month despite my many attempts to contact someone. I don't know where all their "positive reviews" come from, but this is absolutely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE for a legitimate business practice to behave in such a manner.

Very useful software. Helps accomplish the tasks as needed. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

A software that works perfect for me, excellent after sales service, highly recommend DRmare for Spotify.
