Cheap and fast service but be careful about existing scratches of the car. If you did not sign the existing scratches you need to pay them later as normal

My reservation was transferred from another store and Patty Fernandez took care of everything. She called to verify the reservation and upgraded me from economy to a Dodge Challenger.

Less than a mile from Newark airport. Very easy to get to using the free AirTrain. Tammy at the counter was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I got my car really quickly

I paid over the internet, printed my receipts, got to the airport office for Budget and they didn't have anything paid from them, paid again and for a month I've been trying to solve the problem and they just give me the runaround, nobody to talk to, AVOID THIS COMPANY!
